We recently decided to add a new feather baby to our family, and after research and visiting multiple stores, we chose ‘Incredible Pets in Melbourne FL’ where we were welcomed by the incredible staff.They took their time to walk us through carefully choosing the right bird for us, and ensuring to answer all our questions along the way with professional knowledgeable advise.After multiple visits, we worked closely with Brianna and Michael, who were both truly outstanding and helped us choose our newly hatched Eclectus Parrot.Over the next three months they lovingly hand reared and devoted their time to raising what is now the most gentle, loving and perfect young bird.We cannot thank the entire team at ‘Incredible Pets’ enough for their magnificent support, professionalism, patience and dedication throughout this process.Definitely the best store for exotic pets in Brevard and immaculately run by the best team in the industry.With deepest thanks Stephanie & Nils.

Absolutely love this place and the people who work there very awesome group. We have gotten a few of our babies there Nagini, Bagheera, and Peanut all ball pythons. And get most of our supplies here.

Kinda a racquet. Over priced pets and cages. Cramped conditions. Lots of animals but they breed and expect a lot more then other pet stores. Great place to take the kids and look. Don't think I would buy anything but crickets from there. It's like shopping at Ron Jon's for a beach towel. You gonna pay for it.

We love to visit Incredible Pets to see all the exotic animals. The facilities are always clean, they genuinely care for their animals, and they have great customer service. They have an exotic selection of animals so much to offer than basic cats and dogs. Kids would enjoy this store as you can pet some animals and can hold birds. We found a pet for us! Noah was so helpful we were able to set up a salt water tank in a week and were able to keep everything alive. Would highly recommend this store!

So we went in here for cat toys/cat stuff and there’s not much of that. However, I have absolutely zero regrets going into this place because it is filled with INCREDIBLE pets. I have a bunch of pictures to add because there were some of the most amazing, beautiful animals, and you can see that they were very well taken care of and the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about each and every one. If you’re looking for a snake, ferret, fish, bird, lemur, sloth, or just in the area, this is your place.

They could use more knowledgeable employees in their aquarium department some are but most aren't. Def need a better plant selection and to treat their plants before selling. Have found many weird things in my aquatic plants luckily I treat them before adding to my tank

Wow!! This is not your typical pet store! I mean they had lemurs…they had a fox! You should stop by and check this place out. Snakes, bunnies, geckos, fish and much much more! Yes even swimming turtles like in the movie Nemo! What?! You should stop by this place when you can!

This place is awesome! It’s massive with some really exotic animals and this is the first place that I’ve seen that actually provides adequate care for their animals temporary environments! Staff are also super kind and helpful!

The place is filled with a wide range of pets that you can interact with. Bri was amazing when showing us around. She knows the animals by name and they respond to her kindly; it is a testament to the care she provides for them.Aside from the birds, they had fish, bearded dragons, tiny foxes, snakes, and many others I cannot currently recall. A wide variety of animals and the resources necessary to provide proper care are a great draw to this location, but it is Bri's attention to detail and knowledge of the animals that will keep us coming back.

I got my Aphonopelma Seemanni (Costa Rican Stripe Knee), Octavia from here. She was in a small temporary container without a water dish which kinda bothered me? I got her though and she was for a fair price. I'm assuming she lost one of her pedipaps from a bad molt since it looked like a stub, but she is a happy camper! When I first walked into the store it instantly felt like a zoo and it was enjoyable to look at all the little reptiles and all the more unique exotic pets.

I just wanted to start by saying this isn't to say I dislike this establishment, but to express my experience. I have visited here a few times before making a finale decision to get a sugar glider. I have been a rehabbing squirrels, flying squirrels, small animals for years and wanted to have a more personal pet. On my last visit before purchasing I was shown the sugar gliders and held a few. ONLY after very selectively finding the one I had chosen a female very non-aggressive, verbally upset. I told the employee the female I wanted, I had already chosen a bonding pouch to wear to take her home in and put it on while the employee got my little girl out of the cage. The employee got my "supposedly" sugar glider out and put her in pouch. Me being the customer has no doubt at the time the employee put the wrong female in my bonding pouch. I paid for sugar glider, cage and everything that was needed to get started. As soon as I arrived home this being a "hour" away I went to go get my little girl out it was like she was 100% NOT the one I had chosen. She horrible mad noises, attaching me & I am used to rehabbing wild squirrels. I knew beyond a shadow of doubt this employee somehow grabbed the wrong one and put into my pouch. I didn't even realize while there at the store there was 2 females that looked alike and I am also fully aware because it's a new environment, surrounding little ones can get stressed. I went back to get a second one because I knew sugar gliders do better with a pair & I said something about how my first acted like my girl did "not 100% sure there was 2 females. I had already told my husband before going if there are 2 females she grabbed the wrong one. The employee sorta brushed me off & showed me the other 2 left a female and a male. I did get the male no noices, biting then and still NOT. The other female the same & I knew 100% that was the one I had chosen juat the day before. Then I was told by the employee because the female that was there she thought was more rare a black beauties she was gonna ask the owner. Remind you there are NO refunds which I 100% with, but to get exactly what I had chosen to begin with is only right, fair and good business. This isn't good business to those who sincerely deserve to get what they choose. Yes I am giving my mean little girl all the appropriate attention, love to bond and hopefully adjust. I will conclude with the review,I challenge or hope management, owners read these reviews and reach out as that's if they care about the animals they sell. I have many friends & family on social media and have no problem letting others know my experience "Sebastian Daily"...

Purchased a reptile and all equipment to make him a great cage. Spent close to $1,000. Reptile was totally dehydrated! Thought he wouldn’t make it through the night. He was gagging up all kinds of mucus when I gave him water. Thankfully he is fine and doing awesome now.I went to return a cricket holder ($6.99) because it wouldn’t open. MICHAEL wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee!!!! Are you kidding me????? Such a rude guy to talk to as well. Has to talk over you!When I bought the cage I knew it was $40 more than Amazon but I didn’t mind since it’s a locally owned store. What a mistake!!!!! Never will I ever step foot in there again!! Rest of staff was nice and knowledgeable though.

This is not your typical pet store. It's like a free petting zoo. They have really unique pets. Not your everyday pets like cats and dogs. You really need to go! You will glad you did! Take the kids! They will love it!

This is an excellent place to get inexpensive feeders for your reptiles. They also have a huge availability of pets for adoption, although I cannot attest to the humane sourcing of the animals. They also have a lemur on display, as well as some other wild animals, which I don't particularly approve of. Great fun to visit with kids though!!

Please read past how they keep reptiles--On aspect of actually how employees HAVE to keep their reptiles by upper people who own the brand? Horrible. That isn't the employees faults, in fact all the reptile owners of the reptile section are very good at giving accurate information on care personally. We really like Lincoln! There is also a tall blonde man who's very sweet. I wish we knew more names. Products aren't horrible, some are actually nice. PLEASE do research if you get a snake and ask questions especially to Lincoln and the tall blonde short hair guy in reptiles. They seem actually decently knowledgeable. They definitely have sizeable tanks available and lots of products, not the #1 place but definitely a safe go to for us on some products, food, and occasional advice. Thanks to Lincoln we got my baby Voodoo!

First time ever visiting this place and was very shocked at how the place was set up. It is definitely nice and they have a big assortment of reptiles and cute cuddly animals. As well as pet supplies reptile food live food. It was a 45 minute drive but definitely worth the drive.

They have a small tank in the back stocked with some great high quality Neocaridina shrimp. I started with 10 red rili from them and just bought 3 blue velvets today. Bonus one was berried, which is also indicative of healthy shrimp. Staff is always helpful and informative. A great overall petstore as well.

Honestly visited this place just to see some cool animals... and they were great. Got some treats for my guinea pig. No complaints. Mask required as a heads up! And 15 person limit in the store.

This really amazing employee (I think their name is Linkin, but I can’t completely remember) was so incredibly helpful and kind. I went in knowing that I wanted to set up a bio-active cage for my leopard gecko, but I wasn’t entirely sure exactly what I should have been looking for since the internet has so many different options on it. They helped me navigate exactly what I should get and what I needed, and even gave me information I didn’t know! I have always had great experiences coming to this location, and every time I’ve been there’s a new animal to see! Thank you, Incredible Pets!

Awesome place to get just about anything you need for your pet. They always have cool animals to buy and the best selection of reptilians and amphibians. Even if you purchase a pet that needs a permit, the staff will help you every step of the way. Great job Incredible Pets!

One of the best pet stores anywhere around,has lots of exotic pets and they don't mind you coming in to just see the animals. Much cheaper then a trip to the zoo. Huge snakes , and even a sloth
