AMAZING! I'm new in town and my fur baby hasn't had a haircut in months. I tried calling around town looking for availability. I didn't have much luck and gave up for a few days. On Friday evening I googled again and Christy's caught my eye. I called and they answered right away. Very nice and professional. And took a few mins to discuss my dogs condition and possible treatments. I got lucky and snagged a cancellation for the following morning. I was in awe when I arrived at all the Halloween decor. That was well thought out and took time to assemble and disassemble. The property is beautiful. I can't wait to see what they do for Xmas. I dropped my dog off around 930am and by 1130am they were calling to tell me she is ready to be picked up. I can't stand when groomers keep my baby locked in a cage all day, which has always been my experience. I was overjoyed when I heard she was ready. When I picked her up she looked great. And more importantly, she felt happy and got her spunk back. The price was affordable so I left a pretty decent tip. It was well worth it. We will definitely be back and I will be referring Christy's grooming to all my family and friends. Thank you to the entire team! Your service is greatly appreciated! Love, Alison & Bella

1st and last time. Spoke on the phone about NOT doing a deshedding treatment that was done anyway. They didn't Groom his feet fur at all as i was told. And they chopped the tip of his tail fur off but didn't trim the tail otherwise? Ears are still dirty too. For $84 plus tip $100 all in. I'll be going somewhere else next time.

Cristy’s still the only master groomer in town, profesional and friendly . Those who don’t agree should take responsibility for there own pet. I have been coming to Cristy for many years my dog always looks like a show dog coming out of her shop. To the previous review I was there this lady is lying the dog was matted to the skin and miss Cristy told her that. The lady should take responsibility for caring for her dog if it was me I’d call animal control for neglecting her dog.

Everything was really great. My first time here been to other groomers. No one ever did as good of a job as Christy,s grooming. Mom's happy I'm happy and my two boys who are 11 and 12 are happy .

Not only did they make our Yorkie look like a reindeer but it was the most botched up haircut she's ever had. And she was taken for a redo then. I tell you a student pet groomer would have done better

They keep my puppy from 1 pm till 7 and they shave her off when I told them not to do that. Was the first and last time. The I be there. No refund. They collect the money before showing you your dog.

They did a decent cut on my baby boy. Wasn’t the best but it was doable. However as a business owner it was unprofessional for politics to be posted everywhere. Personal opinions and politics don’t mix with business. You don’t see McDonald’s with political flyers or posters. So that made it go from a business I might have used a little more and tipped way better to a business I’ll use when desperate for a haircut and tip mediocre.

We have been taking our two dogs here for several years and they always do an excellent job! I tried another local place a couple months ago and that is the last time I will and I make that mistake. Cristy's is simply the best. There can be up to an eight week scheduled wait, so make sure you get on the on call list to get in sooner. You won't regret it.

Cristy gave our Bichon Frise one of the best haircuts ever. He looks like a show dog! Highly recommend!! The staff were all so nice to work with.

I am so happy with Cristy's grooming, the dogs always look so cute when they leave, the girl with a bow and the boy with a tie. There is no need to tell them "make sure" you cut their nails or anything else, its always done. Every person that I have had any communication with has always been very professional and kind. My 2 dogs are def. a part of our family and I do not just trust to leave them with anyone, but I feel they are safe and secure when there. I hope you will give Cristy's grooming a try, I promise you will be glad you did.

My Pomeranian-Terrier mix Cally, is very small at about seven pounds. Five years ago she got her paw stuck in an escalator, tearing the leathery pad off her foot. Even worse, one nail was ripped out from the root of her paw. Understandable, ever since, she will not allow anyone to touch her paws, and it’s been a nightmare trying to manage the growth of her nails. She looks at me as if I’m bringing her to a torture chamber every time I take her somewhere for a clipping. That is, UNTIL I FOUND this place. Luckily for Cally, they use an ingenious contraption, where she is suspended in the air a few feet off the table. They do this by putting her in a safe and comfortable suspension vest, strapped to ceiling. This is the first time in 8 years that I have been able to bring her to get a clipping and she isn’t freaking out with stressed and is actually playful and unaffected when I pick her up! Thank you so much to this place, I really mean it!!!!

I brought my Yorkie here after I bought him for a grooming. He had mats in his hair and long nails from the previous owner. Cristy's Grooming did a wonderful job getting him all cleaned up and looking good and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend them!

This place is a little drive from our home but the service is excellent. Our shepherd’s coat was beautiful after her de-shedding treatment and she came out calm and relaxed. We will be using Christy’s from now on.

Almost Ten years ago I went to Cristy's with my 6 month old Golden Doodle. That was all it took. She has had Sam exclusively for all these years. That's the way I like it (uh huh, uh huh). Sam looks perfect every time and is happy. Thee most "in traffic" photographed dog in Melbourne.

Service is good, prices are reasonable. We take our two (large breed) dogs there 2-3 times per year for trims and they are taken care of very well. Would recommend.
