My 1st experience with Cindy s shop was when we got my mother in law's cat who is 13 years old never been outside and lived strictly with my mother in law not used to other people. I called around and found a shop that said they would be able to tend Miss Kitty for she came here all matted . I got to the groomer that said they would do her and as I was leaving the parking lot they ran me down to say that they could not deal with this unruly cat .On my way home I passed Cindy's shop thought I would give it a try and stop in. brought the cat in and explained to Cindy that she is not accustomed to people or being groomed she said she would give it a try miss Kitty came back to me looking and feeling wonderful that was 4 months ago and she still is Matt free .A blessing it was to find Cindy.We now have a new puppy Talini she is an "American Eskimo " I brought her in to have a spa day on July 20th 2022 , Her hair was wiery and shedding alot.Talini took to Cindy right away and Thouroughly enjoyed her spa time! Looks beautiful and her hair is soo silky feeling.Thank you CindyRhonda

Did a horrible job on my puppy. I gave her 2 pictures for reference and he looks nothing like the picture. I’m not expecting for him to turn out exactly like the picture but at least close. One picture was of him from his last cut. I wanted a round face and she cut it to where he looks like a rat. She left some nails long still and the hair between his pads are still long. And his ear is still dirty.

Cindy is Amazing!!! My dog has bad anxiety and Cindy does great with her. Cindy always does a great job cutting her and she's super quick. When she's done my little Stella just hangs out with the other pups until I arrive :) Cage free!!

Took my dog to get his nails trimmed today. Cindy sat on the floor and talked with and petted him. He remained calm and she got his nails done quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you

Wow! I’m impressed!I brought my boyfriends beautiful long haired black cat, Anika, to another groomer for a bath and dematting for 2 little matts by her tail who I just don’t believe was very well experienced with cats and she came back still wet with the matts just cut out and 2 or 3 small new matts and we were both honestly really displeased.I called around and found Cindy who gave me a quote for a really reasonable price and was able to get her in pretty quickly and Cindy was wonderful! She was able to comb the matts out and got her bathed and dried in a pretty reasonable amount of time.We will definitely continue to go to Cindy for all of our grooming needs and be recommending her to anyone we know who needs a groomer!
