Also these two go there and I’m extremely happy with all three when I pick them up. Thank you Danielle for your hard work.

Vickie and staff are the best groomers in town. My dogs stylist is Jen and I cant say enough good things about this pet groomer, they are professional , they handle the dogs in a very safe manner and the products they use are top notch. My dogs always look and smell great and the fact they have little fenced in areas instead of crates while the dogs wait are perfect for my rescue dogs . They even take a cute pic of the dog with a seasonal background for 5 dollars which they donate to a rescue. Book early cause they fill up quick because they are so good. Thanks Vickie, Jen and staff for taking great care of my dogs. Highly recommended

Hello, I am writing a review for my mother-in-law's recent experience at the grooming salon. Unfortunately, the service provided by Danielle left much to be desired. The haircut and grooming performed on her dog were extremely disappointing. Upon closer inspection, it was evident that the dog had been cut on the top of her head, just above her ear, which was quite concerning. Furthermore, the odor emanating from the dog's ears was unpleasant, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The choppy hair and neglected nails only added to the overall dissatisfaction.In light of these issues, I decided to reach out to the salon owner, Vicky, to express my concerns and seek resolution. Regrettably, my conversation with Vicky left a lot to be desired as well. She displayed a dismissive and rude attitude, failing to take my feedback into consideration and offering no for the subpar service. To make matters worse, she mentioned that Danielle no longer wanted to groom my mother-in-law's dog, citing difficulties in handling her. This came as a surprise since this alleged issue was never raised before, and another appointment had even been scheduled.Since the grooming session, my mother-in-law's dog, who is 12 years old, has been exhibiting unusual behavior, suggesting that the experience may have had a negative impact on her well-being. It is with great concern for other pet owners that I feel compelled to share this review. It is crucial for individuals to exercise caution when selecting a grooming salon for their beloved pets.

This place was referred to me after looking for a groomer that specialized in grooming special needs dogs. I called and spoke to Vicky and told her I just adopted our special furbaby and needed help. She was caring, polite and said to bring her in that she would take care of her personally. When I took our furbaby in, Vicky greeted me at the door and took her in right away. I got a call 30 mins later telling me she was all set! When I arrived to pick her up I was so happy with how great she looked! Vicky and her staff are a God sent and I would highly recommend them! We were recommended to Picture Perfect Pet by a friend who said Zoe was apprenticing there to be a groomer. Zoe and the rest of the staff took such good care of my English Bulldog Micky. He is so clean! He came back very happy and they did an amazing job cleaning him, even with his sensitive skin and historically difficult cooperation for nail-cutting. I am very happy and we will be back! Great price and experience for us!

Vickie and her team of groomers are the BEST! We've used her for a few years and recently relocated to Virginia, but STILL use her services. Whenever we travel into town to visit family, we make sure to schedule an appointment for a service. Definitely recommend them for all your grooming needs!

Butter went in this morning to see Danielle as a first time client and she will be back many more times!!! There isn’t enough that can be said about this awesome group! Appointment scheduling was EXTREMELY reasonable and not booked out weeks away like a lot of places (they even worked with me on timing since I accidentally overbooked myself for our appointment time). Everyone was SUPER friendly and sweet, so much so that my timid girl said hi to everyone that she was greeted by rather than trying to run for the door as she has with other groomers, that alone made me so much more comfortable leaving her to get cleaned up. Also, Butter came out looking AWESOME, she was embarrassingly overgrown with matting and an ugly behind area but everything I asked to be done for her was achieved perfectly (where I’ve had issues with that many times before). I’m always SO anxious to get my girl back when I leave her anywhere but with as wonderful as our experience was today I think my anxiety will ease up and be more enjoyable for both of us from here on out! Thank you tremendously for taking care of my sweet girl and doing such an awesome job! We are blessed to have found you!

We moved to FL almost 2 years ago and tried Picture Perfect at my dad's recommendation (took his dogs there forever). Met Jessica and she is THE BEST!!! When we found our home in Deland we tried a few groomers in the area but none were as good. We now coordinate grooming with a family visit and make the drive to Melbourne. 100% worth it!!! Great work, super friendly team and the dogs love going there. And did I mention what a great job Jessica does?!

So disappointed. My pup had emergency surgery and wasn’t able to make her regular groom appointment at a different groomer. I’ve gone to this place a few different times, they do an OK job. However, because I don’t take my dog here regularly they refused to offer me any appointment. If you’re looking for a new groomer, be advised this place isn’t accepting new clients.

Like most of people my generation, our pets are more like a child to us and we only want the best for them! Finding a groomer in Florida, that knows/specializes in double coated dogs and will take the time to groom them CORRECTLY was not an easy find. After doing some searching and recommendations, I made an appointment with Jessica at A Picture Perfect Pet. Before our 1st grooming started she took time and asked me what I wanted and explained what she would do to make it happen. Love this groomer!! I have been a client for many years!! Vickie is wonderful. Can’t say enough of her and the service my little Teddy gets. I have tried other groomers too, they are all very caring but Vickie is the main person that takes care of Teddy. I had Webster before him and again, she was so kind and professional. They were very friendly and did a beautiful job of grooming my elderly and horribly past due for grooming Cocker Spaniel. They were swamped when I took him in late but they very kindly took him without complaining. However, we evidently had a mix up in my instructions about how I wanted him to be cut. They somewhat reversed what I wanted and what they did. I wanted his legs and under body/privates cut very short and his upper and side body puppy fluffy 1" to 1 and 1/4" long. When I picked him up, his body was trimmed shorter than I'd wanted but looked nice. The problem is that his legs were not trimmed other than shaping. They were left very long/fluffy which looked really cute but does not work well. His legs are snagging stickers, yard trash, twigs, etc. and have to be cleaned every time he goes into the yard. I have been ill and unable to deal with getting him properly trimmed so they are not at fault for not getting it done right away. I have no doubt that the kind folk at Picture Perfect Pet will get his legs trimmed for me when I am able to take him back. I need to write detailed instructions about his trimming when we go back. I will give them their other star when his legs get trimmed short.

Horrible people! Dropped my dog once previously and less than an hour later called to pick up. Great experience. This time waited 2hrs, no call when I called said dog was ready. At pick up, the owner said I should have been told it could take up to 3hrs. I replied if I had been told, I would not leave my dog she's not used to a kennel. Then given excuse of short staff. I said I could have brought her later. The owner then just walked away. I commented to the receptionist she must be loving this cause she was smirking the whole time. That's when her attitude came and she called others to get my dog quickly because she could not deal with me. Poorly run, unprofessional, horrendous customer service. Makes me worry about treatment of animals there. I will never return.

Fantastic Customer service.I called up pretty late nearing their closing time.They still were able to accommodate me for a nail grind of my puppy.My puppy gets very anxious.They took extra care to see that she was calm.Two of them worked on my puppy one of them constantly comforting at petting her.One of the best groomers I have seen.I highly recommend them.

All I can say is that Vicki really loves the animals that she grooms. After talking with her for a bit. She remembers your pet, and they have fun with pet while your cat or dog waits for you. I’m glad she does cats! I’ve got two of them, and a little puppy Yorkie that got his first real hair cut. Thanks to Vicki she found the mats in his hair that we could not see or feel. Took my goldendoodle (i know, stick with me) in today to be groomed. I told the woman at the front desk right away that she was still a puppy and was difficult, but that she absolutely would NOT bite, she just might pull away or try to thrash to get away from the groomer a bit. Difficult dog behavior. The girl who groomed my dog got halfway through shaving her and quit. Straight up just quit on my dog. We got her back half shaved. I am currently in training to become a dog groomer and I know that you do NOT give up when a dog becomes difficult. I understand if that particular groomer could not deal with a difficult dog, but she should have been up front with that when I told her how my dog would act. Because of this, my dog is going to be 10x more difficult with all other grooming attempts moving forwards seeing as she now thinks that being difficult would make the grooming stop. Do not accept a dog that you cannot groom.

I am completely satisfied with my four legged daughters haircut. The groomer did a fantastic job! I am so happy that I finally found a groomer that did a fantastic job and handled my dog in a gentle and caring manner. I will definitely continue to take her there.

Sooo very happy we found Jessica at Picture Perfect Pet Grooming for our 14 year old peek-a-poo Bailey!! She did an AMAZING job grooming her!! We had yet to find a groomer down here in Florida that groomed her the way we liked. They either cut her wayyyy too short or just chopped her. Jessica is a true master at her profession. Her grooming is amazing an Bailey looks like she could be a show dog! Bailey also is a very nervous dog and very attached to us, when we picked her up she was in very good spirits and not scared looking as she usually looks when at the groomers. Picture Perfect Grooming is a very professionally well run business, I called for Bailey’s appointment on Tuesday and was told that Jessica had availability at three different times on Wednesday. The receptionist also asked what vet Bailey went to and offered to contact them for her shot records. So easy and helpful!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
