Most of the merchandise was overpriced but it was very nice. During most of the time we were browsing the store, we got to hear the person working there have a big argument on the phone with some friend or relative. I know stuff happens, but it should really not happen while you have customers in the store.

Nice shop for gifts. Good quality t shirts at reasonable prices. Owner nice guy, gave small gift to grandson. Mom said she had bought enough. Grandson looked at his mom and knew better than to say anything else. Owner said my gift to you...Ironically he played with the small stuffed toy the rest of the day and packed it in his carryon piece for the flight out the next morning...

We came in here looking to buy multiple shirts and sweatshirts and toys for the kids but walked out with one thing. We had 3 young kids with us and the lady came up and yelled at them for touching a glass turtle (that we were going to buy) and told them they needed to get away because it was not a place for them to be. I understand she didn’t want anything broke but she was insanely rude about it so I immediately put down the shirts and sweatshirt I had in my hand. She was overly aggressive with the kids and made us feel very unwelcome. She then got on the phone and told the person “I will in a minute, I have to watch these people in the store” in a very snarky tone as if we were an inconvenience. Very unhappy with the way she acted and treated us.

This place seemed very inviting, bright colors and plenty of items to keep your eye moving. We were not greeted upon entering. The woman was on the phone most of the time, and accepting a delivery from FedEx. The prices were high but they had a lot of items to choose from. $30-$40 for sun dresses, $8.99 for beachy bracelets and magnets. It was very clean and well organized.

What a wonderful place to shop!!!! I love the selection of all island-beach wear. The staff is amazing and eager to help. Masks are your own decision, which I love. We wore when close to people and not when along.TRY LOCAL BUSINESS. GREAT SALES GOING ON TODAY.

Nice store! Horrible customer service! I spent over 200$ got a couple things that didn’t fit! Tried to bring back for an exchange in size and the only woman I’ve seen in there said we only do exchanges Mon-Fri 10 am- 3pm! What a joke! Went to the Shell Factory in N Fort Myers they had everything island treasures did but cheaper!!! Never again…..

This is a really cute place. Bought a couple of dresses for my daughters from the sale rack. Prices are lower than most tourist traps. Good selection too. Will go back.

Woman working could care less if you are there. VERY rude. 2nd time I've stopped in. Both times ended up putting my potential purchases back. Guess it's more important to fold shirts then to be friendly and answer a question. Sorry to have bothered you, wont waste my time again

It's decent if you want gifts but if you want to buy like a hat or clothes, choose carefully some stuff here is pretty expensive.

They sell products that don’t hold up. Bad quality products. I have spent a lot of money through the years there and when I got a defective product I waited over an hour for the manager to say they would not give me my hard earned money back for a cheaply made product. I will not support this store ever again. I have brought numerous friends and family to this store and I will pass the word to my neighbors too not to support this store.

A typical island tourist gift shop, but with friendly service and local flare. The store is a bit cramped. It has a large selection of clothing and local items like beach towels, t shirts, and other merchandise.

For starters, how cool is it that Google has the ability to zoom in and get 360° views inside businesses! This place has a ton of island wear and the ladies were extremely friendly. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, everyone I Matlacha is friendly! I need some new shirts and I'll be stopping in here in March when I'm in town.

Matt Lachey has these quaint little shops that you can go shopping and they have you don't have clothes if shoes they have artwork there is a little Gallery there wild cherry and I bought something I bought something at the gallery I bought shoes I bought a new toy by bike I bought a lot of things it was great I waited there while my little baby was getting pampered pup

Terrible overpriced store. Needed to use restroom and they said it was out of order. It was not. Refused to let someone in our party with a medical condition use restroom. Was told owner won’t allow it. Terrible.

Had a number of things in hand ready to purchase, but then heard the arrogant clerk at the counter tell someone they don't need to wear a mask. I try to support Matlacha businesses, but not this one! Left the items on the counter and walked out and will not shop there again.With attitudes like they have here, the pandemic will persist.

A very nice and a wide variety of selection of clothing for the beaches and suntan lotions jewelry. Oh and I have a very nice friendly dog that lays in the doorway as you go in

This shop is one of the first boutiques you will see as you come into Matlacha. It mostly has clothing and beach coverups. Over the years it has less gift-type products and souvenirs.
