I’ve been here a couple of times and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was decent. You do have to pay extra for sauce and that was fine with me. Today my whole experience has changed. I waited in line for a good 10 minutes only to be ignored by BOTH of the workers there. I figured they were working and busy so I’d be patient but when they finally decided to acknowledge the customer took someone behind me saying they were there. This maybe could’ve been avoided if ANY form of contact was made. I’d give the excuse that they only speak Spanish but I’m bilingual and was more looking for better customer service, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED. It’s sucks because I did like here but won’t be returning because of the amount of disrespect I dealt with. Upon leaving the workers were talking about me as well, I assume they did it so boldly because they didn’t think I knew what they were saying. Super disappointed, I liked them a lot before this, sadly they lost a forever customer.

Betsy took great care of me. Called for an order for a graduation party. She had me in to sample the food before I ordered. Order was ready when I got there. Delious authentic food, great price and excellent customer service. So many compliments from my guest. I would recommend them for any catering and cant wait to go back just for lunch or dinner .

I freaking love Rubios Tacos with Rice and Beans!It’s family owned and they are just so humble and personable. They also have fresh produce and more hot foods if you want more than just delicious tacos 🌮 😋!!!I also stock up on my favorite Mexican Candy while I’m there! 🇲🇽🍬

I've been going to Rubios since I was a little girl and have always enjoyed going there. Their food is amazing. I always have their sopes de asada or tacos de asada which taste so good. I've taken my kids as well and they love the tacos de asada. I don't live clorlse by anymore but it's still worth the drive. I always shop for all the hispanic items that i can't find anywhere else. I'm glad i there's still family owned stores here because they don't treat you like a number. They treat you like family! Love Rubio's!

The staff was absolutely great, very polite and the food came out perfectly, far better than anything like taco bell could offer, though it is a little out of my way i will definitely come back for another round
