This store is always out of stock, or merchandise is still on carts blocking the aisles. Have to yell for cashier, as I refuse to use the self checkout. I'm not an employee, so I shouldn't have to check out my own stuff. Store could use a remodel. Add sliding doors for your wheelchair customers.I know corporate won't even see or answer. Because it's all about profits, forgetting without happy customers you don't have your precious profits.

This location is convenient BUT is not my favorite. The store is always busy which is a good thing for them I guess, but it adds to their disorganization. It seems as if they never fully unload their truck as there is always a cart(or carts) of merchandise cluttering the aisles My biggest complaint is the prices. I don't mind paying for items I want, however, I expect the price to match what I saw on the self. As for retail supervisor, I know price changes can occur weekly(sometimes daily). It is unfair to the consumer to look at a receipt and see they were charged. $0.25 to a few dollars more than they were expecting to pay.

To my fellow sister the cashier. You hold the line up to talk and throw yourself at every guy. I KNOW our mothers taught us better than that! We have come to far to be seen this way by men of all color and it’s not a good look. You come off very desperate and trust me girlfriend, dollar general is not the place to find a man. I’ve been shopping here for years but won’t be anymore. Only writing this bc I was late to my appointment and they made me reschedule all bc I thought I could buy something and be in and out, but instead found myself waiting in line AGAIN for your small talk to men. My late husband would be rolling in his grave if I acted or behaved like you. Please have and show respect for yourself and for the the customers. Remember the customers come first not your personal life!

Not good. Not good at all. The Isles were packed full of merchandise on carts. No buggies available. Didn't have the soap I wanted. Looooong line. Bathroom was decent. I only seen one employee so I don't know if the poor girl was by herself or not.

love that I can go there and usually find what I need but think that they need more cashiers. most times you go in there and there is such a long line and wait to cash out. I also think they should have sliding doors to help people get in and out. it is hard to work the door and get you cart out at the same time try and maneuver around the security alarms at the doors

Long wait lines at the cashier, store in bad disrepair, constantly out of stock on stuff, cashiers may be friendly one day and not the next. It's always hit or miss here. Very slow service, good luck finding stuff if you can't find an item, way understaffed.

I like shopping here for deals. But there only ever have 1 person working as cashier and 3 other people doing other things. I think they need to ensure better care at check out so lines aren't so long.

I dont care if there's a change shortage or not, i should not have to donate my hard earned money during a pandemic where I make less than half of what I was making prior to March to some organization. Maybe you should take the hit instead of penalizing your customers for shopping in your store. Ill never visit another.

Its always a mess...they need more registers...better layout for product, display stands, and for people to be able to move thru the store. Its also really WARM in there. And there's always issues with the card reader machine when checking out.

The items we're stocked well,and store ilse's were clean and free of debree. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 the parking lot had garbage lying around and no cans outside may be why.

No one at check out .I hollered 3 times no one came. I walked the hole store 2 times then I went in back I found one person in stock room they told me check out girl is on cooler isle. I looked there found no one. This is the worst store

Store is dirty, stock always sitting in the aisles, never enough cashiers to handle the busy times of the day making for long lines and the perfect covid-19 Hotspot. Avoid during busy periods.

Went to get storage containers. The majority of the containers didn't have lids. They used excuse that customers take more than 1 lid. How are you not making sure this doesn't happen in the first place. They offered me half off. What am I suppose to store in a container with no lid. Common sense!

Good store friendly staff. I just hate the really long line with only 1 cashier on register. When you have a long line more than 5 or 6 people you need to have 2 register's open.

Please look into a way to keep this store clean. There's always dust and dirt everywhere. The freezer area has black dirt inside. The shelves are dusty. No one seems to care about cleanliness. Even the shopping baskets literally have dirt layered on the bottom.

Typically what you would expect out of a Dollar general. A lot of low and mid-range goods and products that vary from toys, cleaning supplies, party supplies, trinkets, food and home goods. They usually carry some sort of seasonal section as well.

The Dollar General in Mascotte, FL is a DISGRACE. There's HARDLY in hair products for Black Americans. The store is ALWAYS CLUTTERED and mostly UNCLEAN. I don't understand why you can go in different sections of the areas around you and see the CLEANLINESS of other stores and believe me I've been in them all across the country. When you get in the PEOPLE OF COLOR STORES, IT'S A FREAKING MESS. I rate Dollar General a 0!

This store need to close and be replaced with a store that works with the community and better treat the employees. As of now the management tream need to go. I will no longer spend my money at any of the dollar generals, My business will go too Wal*Mart, Target,Publix,Walgreens,Family Dollars,Winn Dixie and more. Kevin D.
