I'd give it closer to 2.6 stars. That said, I ordered a cold brew. And nearly every other Starbucks around here typically fills their cups a ¼ to maybe ⅓ of the way with ice. I get it. It's cool. This Starbucks filled my order almost immediately after I placed it in the app. I didn't get to the store until about 25mins later. My cup was visibly sitting in a pool of its own condensation. Thought nothing of it and grabbed what was oddly a heavy drink. 5 mins down the road, small sips, the drink was completely gone, and what was left was nearly an entire (grande) cup of ice. It takes me a while to finish a cold brew, I'm not sprinting to the finish line. But like dude...the photo uploaded was me finally home, 9mins away. Like I said, I don't chug cold brew. And typically I'm not one to get uppity about ice in a beverage but when its sitting north of 75% of the cup, meaning it was closer to 80% of your drink cup was ice, it becomes a little egregious.

Very sweet and helpful staff. fast service. A week ago my sister ordered food on the app, i picked it up but forgot her other items. We called and they said they have it we just have to come pick it up. We came back like maybe a hour or two later and to our surprise, not only did they give us the food my sister ordered, but they remade her order fresh. Including her drink. They’re very sweet and have excellent customer service. The food and drinks is always great also. Highly recommend coming to this Starbucks. Way better than chic-fil-A🙄

This place is great. I go all the time and they have that great ball ice that you can chew easily. My husband calls it the good ice. Sometimes you get a grumpy barista but honestly working at Starbuck is not super easy all the time. So I understand.Parking: The drive thru is easy to get into. Not sure about the parking. I usually park in the mall parking if I go in.

What a great Starbucks! Super clean place and the staff are great at their jobs. It’s great that it’s right next to the mall also! I recommend coffee at least 7 times a weak! 😁

Staff is always friendly but not consistent on coffee making times. Sunday mid morning between morning rush and church release. Mobile ordered 10 minutes before getting to store, got to store and waited 10 more minutes. Lobby and drive up was not busy. This store is always 50/50 on either getting coffee quick or it taking longer than expected. I would not recommend getting coffee before work at this store unless you order an hour ahead.

This store isn't the friendliest, like other reviews stated, it's hit or miss on times and quality of service. Most times seems like the baristas or service members don't want to have anything to do with you and are being put out to make your coffee. There always seems to be an issue finding my mobile order and getting it in a timely manner. I added a star as one time I did get a "next one on us" card for having to wait 15 minutes over the ready time for my order. Today I actually had someone shut the window on me before I could finish asking my question and turned their back... Ridiculously rude... Don't think I care enough about the stars or coffee to be going back there again. I wouldn't go there if you value your time and prefer to be valued as a customer.

I normally love going to this Starbucks because they do a great job however today I paid for a latte and that's not what I got. The drink was mostly ice. If I wanted a shaken expresso that's what I should have paid for. I'm disappointed.

This was one of my best Starbucks experiences. I was greeting immediately when I walked in, she explained that she was in the middle of something and she'd get right back to me.Then I waited a few moments, placed my order and each staffer was just as pleasant and efficient as the previous one. On the way out, they even thanked me by name and wished me a great day.I definitely be back.

Service was good and fast. I used the cafe, rather than the drivethrough and the drink I ordered was prepared well and tasty. The foam was a little high on my latte, so I felt like I had less drink than I am used to but I also didn't ask.Surfaces, lights and windows were clean but the floor was neglected. Wet receipts, bits of food, and other stuff everywhere. While I was there it was not very busy and one barista was tending to some other cleaning so I was surprised nobody took care of the floor.Vegetarian options: They were out of oat milk, probably due to popularity and supply, but had other vegan alternatives available.

Slowest Starbucks ever!! Everytime I go there it's at least a 10 minute wait for my drink in the lobby. Seems that the drive through and order ahead take proity over in lobby orders. Also the manager with pink hair is rude as could be!!! I will never go there again!! If I give give zero stars I would!

This was THE best experience I’ve had at a Starbucks as a partner (other than my home store). I was treated like a fellow friend, not just a regular customer. The drinks I ordered were absolutely done perfectly and tasted AMAZING!!! I 10 outta 10 recommend this Starbucks location. Thank you baristas for making me feel at ease. They understood the assignment. 🤪✨

I come just about everyday and they're always awesome but this morning whoever the sweet guy was at the drive thru was very sweet and my nitro coffee was the best tasting coffee I've ever gotten from any Starbucks. I've never posted a review before for them but I had to today. Good job guys!

I used the Starbucks app to order ahead for a quick pick up. When I arrived to the store, the lobby was closed and I had to sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes despite ordering ahead. There was no warning in the app that the lobby would be closed for pick. There was also no way to cancel my order.

It took over 30 minutes to get my mobile order. The guy with the earring was literally asking everyone around me what their name was so it was obvious he wasn’t going in order THEN gave me attitude when I told him my name. I get staff shortage but be fair. I know it’s just coffee but don’t treat other differently for no reason. I ordered chips too and he said “just grab them” rudely. Perhaps I need to make my own coffee at home of these people can’t deal with the pressure.

We love our coffee in my family and when we are out and about we usually stop at starbucks. Most of the time its great occasionally we have consistency issues. Sometimes its just enough sweetness and milk other times its too much. The espresso has tasted burnt past few times as well.
