Stopped in today & staff super cool helpfully, wanted some sweet tobacco 0 nic flavor, they turned onto Voodoo Sweet Tobacco Cream....tastes great so if you smoke a liquid thinking you need nicotine you should try this with 0 nic. Awesome, thanks

This place has been great from the very 1st time I walked into their Fort Walton Beach location. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. If they don’t have a certain type of vaporizer fluid that I want, then they do their best to try and find it to be able to order it and keep it on hand for me to purchase. I was absolutely blown away by how nice they have been.

I personally want to give this store a 5 star review here's why.When you walk into the store the staff is so welcoming they will assist you as soon as you walk into the store. If they don't have your favorite bottle of ejuice they will order it for you and let you know when it arrives how amazing is that.. When I need something like coil or E juice and where the location is at I give my top 10 for this store. I have nothing negative to say about this I absolutely love this store.

I just moved to this area recently and I’ve tried a few vape stores. It didn’t take me long to make Simply Vapor my go to. They didn’t carry my juice but the manager ordered it for me and I really appreciated that! Give them a try! They’re friendly and helpful!

Best vape shop in the county. I've been to many vape shops in this area, but none have the quality, selection, or staff of Simply Vapor. Every time I shop here, I'm floored at how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable the staff is. Absolutely great place to shop. Their rewards program is absolutely unbeatable as well. They offer discount days, and around/on holidays, they've usually got some fun way of offering discounts. If you vape, or are thinking about switching to vaping, visit Simply Vapor. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

The management was incredibly kind and were able to help me a LOT better than most of the vape stores i’ve been to, besides other simply vapor stores haha. Casey is extremely helpful and sweet and always has the cutest nails. The employees, Drew and Taylor, were super nice as well! Felt very comfortable inside the store, I definitely recommend this place if you’re an active vaper ❤️

Kyle and Josh were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I became a Rewards member while I was there and there's also an app for the rewards program called Tap Mango. They can ship me my favorite flavor which is amazing because I live very very far from Simply vapor who carry my favorite flavor...Fairies & Cream. Thank you Kyle and Josh for all your help. Definitely five stars

Below is my previous review from 7 years ago. Unfortunately I went in today to purchase vape supplies and was informed my over 10,000 points were removed from my account. The owner told the employee working that points "reset" each year and that my points from shopping at this location for 8 years were no longer valid. I've spent well over 10,000$ in this store and have been a loyal customer but unfortunately due to the poor management and not informing customers about their point policy I will no longer be shopping here and will be telling the copious number of customers that I've recommended to take their business elsewhere. You've burnt an 8 year customer and I hope you as an owner change your ways before you lose many more.Edit number two: as I wrote the above review while standing in the store a new customer signed up for their point system. Following the sign up they were informed what the points could be used on, ($15 coupon on entire purchase)but what was not informed that the points expire after a year. Again, I reiterate the above. This is something that needs to be explained to customers when they sign up for the point system.(Best vapor product store around. The employees are helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a couch in case they are busy and a drink cooler for purchase. The prices are very competitively priced based off the other local stores. The employees and the owners themselves support the military members wholeheartedly. No other store around competes with these professional.)

Few times I've been there now. Good product selection, employees aren't the friendliest but they also aren't unfriendly, seem to be in there own world. Which I don't care about either way. Only issue I've had is them telling me a price over the phone, and it being higher once I go in person. Not cool.

I have been going to Simply Vapor ever since they opened a few years ago. I ALWAYS get my juice here. They offer a wide variety of top notch mods, tanks, E-Juice and accessories. The staff is awesome! Very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable on all things vape. Great atmosphere with a couch, TV, taste bar and good people!

This truly is an outstanding vape shop with phenomenal staff and excellent juice/hardware variety. I wholeheartedly appreciate how kind and helpful the employees are; they've really helped me out numerous times whenever my mod or batteries start acting up or malfunctioning. The guys that work here are fantastic, they don't try to sell you the most expensive thing if you're looking for a starting kit, and they always have some sort of deal going on. I'm a regular at the shop, I get all my coils and juice, even my newest mod (a real beauty, too)

Best vape store in town. Kyle got me set up with my starter kit 2 years ago. I've "advanced" since then. Kyle and Steve are very knowledgeable about their products. These guys know their customers. They let me know if they think I'll like a certain juice or not. And they have a wide selection there to choose from. Great prices and customer service all the time!

I was very impressed with the customer service & how helpful the staff is. I had to get a new Mod both of mine I had died, both were Smok's too. I explained my financial situation & he had a great starter kit by Innokin that wasn't outrageously priced, plus I received a 60ml of eliquid free since I purchased a starter kit.They are a little further for me to drive, but I will not be going back to the other store(s) anymore!!

So I dropped in right before they closed on a Tuesday because I was on a very long road trip and totally out of juice. I was apprehensive about buying from a shop, because in my experience, shops are more expensive than online stores and there's the whole condescending 'vape shop guy' attitude. Well, there wasn't any 'vape shop guy' attitude at all. They were super friendly and incredibly helpful. I'm so glad I chose to stop here. Their prices were more than fair and definitely competitive. Turns out they're cheaper than the online store I use, and their products are better! More shops need to be like this place. While brief (I didn't want to keep them super late after closing. Which they didn't mind at all, I might add) it was definitely my best experience in a vape shop, hands down.

The guys here are always amazing. At first i was hesitant about driving all the way from Gulf Breeze for a vape store since there are many closer ones but the guys make it worth the drive every time! Logan always remembers us and things weve talked about during previous visits. Every person who has helped me when i come in there with my lack of vape knowledge has gone above and beyond to fix my problem and also explain what the issue was in the first place. They deserve more than 5 stars for sure.

I love this shop! My husband and I have been to almost every single vape shop from Mobile to Destin and this is our absolute favorite! Staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I swear every vape shop has “that guy” with a snobby condescending attitude but not here!! Also the prices are very competitive with other shops in the area and even buying online. Highly recommend!

I've been to this vapeshop since 2016. This use to be a good hangout spot/loiter spot to look at some cool products and eliquid. I've been to the Crestview location as well. Customer service is usually good at these stores. The only improvements I would comment on would be product selection. Products are good but the selection is pretty small. It's like if you only had the option to choose between iPhone and Samsung and nothing else. I will come back and update but overall a good, well kempt, store with good staff.
