Family feast went wrong. Our dinner order included: tomato soup, 4 half sandwiches, 1 whole salad, 1 whole baguette. Upon arriving home with the order, we were very disappointed & disgusted by what we saw. Most of the lettuce in our salad was rotten, black & soggy. We hoped it was just a few leaves, but no, half of the salad was rotten. All sandwiches had the same black lettuce, soggy bread (too much mayo/sauce) and overall just very sloppy made. At this point we've lost out appetites and only had soup with the baguette. I had to share our experience with the manager. She was nice about & understanding. She confirmed, they were receiving lettuce this way lately. We didnt mind paying for the bread & soup, but manager processed full refund for our family feast order...

My two star review goes to the restaurant owners and not the employees. As i pulled up during breakfast rush hour, it was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed. However, the service provided by the employees was great. Food took a little longer to be served but i understood the reason. Panera Bread owners, you need to do better and raise your salaries. Your prices are high enough to support this. I wont be tipping a cashier for taking my order, it is your responsability to provide them with a dignified salary. *note: the touchscreen POS didnt work so it was a little harder to order items not displayed on the menu board.

Horrible service. Requested a pick-up order, and they forgot the pastry I paid for. Paid extra to add steak to my sandwich, and they didn't even bother to add that either. Not to mention, they sent an email saying they were a bit behind on orders. So obviously, they rushed to try and make up time and messed up the entire thing. Needless to say, they've lost any future business from me.

$31.85 for 2 cups of soup, two sandwiches which could fit in the palm of your hand and 2 bagels?It's too much for what you receive.There was probably a tsp of tuna on the one slice of bread sandwich too.It's ridiculous and we won't be back.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get a wheelchair in this establishment.

The older woman working today is strongly rude she came asked me how I was and talked about the 90s and when I asked her how old she was she responded with I'm telling you my age.. first off you came over and talked to me and asked me about my age.. I just felt attacked for no reason and made me feel uncomfortable. I wished I would've told her to leave me alone when she tried to talk to me her name is Sharon or shared it's the older lady obviously in her 40s 50s

Do y’all not know the definition of a thick slice?? The past three times I’ve ordered thick sliced bread it comes thin sliced. I even ordered a French baguette loaf too see if y’all would understand but again it’s thin sliced. If it was once whatever but every single time!

This is my $5.89 grilled cheese and bacon sandwich. This is not a hard sandwich to make, no excuse for it not to be hot, and good. Get it together Panara!They just can’t! I bet this pepperoni flat bread would have been so good, except it was cold. For the price I pay here I expect better.Still not winning…..pepperoni flatbread pizza. Soooo oily, Panara why have you forsaken me? 2/25/22

Wanted to try the green goddess caprese melt, so that’s what I ordered, was asked twice if I wanted chicken, and then re-affirmed that I would like the green goddess caprese melt with chicken. Got home and discovered I received a chicken caprese melt (per receipt), and then bit into it to find that there wasn’t a single piece of chicken. I guess just make sure you check your order before you leave and check your receipt to make sure you got what you wanted.

If you like getting salads from this place, please make sure you check your lettuce. The lettuce I received was practically brown there were some lettuce that was starting to turn black. There was a Hispanic boy that I asked to talk to the manager about getting more fresh salad than what I was given. He seem to have a little attitude about it and that’s fine. You can do that. I’m pretty sure you’ve ran across a lot of cranky people manager comes out he solves the problem. He gives me fresh salad and then I was a happy camper.

All i have to complain and i’m sure other people have is the SMELL. in the women’s bathroom. i don’t know if it’s the sewage but they need to get it fixed ASAP. i could barely use the bathroom without gagging.but anyways food was yummy jus the bathroom was stank.

Never again. I received a delivery order 1.5 hours after I submitted the order. When I called to check the status of my order, I got a quick excuse of them being busy from a manager in earshot of the phone call. The manager never even decided to talk to me and left the task to the associate. I asked her if my food would be sitting for that entire time and I was told yes but it is in a warmer. I mentioned that my sandwich would likely be soggy and could they remake my order to be fresh for when the drivers "arrive back" from other delivery orders. I was told no. Then I asked if I could just cancel the order because I didn't want cold, gross food and I was told I had to come in the store to do that. Well, the whole reason I ordered delivery was because I couldn't drive there in the first place. I guess maybe I should have demanded the manager pick up the phone but it shouldn't have to come to that....None of this was my fault, yet my food was as I said. Cold and soggy, no apology or fresh food. After many mediocre experiences at this location, I will only get Panera when I am in Niceville, they should teach the Ft. Walton store how it's done.

Went to Panera Bread on Mary Esther Blvd on 10/28/19 and ordered 2 large soups and 2 full size four cheese grilled cheese sandwiches with one having tomatoes and bacon. What we got were sandwiches with a pinch of shredded cheese on both sandwiches. Picture of mine is attached. I called and spoke with the manager Samantha and she took down my name and Panera Rewards number to come in at another time to get the food remade. With the prices at Panera Bread being like sitting down at the Olive Garden and getting more food for the price, Panera Bread should be ashamed of this type of quality they are handing out the dive-thru window or over the counter.

Holy cow we waited 23 minutes with only one car in front of us today and when we got to the window they didn't know what we ordered. Horrible! When we ordered they were out of both chicken and turkey so we just ordered two cups of soup chowder and a pepperoni melt. After all of that and only the second and only car they didn't know what we ordered and the lady at the window was rude. Won't ever go here again. We just left.

Came here to have a chat with a buddy over a cup of coffee. Asked for a blueberry muffin and for it to be buttered and warmed, but they pointed to a microwave behind me. I looked for it, only to find it behind a lower cabinet door that you have to squat down to use. Never found the butter, but muffin was good. Took 5 minutes for them to call me over for a simple Americana, and they weren't that busy at all. Not impressed.
