I've been using this DT for years since it's the closest to my home. I've watched it fall hard recently since the manager left, so they finally hire someone new. In-between this new hire manager comes a manager to help get it back together, which she did a great job cleaning it up. Now we have someone who has 0 qualifications with customer service! My toddler was wearing a mask she found in the toy area, but I told her she couldn't have it, so when I took it off this "new" manager tells me she needs it so it can be put in with defectives, and that was it. Also, she came across rude. So, I turned around and told her maybe she should throw all of the toys away since that's what kids do. She lies to my face, talks over me and says it's because there's no tag. Lol it's DT, ITS A DOLLAR! Continues to talk unprofessionally over me, saying she never said what I think she meant, NOPE but she was never clear, so we made a scene. The problem is, her attitude towards customers, not kindly telling me, "I'm sorry, the mask needs to be sanitized, so if you could..." OR maybe not saying anything at all would have been best. She came across as if she hates her job and people. But, I dont have a snotty kid, and my 3 year old is always good and not rambunctious even a little bit. So, I ask her for her name, she refused to tell me and turns her name tag around. I'll find it out and be reporting her to corporate. She's CLEARLY NOT qualified for the job of any management position.

This morning. I want to go buy a mirror and sunglasses. And I'm withdrawing $50. The older black lady up front Was extremely prejudiced towards me. Her name starts with an A and shes in her 60s...She was yelling at me saying I don't have $50 to give you, oh i dont have $50 in the register! She yelling i thought she was joking but she was being rude and yelling at me irately .and I told her you know, you have to get the manager. The manager will Check., she's not talking to me like a normal person. She's yelling at me saying what if the manager doesn't have any money in the bank. And I'm like, then. I'll go to another store and then she goes on saying I don't have to give you the money. I don't have to give you anything And that's when I said I'm sorry saying like yo what if my mom needs heart medication, I have to go buy it. She says well, you're gonna have to go buy it somewhere else is like what on earth and um. Yeah, it's messed up to do that to somebody yell at them. And I mean, talk. Crazy with me. It was fine for her to do that. She was okay with yelling at someone and talking to them like they were supposed to know how to deal with it. They don't have any cash to give the people. Her job is to return the money that is tilled to the customer,

Great prices on certain things, mainly party supplies. Cards and things of that nature. Outside that good place to take kids for a few throw away items while spending very little. One of the better dollar trees in the area favorite one though is one by Shalimar.

Way to long of a wait in line 30 minutes, with lines down the aisles waiting to check out. Plus it's always in disarray, never cleaned up and organized. I love Dollar tree, even after they've increased their prices. They need to hire more cashiers, and how people that just stock shelves. Then no one would have to wait for long periods of time to checkout, and the store wouldn't look like such a horrendous mess all the time. Dollar Tree you've got to do better.

Always friendly cashiers. And as for the Karen's complaining about long lines It's not necessarily management's issue nor the cashiers. hard to hire people who don't want to work. And it's not the end of the world if you have to wait a little while.

There aren't many places that you come across such amazing humans with such a special talent for customer service and genuine connection. Almost every time I have been in there I have been met with such positivity it's rare and truly enjoyable. Thank you for bringing a little bit of sunshine to someones shopping experience.

Very unorganized store, items on floor. It seems they got a shipment in but not yet done so looks like they need more help and organizing shelf, etc, and make it look present able to customer..

Once again Dollar tree never ceases to amaze me. I found some new drinks I'll have to take pictures but they are root beer spicy ginger vanilla cream soda dark cream soda BlackBerry I think there's a couple others but wow look great for the price hell can't beat it love my Dollar tree just wish you would get more of that lemon water that four pack for a dollar that was great lemon water it's better than Nestle's

I just wish these store employees would learn to not embarrass their customers by having a fit over selling more than 2 day old newspapers. If I didn't have my grandson with me I would have walked out! Honestly, they should have been glad to get rid of them and even sold them 1/2 price! Held up lines, called manager to get permission for 7 (total) day old newspapers 2 different kind what is wrong with this world!

I love this place! Quality isn't always the greatest, but I have to say that for $1.25, most of the items are better quality than you might expect! This place is a crafter's dream!

I like shopping at the dollar tree and would give them a 4-star rating at least but they never have enough cashiers working there and the lines to check out our too long, so my rating is based on the checkout experience. The store management needs to ensure that there are enough cashiers working and more registers are open

Biggest Dollar Tree near me, decently stocked, though some sections seem nearly empty. Great selection of holiday items, more than smaller stores. Staff is polite. Store is a bit messy in some areas. Overall, worth it for me to drive out of my way to access their selection.

Dollar Tree is no longer a $1, it's $1.25. But they still have all the items anyone could want or need. They even have food. The clerks at the Mary Esther one are always friendly and helpful.

It's your average Dollar Tree store. I lived in the area for years and it's not at the level it used to be as far as cleanliness or stocked shelves. But it still holds some good value and you can still fill up your cart with things you need and more of things you don't but you get because it's only a $1.

If you are looking for wine goblets or champagne goblets it is always best to go to the gift wrap part of the store. That is where all the wedding items are. I was able to find some beautiful silver rimmed glasses for a wedding reception that I badly needed. The cashiers in the store are very welcoming and helpful! There is handicap parking at the store. The store is open late in the evening if you need to find a gift at the last moment.

This is a newer, larger, location than the original one. The staff are friendly, helpful, and available most of the time. Because this is a smaller store, they don't have quite as large a selection as the Fort Walton store. I enjoy shopping here and usually find what I need. My only complaint about this store, is the same one I have with all Dollar Tree stores--check out takes too long!

Great place to stop and shop for convenience items that don't need to be high quality. I find myself surprised at how much I get without breaking my wallet! Easily the best location compared to the other Dollar Trees around.

Accidentally left my wallet at the register/counter realized it within ten minutes. I called the manager stated she has it. Went back to get my wallet all of the cash was gone. I’m sure one of the employees took it. I hope that little cash was worth it. I’ll never come to this store again. Thieves !

Its the law in this city to wear a mask... 2 of your employees walk by me three times in 3 minutes close enough to touch my shoulder! no mask no social distancing.the older lady that did it twice said sorry the second time.. i just walked far away. She then announces to the whole store a bunch of negative comments about me. I never said a word. Never go back again its not safe to go there

Lots of stuff for super cheap. They had a huge selection of energy drinks, plenty of sugar free options too. They've been really lacking in the beef jerky stick selection lately though.

Love this place as much as the dollar general. Love that every thing is a dollar. Great place for shopping when your on a budget and they need a bigger place to sell so people can get more than a few things at a time. Thank you for having a place for the public to shop and the kids love it as well.
