I had a great experience at this CVS inside Target. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and definitely goes out of her way to always help my mother and I with our prescriptions. She's new to this Target and doing such a fantastic job! We really appreciate her.

The pharmacist was very rude and condesending. She told me my prescription was ready and I told her I’d come and get it. I’m a 66 yr old stroke survivor and have major back issues. The prescription was for pain medication. She called me back to tell me she would not fill my prescription because she looked me up on the National database and that I had been getting them early each month. I told her that I had waited for almost a week the previous month because they didn’t have them in stock. She informed me that she could override my doctor since she was the one filling them. This happened during the Christmas holiday so I’m out until next week. I have never gotten them early. My doctor sends the prescription out electronically and I get them when I’m told by the pharmacy says I can get them. In my opinion this is elderly abuse, since I’m in intense pain!

The staff here is absolutely amazing. I called 3 other cvs pharmacies before getting to them and they completely out did them selves. I had a rare prescription and they were the only ones who looked into trying to order it for me and they did! They even told me they did research on their own time to try to educate themselves about my prescription. My prescription was filled within 24hrs. Melissa, one of the techs, blew me away with her customer service. Thanks again for the help!!

A huge shoutout to Gabrielle Hobbs, RPh for her compassion and professionalism during my visit to this CVS Pharmacy for a booster vaccine. I had a pretty bad experience with a previous vaccine that left me somewhat traumatized and Gabrielle truly took the time to listen and address my concerns. She flawlessly administered my vaccine and was so respectful of my past experience. I highly recommend you see her for any of your pharmacy needs! THANK YOU GABRIELLE!!

Worked long hours all week so I couldn’t make It to the pharmacy, went this morning and it was closed. I asked and they said the head pharmacist was going to be a few hours late. Showed up 3.5 hours and they’re still not open. Honestly not okay when people need their medication.
