Nurse Practitioner who worked on 12/31/2023 at 10:30AM is the rudest, laziest and THE most unprofessional person. We were traveling from OH and stopped by to get a prescription for wife who had a pink eye. There were 2 people siting in the waiting area but the kiosk to sign in was disconnected. When NP walked out she said that there were no more slots to sign in were available. She was evidently lying and we had to go to an Urgent Care. I am not sure where the management is looking but this person obviously is occupying a wrong position and should be working elsewhere.

I came in for 1 item. Waiting in line for SEVERAL minutes so cashier suggested self checkout, which was also full on a Thursday morning. Made it to self checkout and had to wait for cashier to bypass ID check. She helped 5 other people and kept ignoring me, so I left. Worst CVS I have ever been too. Don’t come here. No one will greet you, help you find anything, or check you out. Waste of my time. Oohh and I am was the only black person …

I ABSOLUTELY HATE that you are recording me, in my face. If your store security is so bad, then CVS is not the store I need to be shopping in anymore.All my life, Ive aimed for CVS as my choice of drug store; sadly, you've lost a loyal customer by having such bad "other customers", which caused you to have to record me in my face. I could care less if you otherwise record me, seems everyone else is, but not in my face. I invite others to shop where trusted customers shop, elsewhere.All the CVS are set up this way now. Let me know when you change your checkouts.

Probably shouldn’t let people schedule vaccinations online if they aren’t going to have a pharmacist with a license to be able to give one in the first place when you get there with your child. Or how about a courtesy call letting people know sorry, our licensed pharmacist is not here today. Was told we could come back tomorrow and just walk in….. so what’s the point of scheduling? Is there a guarantee that this won’t happen again?

This was our first time using the minute clinic and we were very fortunate with getting Christi and Shawn as our team. They were amazing, especially Christi!! If we were able to request her as our normal dr office staff we would. The wait got a bit long (not more than 1 hr beginning to end), but that's expected in a clinic. They did an amazing job of making us feel relaxed and were very attentive. Would definitely recommend, especially if you can schedule based on staffing.*** 3 stars for the app since it didn't explain well the in/out of scheduling/billing etc.

Do not go here for pictures or to have your pics put on a USB drive. Their equipment is old, doesn't work and you will spend a long time getting absolutely nothing! They don't keep their own USB drives in stock, they won't allow you to use your own & they don't have signs on the photo equipment telling you up front- the touch screens don't work and they don't care if you waste an hour using them to get nothing.

Rudest pharmacist I've every dealt with. Staff isn't very knowledgeable! Was told by my CVS to call other CVS to see if medication was available in stock, yet was told they couldn't give out info over phone. I guess they expect you to drive around to every individual store in order to find out. Ridiculous!!!

Absolutely the rudest medical professional I have ever experienced! I was stuck in traffic and running a few minutes late to my COVID test so I called and informed them and they said it would be no problem. I called again as soon as I arrived (about 5 minutes late, as I informed them over the phone) so they would know I was here. They said to wait in my car until someone arrived so I did.A few minutes later, a medical professional aggressively charged up to the car and launched into a tirade about how they don’t have time to help me...despite, you know, having time to lecture me at my car. She was incredibly rude and short-tempered and definitely not at all willing to help. She was fussing with her watch, throwing her hands up in the air. Unbelievably unprofessional!I will never use a Minute Clinic again. This woman needs to be terminate from her current position because clearly it isn’t a good fit for her. She should not be working for the public.

Had to get a COVID test here due to feeling ill. Had a home test done, but needed an official test to confirm. Waited well over an hour after my scheduled appointment to get tested. There were multiple people in the lobby waiting who were clearly sick for over an hour waiting to get tested that scheduled an appointment. This location is not prepared for proper testing.

I went into get pain medicine for my wife on 4/11/22 at 08:00 , when they first opened, as she fractured her neck. I explained the need to the pharmacist. She told me she was the only one that can fill it, and it will take over an hour. I was shocked. She had no compassion!! I left and went to Publix at 09:00 when they opened and walked out the door in 5 minutes. Publix was outstanding! I am done with CVS!!

In general CVS is great and the staff are amazing. My one request would be for them to hire more people in the Pharmacy. It's next to impossible to get through on the phone and speak to the Pharmacist sometimes.One other option might be to have some kind of chat or the ability to send the Pharmacist a message. There are just some questions that only the Pharmacist can answer.

Zero stars. I'm not sure what is going on at this location but the pharmacy really needs to get it together. I went there for a prescription and was told Jan 1st the laws changed and p.a. can no longer write prescription without the dr signature. Ok Dr signs it and it still takes them 2 days to fill my medication. After just having surgery any amount of time your in pain is devastating. Lexi is the one running the window, she definitely needs to he trained I have never waited so long in my life for medication 25 minutes at the drive thru. Worse place ever.

Worst pharmacy ever. Gave the the wrong meds and assured me it was the same despite my warning that I’d had issues with that brand in the past. When I called to tell them about the severe negative reaction I’m experiencing they were of no help at all. Pharmacist had no idea what she was talking about, telling me nobody makes it anymore no one even had it and telling me it was exactly the same but also different than the one I was on before. Then said that I’d have to go to the doctor and keep testing out other meds till I found one that works without giving me the severe reaction I’ve been having and that there was absolutely nothing They would do to help. After I hung up I called the Walmart pharmacy and she told me they had a ton of the pills and that it was their most popular and not being discontinued and immediately filled the prescription for me and was very sweet to me.

Lady working the pharmacy tonight with dreds was definitely not in a good mood. Only had 1of everything I needed and kept the rest of my paperwork like I knew she was going to get back to me if she had the rest when all she said was she will call me in 2 hours on the one she knew she had.I'll get my prescriptions somewhere else.

Terrible system, terrible customer service. My wife (a retired pediatric nurse practitioner) signed up to be tested for COVID-19, and the online registration process was so cumbersome, it timed out three times, causing her to have to restart all over again in order to get it done. Then, we were sent to this CVS, and upon arrival (15 minutes early!), we were directed to park in an area that was currently being designated for testing; the nurse was placing signs out as we arrived. I read the first sign that said "Parking for COVID testing" So I parked there. The nurse places the second sign right next to my vehicle and walks back into the testing shack. My wife's phone rang from an unknown number - from Rhode Island - which we assumed was a telemarketer. We don't know ANYONE from RI. It rang again, and she ignored it. Then I read the second sign (different from the first one) that said that CVS would call us. My wife calls the RI number back and is harshly corrected for "being late" (remember that we were there early, and also, WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS!). The nurse calls my wife into the testing shack and continues to admonish her for being late, for not answering her phone, and for essentially wasting her time! HOW RUDE of this woman to have the nerve to treat her customers this way - SHE signed up for a career in nursing, and if she is not happy with her career or the company she works for, she needs to make a change, but DO NOT take it out on the public and her customers who pay her salary and are the exact and only reason her job even exists! I will definitely be seeking a conversation with her manager, because this was absolutely unacceptable behavior, and should not in any way be condoned or allowed by a company which makes its money providing medical services to the community. Very poor customer service with this one.

today was my 3rd time using the minute clinic at this location and each time I go the service gets better and better (it was fantastic the first visit) the clinic Dr was great and very helpful and the pharmacy helped out tremendously with the prescription price as I'm currently having an issue with tricare being idiots. highly recommend this clinic. thank you CVS staff.

I visited the Minute Clinic and was greeted by Veronica. I had an unusual situation and she was a great help and so very kind! The Dr., whom I failed to get her name, was excrement kind and did exactly what I needed in just a few minutes. They saved my vacation!!

I am very disappointed in the staff that works at this CVS. I stopped by this store to get some needed items and I saw a display that had Shampoo AND Conditioners displayed for 75% off the regular price. Regular price was $8.99 and the new price with the discount would have been $2.99. I got to the register and the conditioner rang up for the regular price. I told the cashier about the sign being up displaying that the shampoos and conditioners were 75% off. The cashier then went and called for a manager to override the transaction after clearly seeing the sign for herself. The manager the comes up to me with a snotty attitude saying that only the shampoo was 75% off not the conditioner. Well if the shampoo AND conditioner are displayed TOGETHER, BOTH with the same 75% off sign, then that means BOTH should have the discount applied! There was nothing that stated only the shampoo. I then tell the manager that the display is false advertising and that they need to change the way that display is set up. The manager responded with a smirky remark saying that people place things in the wrong places. Yes, I do understand that, But the display was clearly ALL the same product with the same brand name! This CVS is a joke and I will take my business elsewhere.

Why are you only offering uscan checkout? Yesterday, 10/19, approximately 1:30 p.m. wanted to make a purchase. Two cashiers were in photo area enjoying laughs and conversation. Asked if self checkout was only availability? Was told yes. At that point left merchandise and exited store. From this point on will spend my money elsewhere.

I had a sick kid and a baby in the car. I didn't want to expose them or anyone else to germs, so the CVS pharmacist not only gave us our prescription, but also helped track down an age appropriate cough medicine allowing me to stay in the car with the kiddos the whole time. Thank you!

Made my vaccination appointment, fought with traffic for almost an hour to get there, showed up on time and checked in with the nurse. I then sat there for over an hour waiting while at least 1 patient who was schedules AFTER me was taken in before me. I still sat there for another 30 minutes before leaving. Hopefully there is somewhere else to get the jab around here.

Issue with Pharmacy. My prescription wasn’t able to refilled magically for 4 months with no real reason. They decide to auto fill it after I’ve already been to a doctor and received a new prescription. It really wasn’t a huge deal until I went in to talk to someone to find out why it was delayed 4 months and the lady I spoke with couldn’t get her eye brows any higher up on her face. Was a rude and uncomfortable experience.
