Megan has HORRIBLE customer service. I have been coming there for several years now and haven’t been there for a few months probably six or so because I found someone to ship it to us and it wasn’t an easy drive to make for us to come there. So I called today to speak to someone like I often had and asked if they were in stock and was treated terribly by a lady named Megan who claim to be the assistant manager. I would give it one star if it was just based off of this woman’s attitude. However because of previous Wonderful encounters with the rest of the store employees always helpful and even ordering and holding product for me to make the drive to pick it up I am going to do three stars. I wanted it to be noted that I was hung up on four separate times by this woman told that she would not tell me what was in stock. Ended up calling to Tallahassee Florida location which is affiliated with this location and he was so kind and called over there to ask her personally if they had any in stock and questioned why she wouldn’t tell me. She proceeded to lie to him and say I was asking about pricing and other things which was not true. I am so thankful for the helpfulness of the Tallassee employee store and I hope that I never have to go back to this location and encounter this woman again. Very disappointing for such a wonderful place to have to deal with somebody so nasty and rude

If I could give 100 stars I would!!! I absolutely LOVE this store!!! The employees are so uplifting and welcoming. They treat you like family in that store. 😊💚 I refuse to spend my money at any other smoke shop in town! Quality products and Groovy atmosphere. Yall got a lifer outta me! 🌻💚💛❤️

I have returned to this store several times now. It is always clean and organized with a good selection. I have met both owners and they were friendly and helpful. They clearly want your business. It is a bit more $ in Florida compared to (Alabama and online)but It isn't the store, it is the Florida sin tax on tobacco products. It is more than most think. I believe I am a bit more aware and sensitive of pricing these days and I find myself comparing Alabama, Florida and online prices so I know what is most affordable. I will continue to shop here, good store and convenient, but I also shop Dothan when there and order online. I think we might go back to the backyard gardens for our veggies, tobacco and chicken coops for eggs before long. I really enjoy smoking and will keep on searching for my best deal. But I always try to shop at my local businesses and if it is only a minor difference I will always favor the personal service and convenient local stores. Plus I love the smell of fresh tobacco and seeing the new stuff. CBD, new vapes, pipes etc. Online will always be lacking presentation.

Our favorite spot to hit when in town. Always great customer service and the variety is on point. We loved the merchandise we got when purchasing there, a tote, pen and chapstick with their logo from a very sweet lady who helped us. Thank you. Always a loyal customer.

The employees there were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to me. I walked in, knowing what I wanted, but not knowing how to describe it....that was no problem for them. They told me what it was called, AND, how to use it.I will be doing ALL of my future shopping at this local store.They're also very well priced on their merchandise. Seem to be at, or below, the price of items at other stores with similar items.The quality of the merchandise seems to be of the utmost standards.Went in today, 3-29-22, and still keeping up the good work !!! Very very friendly staff

My credit card info was stolen and shared a day or 2 after shopping here, cant prove it was them, so NOT SAYING IT WAS, however it's the only place that actually touched my credit card...if you don't swipe your card yourself then do not purchase...Anywhere. i read the owner response, please feel free to contact me to review that footage, what day did you review ? And no i did not have constant eyes on my credit card, they took it away from the counter and had it plenty of time while i was not paying attention to take a picture or whatever i did NOT SAY it happened there but i stand my ground on NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE AT A PLACE THAT YOU DO NOT SWIPE YOUR OWN CARD. AGAIN please confirm, what day did you review and when may i come in to review that footage with you.

I love this store! Very clean and friendly staff. I come in to buy disposable vapes all the time and they always great every customer will a hello and a warm smile no matter who is working. They work patiently with every customer giving out best recommendations to favored items along with honest opinions on their products. I definitely recommend everyone to come here for all their personal needs!

This place is the worse of the worse I have never been treated the way the 2 people treated me there i bought a 40 dollar dual chamber water bong took it home filled it sat it down went to get dinner came back and the table was full of water the bong was leaking took it back the very next day and the woman in there was rude acting like I was lying I didn't even want my money back a exchange would have been nice but they was just plain. Rude would love to know who the owner is so someone could tell him his people need better customer service not even giving them one star

I was with Mark Touchie and he said "this is the best tobacco shop he has ever been in, people who work here have been very accommodating to my needs." Anybody that doesn't agree with me can stay the hell out, I don't want to run into them. I have been very blessed to find a place like this, everybody come see for yourself. Smokes 4 Less was great. I was helped by a young lady there who was knowledgeable and had great suggestions. I was in and out quick and with their wide selection, I bought more than I planned. But, it was worth the money. I'm from out of town so it was great to find a place with everything I needed.

I have the upmost respect for these people they know how to run a business. I bet there isn't another tobacco shop that accommodates you like this one. Talk is cheap seeing is believing come see for yourself. Anyone who would bust a glass pipe and want someone to replace it isn't to smart to begin with. Maybe next time you would put water in it before you leave, but I guarantee it wasn't the store.
