Fuel spills at diesel pumps, no attempt to clean up. Restrooms not cleaned regularly. Soap and towels were stock, rest of the restroom was needing attention. Will not be stopping here again

Nice store and clean parking for trucks ! I see spots empty till 6/7 pm ! Lots of food around in a walking distance ! My 34 was best of the best ! Walmart/dollar tree next to it 3 min walking distance !

This has been a regular stop for me for many years but my visit today was very disappointing upon walking in floors are not clean the conditions of the bathroom were horrendous it doesn’t look like anybody has scrubbed the sinks or really mopped the floors since I was your last time in like October, and it’s never been like that here before. I don’t know if it’s under new management but but I will be going to the TA from now on when I hit this exit.

Nice, clean place to stop. The checkout line was slow moving but that's my only complaint. I got in line and my kids still had time to debate over what drinks/snacks to get before it was my turn. Worth noting the child seat in the handicap stall if you have small children!

Evening crew is pretty good, morning crew needs to step it up. Not sure who the morning manager is, but they need to be trained better. Reported to get a trucker to move (because he/she wasn't even in a parking space) so we could get out and no one even came out, they need to do their job and patrol parking lot to make them move if not in parking space or ticket on window for reserve parking!!!

The only problem I had was with the gas pumps tap to pay system. I tried two different pumps to no avail. Although I might add that my phone battery was around 10% give or take so not sure if that was the issue.

I stayed here for 34 hours rest. They were always busy cleaning the restrooms, taking care of the machines, organizing items or checking out customers. Staff is also great to just talk to.The restroom was always clean, my shower was very clean, coffee was very good.It’s also great that it’s right next to a Walmart, Waffle House and an amazing Mexican restaurant.

Shower was clean however the toilet was a mess,also trash wasn't emptied after the prior driver. You can see that the manager doesn't even follow up because all the signage on the doors was out of date.

Was traveling through this morning and stopped for coffee there was a group of sketchy folks hanging out in the corner of the parking lot pan handling. Went in to discover filthy restrooms and no coffee made departing the store there were some extremely drugged out people and what was obviously hookers hanging out on the sidewalk in front of the door . Single female will not stop here again

9:30 in the morning and restrooms were nasty!! Directed into auto/rv lanes that were so tight we blocked most of the driving lane fueling up! Plus, add to that you have to go inside to pay!! Why have all the credit card device??? Hubby said men's restroom was nasty as well. Overall place was dirty!!

Your cashiers need to learn the law when I comes to asking for an ID. I was asked for my ID I give the cashier a government issued id, not a driver's license ( not everyone has one) also not all government issued IDs have a barcode to scan like the system asked your cashiers to do. There is alterative way to enter a dob without scanning a barcode and I completely understand that I can be refused to be sold a item. But also known Your cashier asked my for an photo id which I give her a government issued pistol permit that clearly has a picture and a dob. I am not upset they asked for an ID I'm upset cause I was refused the sell clearly because their was not barcode for her the scan. She even had the nerve to turn the computer screen around to show me it asked for her to scan the id , as she touched each word and read it out loud as if I was stupid. Do better!

Tried 3 different card readers at the pump. 2 had error messages and the 3rd read see cashier after going through the prompts. On a long road trip you don't want to stand in line to pay for gas. In addition, you don't know the exact dollar amount of gas you are actually going to need so if you guess wrong you have to go back inside and go through the process again. Just a lot of unnecessary work and time wasted for something as simple as buying gas. The employees were nice and the bathrooms were clean.

Wake up go in to use restroom and shower. NOPE BOTH CLOSED. They say the water got shut off but the coffee is being brewed and the sink next to the coffee works fine. PILOT what the hell is wrong with you we rely on services to be working a lot of us live on the road. I guess I won’t be stopping here again.

The company I drive for insists that I use pilot / flying J, and for the most part I don't mind because I rarely have bad experiences with these truck stops. But I can assure you, I will never stop at this site again. Key pad on almost every pump are not working. So you have to go inside and pre pay. I don't necessarily mind that, it the attitude from the clerk that I mind. I can usually overlook things like poor maintenance and congested fuel lines, but the unnecessary attitude from the fuel desk clerk... not acceptable. If you took the time to read this, you should definitely heed my warning. Go somewhere else. Thank me later
