Called to verify that an item I needed was available. The website said that this store had them (the only store within one hundred miles of me to have any) so I asked for them by SKU # and was told they would put them aside for me. I drove the 90+ miles one way, to find they DIDN'T have them. What a waste of a day and half tank of gas!!

The female manager is very rude and didn’t listen to the problem we had with the paint sprayer we bought. She charged us a $54 restocking fee because “The box was open.” We bought the paint sprayer to paint our house and the gun blew apart and paint went everywhere after only painting 2 walls. The equipment was faulty and when we purchased the item the box was damaged. The cashiers were nice and patient, but that manager needs to find her a new job because she is going to ruin that business. As for me and my family we will not be back and I will tell everyone I know.

I went to the Marianna,Florida Harbor Feight last week to purchase a leaf blower. No one was in the leaf blower isle so I went up front to get some helpThe store manager offered to help me and followed me back to the leaf blower isle. Another person was there and rudely interrupted and cut me off. The store manager ignored me then helped them first even though I was the customer who went up front to ask for helpThe other customer had a myriad of questions and this went on for at least 5 mins while I waited.Remember I was the customer who went up front to get help and the manager should had made the other people wait for their turn. I go to Harbor Freight often. I will no longer go to the Marianna Harbor Freight after experiencing this insulting behavior from the Store Manager.I purchased a leaf blower from Walmart

Very helpful manager. He was out on the floor helping any customers who needed it. Helped me with everything I needed and answered all of my questions, which I'm sure some made him wondering if I had a clue what I was doing😁 Definitely will be shopping there again.

It's Harbor Frieght...Pro items are great..lot better bang for buck comepared to the thousands I have spent with Snap On, Mac, etc...I am their Customer and they are mine. I work on their freight equipment...staff is helpful most of the time. The Marianna Florida location is the best of all I have been to.

Had given prior review about good service. That's changed. Called about limited stock item. Was told by George they would hold at counter. Item was not held and out of stock...30 mile trip. Bridget said we don't hold items. Should have been informed. Attitude also very poor. Beware.

Sadly my experience at harbor freight is never good the customer service does not know what they are doing and they are not very friendly. I would not recommend anyone to go to harbor freight they close early lock the doors on you

Loves it here the guys who were working tonight were amazing got us signed up and saved us 10% on our purchase tonight. The store was clean and well kept and the deals were displayed that you could clearly see them.

One of my go to places for tools! They usually have most items in stock and avaliable. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to deal with. The store is one of the newer Harbor Freight stores having opened in the strip mall that was heavily damaged during Hurricane Michael. Always clean and a very welcome addition to Marianna, FL

Helpful staff tho, I'll add...my sister and aunt were incorrectly told that the pneumatic tools they purchased came with everything they need... THEY DO NOT. THE FITTINGS AND IMPLEMENTS (coupling and any cutting wheels, blades, dies, drills, ECT.) are SOLD SEPARATELY

Today I was with my Mama spending the day with her. We went shopping in Marianna. We noticed that the new Harbor Freight store was open and Mama wanted to go in and look around. She was looking for a Birthday gift and a tester to test her outlets. We couldn't find any so I went looking for someone to help. I was very aware that the store was busy due to it just opening. There was an associate up front talking to a gentleman and I was close enough to hear they was just chit chatting. The associate looked toward me and nodded his head while raising up his hand in a just a minute gesture. Another gentleman came in and went down another aisle. I continued to wait till the associate and first man stopped talking. The first man moved away and the associate looked at me and said "Do you need help?" I told him I did. He then looked at the second gentleman that had come over another aisle and asked him if he needed help. He said he did too. The associate then looked me in the face and said "Ma'am i will be with you as soon as I help him." Needless to say I saw RED. He went and helped the man and i told Mama let's go. She went to pay for the one thing she had found. This associate then had the audacity to come to the register and ask me if i still needed help. I think there is now a wanted poster of me in the place. I was so offended. He treated me like nothing. I have never felt like that before in my life. Like I was less than a man. He then told me to my face that the man needed help too. We walked out of the store and will never go back. Women know about tools to sir. I hope you don't talk down to your Mother or wife like you did me today. Rant ended

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. What can I say about harbor freight. Cheap tools, not the best quality stuff, but affordable and accessible. Overall I love harbor freight period and who wouldn't love to go in there and just spend about 50 bucks. I am considering a welder from harbor freight now period just waiting on some good sales, and they are coming!

They definitely need to restock merchandise. The items I needed "out of stock" and no idea when more would be in. Harbor freight is 1 of my favorite stores though.

Flawless organization, staff know where their products are(looking at you, Lowe's), they're always willing to check the backroom if their inventory shows they have it. Everything is intuitively organized so you'll rarely find yourself needing help.
