Very bad customer service. Made a 12 noon and they canceled. Changed to a 9am appt. Called to confirm. Was on my way but they said they didn't like my TEXT attitude and canceled when I was 10 min out. Called and transferred to a very unprofessional owner who said she cancelled because of my text attitude. Every word that came out of this teenagers mouth had disrespect. She even said she would call the police if i showed up and was hung up upon.call the police if I showed up.

Unprofessional attitude from owner.Told my grandfather that they complain too much and to not bring the dog back. Only complaints that were ever said were 1. Not to put powder on the dog, and 2. There was a schedule miscommunication where the receptionist said they weren't scheduled for an appointment despite having an appointment card from gypsy pet resort with that specific date and time wrote on it. When he tried to state this, she angrily told him to leave and immediately threatened him with police action. Going so far as to follow him out the store continuing to angrily yell. This comes as a blindside as he had nothing but nice things to say about the groomers and how good of a job they did. But due to volatile management they won't be going back. 5 stars for the employees. 1 star for management.

I love ❤️ the way they make it a pleasant visit for my Bohdi Beans.He is my 1 year old tux.cat.Has no fear of the visit. Thank you so much. 💓 is very happy!!!

We took our 3 yo. Boy Buddy to the Gypsy pet Resort to be pampered, everyone was very nice and professional! Buddy goes often now.

The owner has a nasty attitude. My issue was not because of timing or cost of service. I didn’t like the way the owner talked to her employee when I asked about timing and she started cursing at me FIRST. I never asked to speak with her nor did I complain about the service despite the fact my moms dog trembling and scared the few times I dropped him off.

I have a tiny dog. They cut her up with the razor and then labled my dog hostile when she nipped them to warn them that they were hurting her. Then they told me I would pay 50 dollars,but when I got there not only was my puppy traumatized, but she also had a very choppy cut. The groomer responsible wouldn't even talk to me she was conveniently gone when I got there. They tried to hide what they had done and then charged me 70 dollars instead of the agreed upon price. They also won't even bring your dog to you till you pay. Please don't go here

So happy we found Gypsy Pet Salon. We have 2 dogs and were driving over an hour away and having to wait around 4+ hrs until they were done. Now we are close enough to go home while the pups are groomed, all of the staff are so friendly and the pups always look great. 🙂

My doggo seemed quite happy upon return. Not disheveled or tired looking. Did a great job with grooming as well! Its a bit more than we usually pay for boarding but I would say its worth it.

My two labs, Molly & Bella were treated very sweetly upon arrival. The ladies here took extra care with my older lab, who has hip problems and arthritis. My fur babies will definitely go back again, thanks Gypsy!

I was so nervous about a new groomer for my Yorkie, Princess LuLu, and she was nervous too,because she's always had the same groomer 10 + years, but the staff assured us and calmed our anxiety, McKenna did a remarkable job grooming my Baby. When you quote a price over the phone you should honor your word.they told me $49.00 dollars and charged me $$65.00 plus tip.turned in to $74.plus change.
