Everyone is always helpful. The Grocery Outlet is a discount grocery store. You pay cost plus a small percentage over cost and that's how they compute the price you pay. The meat and produce are always fresh and the store is always clean and it's just a hop over the wall from my job at Bob Pforte Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Marianna Florida.

Their selection is poor. The prices are no discount. Cost = all bills, expense, pay roll etc. Etc. It is conveniently located and I'll still shop there. So it isn't that bad.

Good place. Great prices. Be careful and look at meat products they can be borderline good. But what I buy has been good. It was better prices than any store within Jackson County.But today I paid $9.68 Plus 10% add on so over $10.00 for 18 eggs!! Everything else was so over priced the only people buy had a SNAP food card.

The store offers decent pricing but the customer service was terrible. I'm not a frequent shopper, but the last time I went, I walked in carrying a two year old child a sippy cup, a diaper bag, a purse, and my keys, so when I didn't see a shopping cart I went to the "Customer Service" area (which is a small blocked off section at the entrance) and asked the employee who was coming out of the area where they were. This worker's response was "in the parking lot," and they walked away. I left without shopping and vowed never to go back, and I won't as I find this treatment unacceptable.

Been Shopping at this Store for 20 year's. There prices are Really Good even with the Price of Everything going thru the Roof. There Meat Section is Awesome. I Highly Recommend this Grocery Store..😎

Where do I even begin?I’ll make it short and sweet, just because that is how I do things...This store will always receive a 5 star rating from me.When most people visit a grocery store they expect; professionalism, cleanliness, organization, speedy yet adequate customer service, friendliness, fresh produce and meat departments and most of all.... decent prices!Let’s face reality! In my opinion, based on experience and visiting tons of different grocery stores across many states, 80% of grocery stores don’t meet any of our expectations. However, The Grocery Outlet in Marianna, FL has got it going on YA’LL! Can you tell I have a beautiful Southern drawl? Prolongation of the most heavily stressed syllables at its best!I would personally encourage each and every one of you guys/ladies to shop at the grocery outlet at least once and gather your own opinion. You won’t be disappointed!

I haven't been there in years. I love the local grown vegetables. I'm so thankful to the cashier who realized I left a bag of hamburger meat. She ran it out to my vehicle. I hope they realize and recognize her for being so kind and helpful.

I love the store because everything is priced just right. My only complaint is they didn't have enough cashiers so we had to stand in line for at least 45 minutes. If I hadn't needed the things I had I would have just lefted.

I like their meat selection. Also, the floors were clean, considering i used to buff floors at a grocery store once upon a time. It's hard to keep floors clean, so that was impressive

Great place to shop, with great prices and friendly employees.Was curious as to why the 2 ladies in the office wouldn't assist the other cashiers.....?? I had one item, and there were others that were in the same or similar fix, but had to wait.

I do shop there often because they have reasonable prices. The employees are friendly and helpful. I only give it 3 stars because of the shopping experience. The building and interior is in need of serious renovation and updating. The inside is cluttered and the aisle layout and configuration is a little confusing. The worst part is check out when it is busy. It is very congested. Same with entering and exiting the building. Very congested. Also the parking lot is a mess. It is in dire need of repair replacement and seal coating as well as having the parking places striped and painted. Also getting in and out of the strip mall is not the best either

Everything was great! They need to open a few more trash from useless when they have people all the way back down the aisle! People were friendly at the cash register, but not very knowledgeable what things sell in the store and where it would be.I think I'll check. Would have been a great answer. But I have no idea. Store clean and produce was outstanding along with the prices!!

This grocery store is busy most of the time. The discounts here are Amazing...But...It's always the great people working there who make time to go out of their way to help no matter what! They treat you like family here. We shop there at Least twice a month.My thanks to you all!

My family and I save a fortune here. Prices are the cheapest in town, place is always clean and the staff are always helpful and pleasant. My only complaint are the narrow isle's. I have 5 kids and spend $600 a month on groceries. I get 4 buggies mounded over here, I get 2 buggies at Walmart for the same price.

This may not be the best looking place in town, but it is a store definitely worth shopping at. It is well run, well stocked, has fresh produce and flavorful meats. Surprisingly, they also have some very good wines at low prices. After a trip to the gym, they are a convenient stop next door.

I like this store! Surprised, because I really didn't think I would.Meat is fresh, found all the produce that I wanted, Freezers are full.The store is clean and staff is helpful.

Cheap prices = cheap customer service. Every employee was dressed like they just woke up. They all treated my family like we were garbage and could care less about helping anyone. The cashier (older lady named Mary) was the rudest cashier in Marianna. I don't care if they have the 'cheapest meat in town'. I would rather spend an extra dollar somewhere else and get helpful service with a smile.

Prices of poultry products r unreal. The store was not stocked very well alot of empty shelves. But the staff ARE AMAZINGLY AWESOME.

Check out the prices here. Compared to Wal-Mart they are usually cheaper, and Winn-Dixie isn't even close. The down side is limited choices. Also, don't expect a 'shopping experience'. You are saving money, not necessarily having fun.

Grocery Outlet, as always, exceeds my my expectations and meets my needs. Could use a doggie section like WD has, though, (at lower prices) you know, with all the treats and stuff... Stuff my girls love...But, even if I Have to go to WD to pay exorbitant prices for the treats my girls love and expect, I will. But I like shopping at Grocery Outlet. Prices are reasonable, as is selection of products. Dewayne is in tune with the wants and needs of our community. Customer preference is closely observed, and within fiscal parameters, it is obvious that he tries to please Us, the Customers. Also encourages involvement with local, organic, members of our community. A big cudo. Hat's off, and Thank you, Grocery Outlet...Thank you Dewayne.Awesome customer relations, employees, and product selection. All at affordable prices.On a scale of 1 to 10, you get 11.
