There should seriously be a negative 20 star button for this pharmacy… it is literally the absolute WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to in my entire life… the 15 people running the pharmacy have no clue what’s going on they literally never have my medication in stock that I go for every single month and can’t tell me when it will be in stock while ALSO catching a complete attitude about the whole ordeal.. unfortunately I live out of state and Walmart charges double for myMedication so I can’t just switch pharmacies.. I leave in tears monthly bc of how unbelievably rude and uncaring EVERY person that works there has treated me!!!! How can SO many people be that rude and unprofessional.. it almost seems like that is part of the job description when they’re hired on!!

No greeting or good bye. No one offered to help you. Dirty Kleenex left on the front counter where items are ring up. Employees on their phone completely ignoring you while they're sending text messages. No one offers to show you where items are. This does not include Minute Clinic which is polite, friendly, and professional always. I've had about 2 great employees there that smile and make you feel welcome. Other than that the service is below par. Do better Marianna CVS!

0 STARS! Rude and SLOW!! Multiple people working in the pharmacy and still slow! Will barely acknowledge that the phone is ringing!! Pharmacy pick up lines slow inside and outside!! Have to wait an hour for pick up even with three people in line. When you do get up there. They are snobby and rude and unfriendly. They are not passionate about their jobs. And most of the time they will not even talk to you at all. They give inaccurate information about prescription status. Will not tell you the truth about where your prescription transfer are going and found out that CVS had given me false information from another pharmacy. Also when they pick up the phone after an hour on hold they are rude and not friendly! 0 STARS!! Shouldn't have to wait forever in drive thru line and they are still rude.

Very rude. I need my meds and asked about how long it would take. The employee just had a smart butt laugh. They had just opened up and told me they haven't checked for the meds called in. I also had a written RX. I am glad they are not my regular pharmacy. They were closed. I won't be back

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. There were 3 working, the phone kept ringing. The woman helping me told me.we weren't in Network, hmm do your research first before telling a patient that one. These people don't follow HIPAA guidelines. The bathrooms were god awful. It looked like they weren't clean in over 2 weeks. The abundance of trash around and throughout the store was so bad! How about putting a garbage can outside the front door? Or is that too much to care for?

I should have read reviews before choosing this place to fill scripts. It's pretty stunning to see consistent 1 star reviews for this particular pharmacy and yet their bad management continues. Our one star is related to the incompetent staff and indigent pharmacist working Wed 4/19 in the evening. Doctor sent the script to CVS Monday, and we arrived Wednesday to only find it had not been filled. The employee was very slow and then advised we needed to wait 45 minutes. We left and came back with 10 minutes before the store closed. For another script, we asked them to run a discount card (Good Rx) and the staff member complained that it would take too long. In his words "there are too many steps" and then he stated -- we can't run it. It's 8 minutes before we close. Would the staff member not want the best price for his script??We then asked to speak the manager which was the pharmacist on staff and that was just as bad. The gentleman was rude, no customer service at all, and not a good representative for CVS. We ended up leaving our script there. We will take our business to Publix 45 minutes away because at least they have good staff and food customer service. Yes, that still matters today! CVS is like what you'd get with socialized medicine. Awful.

Finally able to get my sons cough medicine in stock after several days of him being sick and this is the way they stick and leave a label on the bottle. They also did not include a measuring cup.

Absolutely the worst. I picked up my wife's prescription but failed to check it out, only to discover upon arriving home that instead of 120 pills, she only received 30. To add insult to injury, when she called, first she was disconnected after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, then had to wait another 10 minutes before they finally answered.

Called the pharmacy on Saturday to fill my wife's monthly prescription, was told that it would be 2 hrs before it will be ready for pickup after 2 hrs. Went to cvs and then was told that they did not have the required medication for the prescription. I informed them that you could have notified us before we made the trip up there. I asked how could I get her medication at the other cvs, she told that I'd have call the doctors office and get them to transfer it to another cvs. I said it Saturday and the doctors office was closed , her response was just "oh well". Being retired military I'm very limited on my options of where to get medication and cvs has always been a problem always thinkng they can tell you what you can and cant take like their the doctor. If can move your medication to a small local pharmacy do it dont give them your business if you can help it

Everytime I go to this pharmacy I never can get my medicine the same day. They always say we have to order your medicine and then it takes days for the medicine to actually arrive and they always have a long, slow moving line. I will no longer use this pharmacy.

Used telehealth whom I may say is great and you don't have to leave the house......I got three scrips to treat a sinus and eye infection sent to CVS Marianna FL. My fiance went to pick up the meds a hour after they were called in and was told that due to fake prescriptions being written under the doctor I seen an his inability to contact the doctor or telehealth I needed to have the prescriptions transfered to Walmart in the morning now mind you this was at 8:20pm. I called the company told them what happened and they transferred the prescription for me and said that they were always available 24/7 and he most likely never attempted because they would have definitely flagged that grand of a violation of federal law. So I cannot believe this place is still open really and am going to file a complaint with whom ever I can find.

By far the worst pharmacy in Jackson County fl. I waited in the drive thru pick up line for over 45 minutes for my prescription to be filled because they where wrapped around the building when I got to the window they slammed the gate down in my face and put up a sign that stated they where closed for lunch until 2p.m. their was a line of cars behind me waiting for their prescription as well. When I went back after I got told my prescriptions where ready on the app and got told by the workers they where not ready and that it would be an hour before they could fill them.

Every experience at this pharmacy is horrible. Management on this day (04-25-2022) was rude. I felt very disrespected. I sat 2hrs. Waiting for my RX. I witnessed more customers be turned away, unsatisfied than those who were actually helped. I would take this one star back, but I wouldn't be able to post this review. The clerk who checked me out at the register was very sympathetic. I appreciate his patience.

This CVS has given me nothing but headaches when it comes to filling my husband's medicine. Despite the number of people working there they are lazy and don't fulfill their duties. My husband is out of insulin because they didn't communicate with the doctor and let them know they were out of the Humalog that his insurance covers. They had three days to fill it or get the prescription transferred over to another pharmacy. But because of their laziness they failed to communicate to us or the doctor. They all need to be fired. Never had this problem with any other CVS. This county lacks service and competence

I have decided, after I pick up my prescriptions tomorrow, I am going to switch to Walgreens. CVS used to be real good, getting prescriptions ready in a reasonable amount of time. Now it takes more than a day. I had a prescription called in recently and when I went in to see if it was ready, I was told they were working on it that it would be about 15 minutes. I didn't get a text after 15 minutes so I waited another 15 minutes. I got in line and waited. When I got up to the counter I was told the medication wasn't even delivered yet. They could have told me that to begin with! Instead, they had me believing they were working on it!

Rude. Takes forever to talk to pharmacy staff..Often 15 minutes on hold. My doctor said he hates to call because he often has to wait 30 minutes!! Always out of my diabetes medication

I'm new to the area, needed an urgent care, tried the minute clinic here. I was extremely surprised by the care I received. Very professional, thorough. Tiffany the lpn was a delight, I was feeling really crummy and she was just calm, patient and sweet. The PA Scott Kelly was very nice,also thorough and took care of my issue. The whole experience was actually very pleasant. The minute I showed up there was someone there to assist me. Thank you all for the fast, excellent service. I hope I don't have to come back, but if I need assistance like this again you bet I'll be back!

They never seem to get prescriptions from doctors offices or the ER. I'm standing there unable to breathe waiting in line to pick up my inhaler when I'm told they don't have the prescription when I know they had it. I could've died standing there. And then I'm told almost 2 hours until they can get me an inhaler? That's beyond messed up. Then they refused to give me my psyche meds. Worst CVS I've ever dealt with and because of them I'm in the ER because they wouldn't give me my inhaler.

I dropped my sons prescription off at this cvs two days ago and received a text telling me it was ready to pick up. When I went to pick it up, I was told that they actually don’t have it and they won’t have that medicine in for four days. I asked for his prescription back(I needed the actual paper prescription for this particular medicine to be dropped off) it took the pharmacist close to 45 minutes to find it because they lost it. The staff were very friendly and apologetic but the pharmacist didn’t even look at me let alone talk to me to tell me what was going on. I had to ask after about 20 minutes if he had lost it before I got an answer.

6 employees working in the pharmacy and I stood first in line at the “drop off” counter for over 10 minutes. Not one employee made eye contact nor attempted an apology for the wait. Ridiculous. Walmart moving forward!!!!Pathetic customer service!

Whom ever is working right now 9/17/22 is amazing.. had issues filling my prescription and they went above and beyond.. sadly I didn't get her name but she is a star employee! Give her raise and never let her leave!

I had a prescription called in from my doctor today. Knowing it would take a little while to get it called in and filled, I waited 3 hours before I went to pick it up. When I got to the counter to get it I was informed that it wasn't ready, and would take another 45 minutes to fill. While I wasn't real happy with this I said ok. It's been 3 hours already, but I'll be back to pick it up. When I returned , it still wasn't ready, and would take about 10 minutes to get it ready. About 20 minutes later I was called to the counter for my prescription. I informed the girl that it was to be billed to my workers comp since it was for an on the job injury. Now, just to be clear, I had picked up meds on this same claim a week or so ago. I was very clear, I informed the girl of this a total of 5 times. She then proceeds to ring it up as a regular dark and tells me I owe over $100. Again I told her it's workers comp. She goes to some other person for whatever reason. I informed them as I walked out to put the meds back in their stock, I'd be getting it called into another pharmacy. I find all of this highly unacceptable! The Marianna FL CVS has terrible customer service! I made two calls on my way to a different pharmacy, one to my doctor, one to my workers comp company. My prescription was ready and waiting for me when I arrived at Kelson Drugs!

Thanks to the two pharmacy assistants who help me with vaccinating my 14 yr old son. I had to threaten to leave him there! They were so patient and their spirit to reason with him and encourage him was exceptional! Thank U... u probably help me save his life!!!

Folks count your pills when you get prescriptions from here. For the last 3 months my daughter's prescription for Omeprazole has been short 10 plus pills. I don't even count them all out now because I have determined that if they try to give me one size bottle it's off because there's no way they can fit 60 pills in that size. It's usually 12 to 13 pills off. Today they shorted my Amlodipine by 2 pills. Small pills, medium size bottle, no reason for the count to be off. Last month they told me it was the automated pill counter...maybe so but maybe you should get that fixed. I will say that they have corrected the problem each time it has been brought to their attention.

I have tested positive for COVID. Picking up antibiotic prescriptions from my doctor through the drive-thru and asked to get my Claritin-D which you get at the pharmacy counter so I would not have to come inside and spread COVID and they refuse to do it. Told me I must come inside. Does not make sense to me. Corporate should evaluate this mandate

This isn't my account, it's my dad's. The cashier is extremely rude and over charged me. The 3 vitamins at the bottom where buy 2 get one free. I only got $6 off? Therefore none of them where free? After the cashier had me go get another one because "it's free". Ridiculous
