The themed decoratings aisles always give lots of good ideas! Got an excellent couch here and it's held up beyond our wildest expectation - even with a bunch of cats running on it crazily. Sales and support employees here are usually super chill. Great spot!

I called prior to coming in tonight and was told over the phone that might $10 off of $40 coupon would automatically pull up in the system no worries that I did not have it with me. I get to the counter with $40.00 worth of products and I’m told then that they can not pull up my coupon in the system. The shelves were also very bare and no one offered to help us. I’ve spent lots of money in this store over the years but now I won’t be back! Poor customer service!

I am going to start shopping here more often. This place is great! It has great prices and I want everthing I see. The snack section has some neat stuff I haven't see around here before. There is an amazing selection of curtains and home goods.I got my cat some toys and a giant box of litter. This is another store we all need to support more.

Good deals and the store is clean. Some products are priced higher than what I have seen at grocery stores; however, others are priced lower than in grocery stores. They have some nice things in bedding, housewares, kitchen items, and home decor that Walmart doesn't sell. I shop here first. I usually find most of the things I want here at a reasonable price. Food stamps are not accepted. Even so, I can save some money and I enjoy shopping here. The staff are very polite.*August 2022 visit: I have shopped at this Marianna Big Lots! Store about 4 times recently. The cashiers/sales associates are great! They are positive respectful, very helpful and efficient. Be sure to sign up for Big Lots! Rewards; you earn great coupons online (check often so that your coupons don't expire before you get to use them)! Your online coupons last about 4 weeks. Just login to your account when you go to the checkout and show your smart phone to the cashier to scan your coupon. Big savings!! Just love this store!

This place has changed a bit but for the good they are carrying more products now and the staff here are always helpful and will got out there way to help if they can. Went in for a quick pick up the other day found what I was looking 3 but on6 had 1 on the shelf, nice lady said hold on I know we have more just have to find them took her maybe 10 minutes but she had them to me and filled the shelf they are always like this when I go in wish they would train the associates for other stores

I've been working at this store for over a month now. It is fantastic and all the employees work as a team. Everyone is fun and happy to be there. I wouldn't change a thing.... I'm so glad that I got a job working with others that are so upbeat and wonderful.....The management is awesome also.....It is the cleanest store I have ever walked into and organized....

I love this store. Furnished my house with big lot furniture and eight years later they have held up better then what I spent way more money on at actual furniture stores. The men in the furniture department was extremely helpful and nice, couldn't of asked for better service. I mean when we went to badcocks and home furniture and spent more money we didn't get treated near as good and the furniture we bought there needs to be replaced. I plan on replacing them with big lots furniture! And home decor and kitchen supplies I can go on forever. The store is just great hands down . Been going there many years and will go as long as they are there.

Tried buying 2 recliners, the lady salesperson said ok, but Another employee told her to have us wait for him to make the sale, this salesperson was helping another customer and was taking a very long time, instead of letting the lady sale the 2 recliners he preferred us to stand around and just wait for him, we decided we would go check out with other items instead of waiting another 10 minutes for him to finish with his other customers, i believe he was the manager and poor excuse for a manager!

Sad to see and hear someone that is representing that store by wearing their uniform outside of work threatening another man saying their gonna shoot them. What a class act. Way to go big lots hiring and letting someone that works with the public threaten another man in public. Name tag said James. What a class act and way to be mature.

If your in the area please go check out the furniture department as well as the whole store but the furniture department is amazing ! Ask for Mr.James , very professional & you can tell he loves his job . I couldn’t choose between three of there sectionals & he came over and spoke with me & my husband like asking well what color is our floorin etc . & he helped us chose the perfect sectional for our home as well as a stunning dining room table! Thanks again MR.James , your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed , thanks for completing my Christmas present! ❤️

Big Lots is not linger a LOT SELLER. Nothing cheaper here .. may find an occasional item not in local stores but even the exotic imports are gobe. Furniture fair price but no delivery so add $150 or haul yourself.

Big Lots is a great place. I go there often, and they always have good products
