Over priced, staff was not knowledgeable every question I asked she had to call someone on the phone to get an answer. They are asking double for corrals then other places. Would not recommend to anyone

This is one of the cleanest and customer friendly marine shops in the area. Prices are reasonable, and the attendant was very friendly.

Went to the place for the 2nd time today. I spent about $100 my first time, today I came In to spend close to the same. I walked In the woman siphoning the tanks didn’t even acknowledged us when we walked In. The guy that was doing something In the back neither. After about 10 minutes or nothing, I asked the guy if he could get me some snails and fish, and he told me let me help the other customer that arrived after me, but seemed to be his friend, or something. I said ok. After they were done, all the snails he seemed to be getting were dead, according to him because the water was too cold. He found 1 and bagged it, then another customer comes In and same thing he told me let me help this customer and just left me and my fiancée there. At this point I has enough and we proceed to walk out, I told the woman siphoning the tank “tell him never mind, I’m tired of getting blowed off, and I’ll go spend my money elsewhere” she literally laughed and repeated what I said laughing. This place has no clue what customer service is unless you know someone there I guess. I will never ever come back to this place. You lost a customer for life. I usually drop about 250-500 a month on my fish hobby. I guess you must be doing amazing business that you don’t need any new one.

Excellent aquarium shop for fresh and salt water hobbyist. The shop keeper is knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of Fish, plants, corals, equipment…. Basically it’s my go to aquarium store since finding out about it.
