My husband an I were walking on the strip when we noticed there was a grooming salon. We decided to just pop in without an appointment to see if they would trim my dogs nails. They were pleasant and welcoming. Can’t wait to take my Ace there for grooming. We think we found the perfect place. Thank you Petcetera staff!

We have a small <10 pound senior dog. We took our dog this week and the grooming was excellent. The groomer was kind, friendly to us, as well as, our dog. She reviewed what we wanted in the grooming. When we picked her up her grooming was well done and thorough. We were totally pleased with their services. We will definitely use Petcetera as our groomers.

I want to state that Petcetera was amazing. The groomer listened to all my requests, understood the fragile state my dog was in, actually performed all the requests i made, and seemed to really care for my doggo. After 11 years of grooming for my pup, this is one of the few that were evenly cut, that listened to all my requests, and actually made the cut instantly adorable rather than having to let it grow out a week before it looked good.

My little rescue dog Mia is a tricky customer lol she is a rescue who was used as a bait dog for dog fights. Terrible, so you can imagine how scared she is of other bigger dogs, I explained that and the lovely lady at the front explained to me that they have 3 areas to cater to special behavior and needs. The place was spotless and smelled very nice, almost like a nice boutique downtown. Our old groomers were old school I guess, and didn’t pay that much attention to these details I loved the atmosphere. When I came to pick Mia up, she looked relaxed and happy and the cute little bandana and stickers made her look so pretty! I was absolutely delighted with the customer service. I made my next appointment then and there. Thank you so much, I couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome! I’ll be recommending this to my friends and family for sure!

LOVE the place and they were wonderful with my dog. She was happy and well taken care of. They showed her lots of love. She was there for 7 nights and give the owner lots of love when she was leaving. That is how I knew she was happy during her boarding time. Thank you so much.

This place is the BEST for grooming and for daycare. Natalia is so friendly and helpful... she took the time to explain the details of the services & prices, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. Every time my puppy Dro leaves here, he smells delicious and has a cute little handkerchief around his neck. Dro was 6 months old, timid and skeptical around the other dogs when I first brought him here. He’s now 8 months and as soon as we enter the door he lights up with excitement, runs to the back and is eager to play with the other dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the best care and grooming for their fur baby.

I took both of my 7month old Morkies for their first grooming today! 4 hours later, they were transformed! The staff took their time, gave the boys breaks in between and I love the end results. The staff here genuinely cares for the animals and they explain everything to their owners. I am very happy with our experience and we will be back for sure!

With the dogs and so helpful. ××××edit. Went last week and they hurt one of my dogs. Just her nails were trimmed but when we got home her ribs were hurting her.

On Tuesday August 17th my dog was immediately dropped off from my home to the groomers. I literally saw her walking fine that morning and my sister dropped her off (7 min drive from our home to groomer) so I could watch my baby. When I picked my dog up I noticed she was limping and they did not say anything to me until I called them stating the fact my dog was limping after being groomed. They then said my dog was dropped off like that in the morning by my sister. I spoke to my sister and she said it’s not true. Ever since my dog has been walking lame. Today which is Saturday I went to the vet because she still was walking lame and they told me her knee is hurt and X-rays would show exactly how that happened. I proceeded to call PetCetera to tell them they lied about my dog being dropped off limping and reiterated that after going to the vet something happened. They tried to lie again and say it was my sister and the person who said it was the same person who asked someone else within the company on Tuesday if they saw anything with the dog. Please do not bring your dog here to get groomed. I never had problems when I was getting serviced by Natalia and she was very attentive and she would have never let me take my dog home being lame. She would have called and said something is wrong with the dog if that were true. Please do not bring your dog here. They lied and tried to say my sister is lying and now my dog needs extra care due to her leg. To cover themselves and show integrity and be truthful they rather lie and hope people don’t catch them in act. After even confronting them they didn’t even offer to rectify the situation or refund the money. When I went to the vet they also told me to be careful with groomers. Please BEWARE they are not people with integrity.

Was surprised when calling to find out this is a new business which just opened a few weeks ago! Pamela, the owner, was courteous, friendly and professional! She promised my dog would be ready for pick-up within 1 1/2 hrs. as long as I had a reservation. She was a woman of her words. Her groomer, Lisa, did a fine job on my little poodle Molly! This review is long overdue and I truly am not one to make reviews, but Petcetera was the only groomer to completely surpass my expectations.I have been to numerous places trying to find that place to be your forever groomer, just like your trusted vet. Because I'm one of those people who don't see animals as just dogs or cats, but part of the family. Every groomer I would go to would give my furbaby, Cookie, anxiety and I had seen some reviews about Petcetera and they live up and go beyond everything written about them. They truly are an amazing place and you can tell that this isn't just a job for them as it is for many other places. They truly do love animals and do everything they can to make you and your furbaby feel comfortable. This was the first place I went to where Cookie didn't shake and Natalia and her team always showed love and care for my pooch, as she was older and had cataracts. Her groomings were always perfect and Cookie always came out calm and smelling good.Unfortunately I lost Cookie in February, but I am forever grateful to Petcetera for always loving and making Cookie comfortable going to the groomers and for always giving tips and suggestions, which many places wouldn't do just so they wouldn't lose money. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is, it's clean, and they have many services for your pooches needs!They even sent me a card through the mail once I lost Cookie, and it just left me touched. 💕It will be a while before I adopt another furbaby, but when I do, I will without a doubt return back here.Thank you to Natalia and everyone at Petcetera , you guys are amazing!Angelica

Groomer was very nice, they don't like to cage the dogs unless they're aggressive. She definitely took attention to detail on my puppy and he came out looking great. Prices are reasonable as well.

My Edward Portuguese water dog poodle and Maltese mix loves going there thank you so much for making him feel like family and for never ever hurting him I won't say where but he used to go to one of those big box places and he got hurt there that's why I love you girls
