Nice convenient store for groceries. Friendly checkout and do offer self scanners. Always clean environment and easy exit! Prices are somewhat higher than competitors but we are pretty far South.

I went in around 2 months ago and was greeted very politely and nicely with a service desk staff. I asked for the store manager and they kindly called him up. I stood there for about 20 minutes and He never came up. Horrible experience. They were able to resolve my issue at the counter but I never got a hold of the manager .

Very well organized grocery store. We were visiting from California and went to pick up some goodies for our hotel room.I was impressed with the friendly folks and the nice clean layout.Note: no hard liquor is sold here.

This is my favorite supermarket in my area, but I wish they would pay attention to removing sale signs from the expired weekend sales. Meat prices are $2 more per Lb than the posted price, I would demand the advertised price if I wanted to purchase those items.

Winn dixie has taken a nose dive. It used to be the best place with good prices but everything just ain't anymoreThe location in Immokalee, the bathroom toilets leaked water everywhere, and toilet paper wasall over the floor. Insects in the produce area and no bags in the meat area. The marco island location is cleaner but with obviously higher prices.

Better selection than the Publix store. The Publix store is much older, this store is a little newer, larger and brighter. Pricing is similar to Publix. If you are a tourist staying on the island I suggest driving 9 miles up the road to either Walmart or Aldi and save $$$ on your groceries. Use this place a large convenience store for quick stops.Service at checkout was nothing special. No smile, no eye contact. More the normal these days.

Clean and convenient!Fresh fruit and vegetables. Well organized and easy to find what we needed.Place was easy to get to. Parking is plentiful.Employees were friendly, helpful, and polite. Great help.

Stopped for some groceries for our vacation! Inspect your food closely. We had a loaf of bread not expired, but full of mold! Deli is really good. They have a lot of selection. Staff was very helpful and courteous!

If you join the Winn Dixie rewards program there are some very good deals to be found on groceries. But otherwise this store has high prices. That is probably to be expected on Marco Island..The produce section looks very fresh.

Haven't seen a WD in years. But was nice, clean and the pharmacy was cheaper on normal process than with my insurance, no coupon required. But took the pharmacist to determine that, and told me, which was nice.

I was overcharged AND sent two wrong items. I contacted the corporate store at least 6 times. They agreed we were overcharged as well as agreed we had received two wrong items. They also said 4 times they would expedite our refund. The purchase was made January 21,2023. Today is February 13, 2023 and we have yet to receive a credit. Our bill should have been $34 yet we were charged $91. Pretty significant amount I would say.

I like the store, but hate two things. #1 incorrect prices posted in front of items but yet refer to an item further down the shelf. #2 their BOGO NEVER... show a price in the ads. Then, when you go to check the price in person, the price is higher than normal for the item and the BOGO deal isn't really a big deal at all... So yeah, other than the deceptive advertising they choose to use, I like the selection available, people working in the store and deli created foods. They would get 5 stars if they only slowed up on the creative pricing methods...

This was my first experience with winn-Dixie. They had everything I needed in stock. 2 of the items I always have trouble finding at other stores. I will definitely go the extra 3 or 4 miles to shop there !

Needed flowers for a gift and in a hurry. They had lots to pick from. Beautiful flowers with reasonable prices. Got flowers and we were on our way very quickly.

The shelves were pretty bare. Meat and seafood was above my expectations. You really need to have grocery people stocking throughout the day. It was pretty messy.

It’s not the place but the rewards system that Never works for me. I get bonus points offers that just don’t work & never get credited. Also my shopping lists never work either. Customer Service & on line help always blame me & never correct the issues & I don’t get correctly rewarded. Of course I’m unhappy. How can I say anything complimentary or positive???

I live here on Marco. The main reason I shop at WD is the Deli. The lunch meat isn't special but it has salads that Publix does not. The deli staff certainly needs an overhaul as they would rather be somewhere else and it shows. This, if you are fortunate to catch them. I never can seem to catch them open. It's 5:30 pm and they are closed.

I like Winn Dixie. I am a snowbird and went to Winn Dixie on 1/3/23. The shelves were not full, many of the flyer items were unavailable. Even with those shortcoming, I plan to shop there. BTW, employees were friendly and eager to please.
