Went on the pirate ship trip with family tonight. Everyone had a great time partying like a pirate. Did a brief trip at the gift shop and it was beautifully set up, without the odd perfume smell of the local surf shop competitor. The marina was super clean, well situated, and well organized. Had a great time.and I'm sure we will be back. Maybe today to.check out the shop!

Cute store on premises that I visit often. Bought an adorable dress on sale in November without trying it on. Returned the very next day because it was too small. They wouldn't take it back because it was a sale. They would have had plenty of time to re-sell. My problem is that they were slow that day and 3 employees stood behind the counter with all 3 chiming in about returns and company policy. I thought one employee could of handled the return with no issues. Won't be back....overpriced anyway.

We rented a pontoon boat here and loved it! The staff is friendly, they give you a chart, an overview of the boat and a safety brief. They will tell you where to go and even rent fishing equipment/bait so you can create your own adventure. We went to Keewaydin island, found a ton of shells, saw some dolphins and cruised around for the day. It was a great time. Thanks Rose Marina for helping us enjoy our vacation!

Rose full service Marina is fantastic! Great friendly staff that help you dock. They monitor channel 9 for the marina. Good fuel dock service. Really good floating transient slips! Good restaurants within walking distance. Publix one mile away.

Decent little Marina. If you're a cruiser they advertise $10 a day to park your dinghy and go shopping or whatever else. We have a 13 ft Boston Whaler that is the tender for our trawler. We came in and the dock hands were very helpful and friendly. We paid our $10 and went on our way for the day. When we came back the manager told us that since we had a whaler and not an inflatable that he what have to charge us by the foot. The lesson here is unless you have a inflatable don't come here. I for one will not be back.

We rented a pontoon that was in great shape and took it out on the water for a fair price they went over everything and did a good job. They got us set and on the water quick! Honestly couldn't ask for more. Everything was clean and well managed

Watch out for undisclosed insurance fees. Made reservation 2 weeks early, received an email confirmation with total price of $407.05, picked up the boat at 10 AM, received immediate email with confirmation and receipt with total price of $474.60, then later find $98.42 charge on my credit card for insurance. Insurance charge was not disclosed on either document they provided to me, but now they claim they verbally advised. B.S. Called Marina and was told someone would contact me, but they never did. Very disappointed and will never trust this Marina again.

Fueled up and got water. Very nice staff. $10 to use dingy dock the next day! :15 walk to Publix, West Marine and shops. :08 walk to Ace Hardware!

Great marina! We stopped on our way down to Marathon. Floating docks and a brand new Captain’s lounge with really nice bathrooms and showers for transient guests. Will definitely be back. Staff was great too!

Captain Rick on Sunshine Express, great attitude, knowledgable, good teacher. Worked to get us on the fish, coached us on landing them. Cleaned and iced our catch. Very reasonable rate!

Rented a Pontoon boat for 6 peeps for the day. Like new condition ran great went to Goodland for cocktails and Keywaydin for sun and 🐚 shells…they have food and ice cream vendor boats. Dock personnel were friendly and informative. U go peeps

Great day on the water. Captain Greg was great. Knew exactly where the fish were and told us exactly how to catch them. Many different species, non-stop action. And to end the trip, the dolphins put on a show. Can't wait to come back.

Best boat rental experience I've ever had on Marco Island. I'm on the island few times a year for the last 10 years and have rented from several of the other places and was really floored by the experience I've had here. The boats are clean, new, everything works, has a working 2-way radio (and someone monitoring at the office), and a perfect GPS. This is the first time I've had a boat with a working GPS. It makes touring the waterways way less stressful. The crew was friendly and very helpful from signing in to briefing on the boat. I can't believe I've never tried Rose Marina for rentals (and I've passed them many times to get to my usual rental place). We were here off season and could see they have quite a few - like maybe a couple dozen! - pontoon boats. Serious investment in their business. Shows they take things seriously. Their online reservation system was easy to use and reliable. This will not only be my go-to rental outfit, I will be renting more often since it's much more of a pleasure than "those other outfits".

We had such a great experience with Rose Marina. We are first-time boat renters, and they made us feel completely confident in our ability to get to Keewaydin Island. We did! We came to Rose Marina for the dolphin explorer tour. We had a wonderful time, saw many dolphins and learned more than we expected about them. When we got back to the marina I turned on our car to cool it off while the kids watched the pelicans eat scraps while the sailors cleaned their boats. We got locked out of our car by accident. Pamela was incredible getting us help so we could get back in our car. She couldn't have been more helpful.

They double charged me for fuel, rudely blamed me, then instead of refunding the extra $11.78 charge hit the card for 11.78 gallons of additional fuel ($61). No big deal if they would just refund the money like any other merchant. This was on 6/30 and as of 7/4 still no refund and no one will even acknowledge the issue despite being shown the lack of refund on my mobile banking app. Still out $73 for 2.5 gallons of fuel for the dinghy.

I have been there 3 times to get shrimp and I ask for 2 dozen. They give just that the problem is is that 7 of them were less then 2 inches long every time. I think when they are that small you could give the customer extra to make up the difference. I think because there are only a couple places to get them that you just don't care or you give the bigger ones to the commercial guys. The workers are all nice people but this comes from owners and managers.

Good time nice boat. Got to marina 20 minutes late and the staff member was snarky right in front of my little daughter. He then was tossing stuff around making everyone uncomfortable. Did to only this we probably will check out another marina.
