I'm sorry but if you make and appt here and get there and have the groomer meet you outside to keep saying I had no idea when you booked a bath and a nail trim that shexwould have mays..mats.. she didn't have mats. It's golden doodle fur.. as it get longer it can mat but I had just used a demating blade in her this irning before going I made sure the worst of them in her ears and beard were gone. But no this groomer was outside( bc your not allowed to walk your dog in) reprimanded me and not giving me the confidence she knew what she was even doing . She then tells me a 2 hour bath was going to be instead 3 to 5 hours.. I went back to my car and realized I was definitely not comfortable leaving my 11 yr old goldendoodle at this place. So went back and ask for my dog back. I wouldn't take any of my dogs here , they wanna complain about the dog being this or that when I explained to her weeks ago upon making this appt that I had been having issues finding anyone until next month so all I needed was bath and nail trim. It was very obvious that she didn't wanna do my dog, so I'm glad I took her with me. My husband who is a business owner overheard the entire thing and said that's absolutely no way to greet a new client nor show confidence in yourself that you can handle your job.

I brought my mini schnauzer for a trim. I took the time to speak with the groomer about how NOT to destroy his cut before I left.She pointed to photos on the wall ensured me that she was very capable.I have visited dozens of groomers over 15 years and I can honestly say the groomers as of this date are Not trained to cut. I don't even mean this in a negative way. I blame the owner for allowing this.When I picked up my dog, I was speechless. I said no words, but this did not stop the other groomers from launching a personal attack. The groomer blamed my dog for the horrible cut. Things became very hostile in there.My dog was butchered. his legs were cut so tight he looked like a hot dog on toothpicks. Every line on his body was uneven, his beard which is the hallmark of a schnauzer was at 45 degree angle. I can't make this up. If My dog Franky could cry, he would have been in tears.When I returned home, my wife cried for hours. smh..DO NOT VISIT THIS GROOMER UNTIL THEY CAN HIRE ACTUAL PROFESSIONALS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND MAYBE EVEN DANGEROUS.

The salon is the best of the best if you’re looking for the best! The owner is very sweet, Along with all their other employees. They have been in business for over a decade. If you’re looking for a friendly up beat dog environment I highly recommend this salon. I am a very picky person when it comes to my dogs haircut, probably worse than my own hair even as a teenager. They brought tootsie(my dog) to me with a wagging tail and bow..*i swear my dog SMILES arriving & leaving EVERYTIME!*P.s. we <3 Barbie!

New to the area. Tried a well rated salon first. Terrible service, terrible cuts, very unfriendly. Switched to the Marco Pet Salon for next cut. Wow! My little Yorkies got the best haircuts ever! The girls were friendly, caring and welcoming. A week later as their cuts are still fabulous. Very impressed 😎

SHOW DOG EXPECTATION!!! Nadine is the owner & also has 30+ years. She actually hired me a couple years ago and taught me how to do assistant grooming.. while working for her i learned so much & she is so thorough ive never met another Groomer to compare (saying this, not downing other groomers ive worked with.) I just truly want people to get the BEST of the BEST & she's your gal.

Brought them my shih tzu after he came home from 2 weeks at a “pet resort” - he was all mats. Not only did they work to get him in immediately, he came home happy and with the best cut he’s ever had. I’m really pleased I found this business and will be a regular from today forward!
