I was having trouble with the charging port on my iPhone. Despite a post saying they were limiting time spent on walk-ins due to a heavy workbench load, they readily took my phone and fixed the problem. I saw one tech working with another customer and he explained himself very well, and insisted that the customer call her company to make sure he could work on it as it was a work computer. The company said no. Very ethical, knowledgeable and friendly.

Wow! What a great place for computer/phone/tech repairs!Jorge and Dave are extremely knowledgable, friendly and reasonably priced for their professional services and skills. Marco Island and Naples is lucky to have such a valuable resource. I had a iphone 10 issue and watched them dissect my phone and 'surgically' repair it with expertise and precision.

Walked in to have my antiquated Apple MacBook Pro checked to see if it could be helped to be faster, but found it to be an expensive paperweight. Sadly it’s too old for APPLE OS updates. However, the gentleman that waited on me was extremely helpful in making affordable recommendations for an upgraded laptop. He’s doing a search now to see what he can find for my personal use so I’m excited to hear when he returns my call! So far - VERY HELPFUL and expectedly VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE in what they do with a great variety of services and affordable rates! Definitely recommend paying them a personal walk-in visit for whatever your needs may be! No pressure - just the facts and will work with whatever budget you have!

Tyler did a great job with my computer . They are very consistent when it comes to their customer service and communication. Friendly, efficient and done earlier than promised. Tyler of Marco Island Computers was great. I had a difficult repair, and he worked with me along the way with regular updates and kept it affordable. I believe I got straight talk, and when he came across something unexpected, he had enough candor and decency to level with and advise me as to how I should proceed based on what was in my best interests. No complaints, much appreciation, will come to him again if another computer issue arises.

I have a small business on Marco, and was having issues with my Google placement and Web layout. A friend suggested I call Tyler at Marco Island Computers. We had a quick sit down to review the problems. Within a week everything was back on track, and at a very fair cost. Good to know companies like Tyler’s are there, as I know I’ll need his services again.I’d highly recommend Marco Island Computers.Fast Forward to 11/25/20. Could not perform updates on our Dell desktop. Everything slowed down to a crawl. Could not access some important web pages. Computer would begin to update, then freeze up. Call to Tyler, who said to bring it right in. A quick review of what was going on, and Tyler said he was confident he could straighten things out. Had it back the next day, minus all the problems that were slowing it down. All is now well. Thanks Tyler.
