Our van was low on oil and husband went to purchase 2 cans of motor oil. On his way back to van, a sweet gentleman asked him if he needed help as his left arm and hand is almost completely paralyzed from dialysis fistula surgery.The gentleman proceeded to lift the trunk and poured both cans in. We just need to say thank you again!

People ask me: how can you tell the difference between the two Ace Hardware stores on Marco Island. It's a great question. I went to both of them and while they have a lot in common they are also very different.This one features people arguing in lawn chairs just outside the entrance, while the other one had three kids with fishing poles riding bikes in the parking lot.They both had small appliance sections but this one had low shelves and the other one had shelves that went up to the ceiling.Obviously you'll make up your own mind, have personal preference, etc. To me it's like waffles, everyone likes them but some prefer blueberries and whip cream while others slather them in tasty strawberry jam.

This is an outdated location. I have been to well over 20 ace hardware stores in the last 5 years. Very low stock on many items. No Ace rewards, due to theory of data being sold, is what I was told. That is the customers choice why decide for me. I have a choice to make where I shop on the island, I will do what is best for me so I get my benefits.

Very rude staff!I didn’t know the phone number associated with my rewards while presenting a coupon. The cashier told me “she had no way of knowing that I hadn’t stolen the coupon from someone’s mailbox. I was baffled, then insulted so I decided to return everything. While I was waiting for the return a sales associate proceeded to mock me for using a coupon. Rudest people on the island. Go elsewhere, the extra 15 minutes to Lowes is well worth the time.

Went there at 6:15pm today. Went to the door and realized I forgot the bulbs that I had to get replaced in my car. Went back in to store door and doors were locked and they shut the lights!!! There were two other cars that pulled up both people went to door and found it locked!!! Website says it’s open until 7pm!!! I’m so mad! I hope the owner sees this review!

Store picks and chooses what they want to return/exchange. Bought a “universal” fitting, when I got home it didn’t fit. Store said I couldn’t exchange it because it was opened. “Home of the hassle free return” it says on the receipt. I wanted an exchange and literally bought it minutes prior! Ordered the proper part on Amazon for half the price. Bad business practices right there!

I had a very pleasant experience today. A sales associate had offered me assistance and it turned out to be the owner of the store. Got the help I needed and as a bonus had an awesome conversation. Love this store.

OK, once I could see but AGAIN today I picked an item CLEARLY marked "$1.99" with SEVEN items in that same spot only to be charged $3.20 at the register. I explained to the guy that he was incorrect because it was marked $1.99 so we walked over to the spot & he said "these must be in the wrong spot" so on PRINCIPLE ALONE I asked for the $1.99 price & he just said "nope" & said it was $3.20. I will never shop here again and I would one you to do the same

I'm a homeowner on marco island and we rent our house . Our grill broke,marco ace assembled a new grill and delivered and put grill out to trash for us same day delivery...We resided in New York what a wonderful service , our mailbox got ran over by a car , all I havE to do is pick out new mailbox and they will install...Courteous and friendly ...
