We attempted to eat here twice. The first time we waited in a 25+ minute line to be told when we got to the front to order that they are out of cheese and 75% of their menu items were unavailable. We decided to come back and give them a try again. Again, we waited (35 minutes) then we finally ordered and waited again another 20-25 mins at a table for the food. Despite all of the waiting around, the food was delicious and the people working there were very nice! We ordered the star pizza and stuffed artichokes. Amazing and authentic. 2 words we use to describe the Italian Deli and Market. Our party of 3 decided to stop in based on the reviews and the appealing menu. Although we are familiar with Marco Island and have visited here often, this was our first time stopping in and we can’t wait to return! We ordered the carbonara, La diavolo pizza, fried olives, stuffed artichokes and burrata caprese salad. We cannot speak highly enough about our experience. Everything we had was fresh, hot and authentic. We loved the casual vibe of the restaurant, indoor and outdoor seating options and great prices. You have to stop in to Italian Deli and Market, you will not leave disappointed!

I've been on the hunt for a good corned beef sandwich in Southwest Florida since we moved down here. THIS 👏 IS 👏 IT 👏. Authentic Italian, but casual enough to stop by for a quick lunch. The fresh ciabatta bread and cheese was *chef's kiss*, and the corned beef was ample and juicy. My husband had the meatball sandwich and he could NOT stop eating it. I honestly wanted to run inside, find the owner, and give him a hug.If you've been looking for an Italian deli that reminds you of home, this is your place. We will definitely be back for more! 🇮🇹

Truly a gem for super fresh made to order meal. We had a couple appetizers and a pizza, check out the pictures, $65 with a generous tip. Plenty of seating 65 or so, and great for all ages with the variety of menu options. Recommend by a local and we are very pleased that we made it our choice for the evening meal! Life changing pizza!! And I promise I’m not saying that lightly.The food was absolutely amazing, we ordered a bit of everything because the menu options were plentiful and everything sounded delicious.The Burrata Pizza was literally the best thing I’ve ever eaten and eaten is my hobby.Meatball sub 10/10Chicken Parm 10/10Salmon Risotto 10/10Literally can’t wait to go back and will probably make a special trip just to eat here again soon!

My family arrived late Saturday evening and we happened to stumble upon this place by chance and I am glad we did! We ordered a pizza which was great! The chicken parmesan was also amazing! The truffle fries were good, but I was disappointed in the garlic sticks Vesuvio as they were burnt. They were actually black and colour from how burnt were. This is the only reason this place did not get a five star review from me. I just feel like the staff should’ve recognized how burnt these were, and they should’ve never went out.Other than that one burnt dish, this place is phenomenal and I would definitely recommend it !

"Edit this sandwich is not from this restaurant "I had an Italian sandwich. Fresh perfect bread! Excellent fresh ingredients. Maybe the best Italian sandwich I've ever had. Ill be back to try the pizza! "Update" the sandwich pictured is no longer the sandwich you will get at this restaurant. They do have an Italian sandwich it's not bad. But its definitely not the sandwich it used to be.

The steak bits sandwiche was sweeted by caramelized onions and so delicious! The clam pasta was light and fresh. While the Italian sandwich was balanced. The place was clean, and the service was upbeat. Definitely want to be back!

Ordered take out the week of March 19, 2023Ordered online and it was real easy.Advised it would take 30-45 mins. Got there to pick up and had to wait another 15-20 mins.Atmosphere was great. Looked energetic with live music.Clean open restaurant.Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic knots. Pizza was a bit bland for my family's taste. Garlic knots were cold and dry. Dipping sauce was bland and tasted like out of a can.

Busy place, staff is running and making this place work. Food was good, pizza looked awesome and must be with a 45,min back up, I'll try it next time. Stuffed olives weren't what I'm used to in Italy, the giant ones deep fried delicious. These ones were tiny and for the money would think there would be 20+, tasted good but make em yourself for a home party and enjoy. Ran outta veal, the first 3 things I ordered they were out. Owell, I'll have to go back and try. Meatballs were good, kids liked the pasta, salads, and manicotti. Looking forward to going back and trying the pizza.

Walked in and ended up ordering from the bar and eating outside due to the fact they do not offer table service. The Caesar salad was fantastic-the dressing was delicious. The pizza was cooked in a stone oven which gives it a necessary texture and overall was a satisfying meal.🍕 🥗

Food was great had it for takeout. One thing I did notice is how bad one of the employee is with a new customer I called to make a order she knew I was struggling with the menu she didn’t bother to help out when I was confuse, when I went to pickup my order she made me pay and she walk away in the middle of me putting my card didn’t say anything to make my experience any good, not a hello or welcome or a smile wish got my tip back from a call order.

We are here 2x in our week vaca; amazing and will definitely go back!!! The first time we did take out deli sandwiches. You can’t get any fresher! Our second visit we had pizza. Delicious, perfect crust, sauce, & toppings. Free refills on fountain beverages. Service was friendly and fast at lunch. Decor was nothing special, but had inside and outside seating.Parking: Independent & paved lot just for the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Family friendlyWheelchair accessibility: One level restaurant

I tried the sink pizza (sorry I had to change the onions for jalapeños). I loved it! Staff was very polite and the restaurant looked nice and clean. I took it to go though.Food was ready when they said it would be. A little pricey but it fits the cost of the area. Would love to come back.

This is based solely on the one thing I ordered—an eggplant parmigiana sandwich. First of all, this dish is supposed to consist of layers of eggplant, sauce and cheese that is baked together. They took fried eggplant that was clearly prepared for their eggplant rollatini (because I saw many orders of that being served while I waited), threw a bit of sauce and cheese on the bread, and added a few pieces of thin, dry, tough eggplant. Nothing was integrated. The cheese was barely melted. We only ate it because we got it to go and were hungry. The atmosphere was really loud with the people drinking at the bar. I’m giving two stars because the pizza looked good. They advertised it as best NY style pizza in Florida. This NYer seriously doubts that though.

Awful service. Ordered a sandwich and a salad and it took 45 minutes. No heads-up and they didn’t look busy, but incredibly disorganized with online / phone orders. Everyone else in-store has the same wait or longer. The ridiculous part is that my roast beef sandwich was supposed to have 5 other ingredients but was literally just a piece of ciabatta and four slices of roast beef. Pathetic.

Not organized at front counter and had to wait 20 minutes for takeout order that was supposed to be completed. Ordered stuffed artichoke heart for $14 which was 3 small quarters of canned artichoke hearts sprinkled with breadcrumbs and cheese. Also ordered eggplant sandwich for $16 which was not freshly cooked and was hard and stale. Have been a regular customer of Italian Deli since it opened and have seen a decrease in service and food quality over past year.

Nice location, ordered the 2 slice lunch special which was great, the caprese and prosciutto sandwich which was good too. The disappointment came with the "Italian dream " pizza , the dough was not cooked, instead of the roasted red pepper cream they put just slices of red pepper also the meats were on the light side( ok amount of mortadella but very little prosciutto and capacola) . I would come back to adress this issue but I had the kids with me and no extra time ! I made the average and gave them 3 stars !

I have been coming to Marco Island my whole life. The restaurant scene is boring, when I heard about the service at The Italian Deli & Market from the locals I just had to come in. The food is spectacular, shout out to the kitchen for accommodating my picky requests. When I come to Marco Island, The Italian Deli & Market is now my go to eatery. The chicken Parm with Linguini had reminded me of my mothers homemade dinners 5 stars

We were very disappointed with our meals here. We had meatballs as an app. Tasted like spagettios. I orderded the linguine with clams and he ordered veal picatta. Pasta was very undercooked and so salty we couldnt eat it. Everything was served on disposable plates and plastic ware. We are not the type to return food, but we only give restaurants one shot. That was it.
