I have had several refreshing experiences with Samira in the Deli of this Winn Dixie. She was totally helpful each time along with enormous amt of patience! She guided me many times to a better quality & or less expensive selection of meat/cheese along with a sample if I was waffling on a choice.

Great prices on food, you can roll the basket and is simply and effortless. Making it easier to carry your groceries. A great place to shop for cheap.The new store is huge and well organized, customer services is good but you notice the tension of the employees. The good thing is that everyone is smiling.Well it's not easy to open a new store.The Marathon fellows wait 1.5 years to have this store back, after Irma.Food is fresh; all equipment works, including electric carts.

It's much nicer than the Winn-Dixie on Big Pine Key, which is where I live. Service was still mediocre.My biggest complaint is that they have apparently stopped carrying beef heart, which I and many others use to make fresh dog food. The weird thing is, I'm still getting coupons for beef heart in the W-D app.Typical W-D incompetence.

Great Winn Dixie to stop and load up for the day. We are on cavy and got everything we needed. The alcohol selection was amazing. The store is huge and lots of stuff in stock. The workers were nice. The prices were good to. Overall, very good grocery store to get your needs!

It used to be a very nice place now. Nobody speaks English, the manager is very rude.Along withe rest of the staff very sad. We normally love Winn Dixie We will never be back here again. From now on we will go across the street to publix Where service is still alive?

ABSOLUTE WORST! Trash everywhere. Also employees have parked a seat or by the Redbox where they go to smoke so you can't look at the Redbox without getting second hand smoke CANCER!

Absolute ZERO STARS.Limited selection of items in store. Not a variety of choices. The produce section is good, though.Update 2/8/24 6:30pm. I am literally standing in line waiting for help long enough to write this review. As I watch the guy help other people, that are not my ethnicity. Wow. This is twice. I have had horrible service here. I'm done. I actually left my groceries and walked out. After waiting for help for 15 mins as he helped other people around me. Last time the girl was eating ice cream as she helped people up front. I'm never going here again.

I think it's time for the people who helps run the franchise do a girl undercover check up and also run back cameras and look at receipts... My mother and I went to Winn-Dixie and one of the cashiers didn't know what she was doing, instead of using the mystery points she clicked on the reward points and then the manager came and instead of correcting the cashier (HER FRIEND) the manager was trying to make it seemed like she didn't understand what we were saying from my understanding we're not the only ones who have problems with the reward points

It just reopened, so figured everything was fresh. Went four days ago, and within a day most of the produce we purchased (strawberries, raspberries, red peppers, bananas) were already going bad... have had to throw out most of it. Icing on the cake was this unopened block of cheese just pulled from the fridge today (date of expiry posted as Sept 10).Will not be going back.

The store itself is a little rundown but that's to be expected, but when we go to check out I bought like $200 worth of groceries and the cashier just flings everything in a pile at the end and then looks at us like we're supposed to beg our own. Although the three cashiers next to her were bagging. Worst Winn-Dixie I've ever been to, I'll drive the extra 5 Mi and spend the extra money at Publix.

Shopped here on a Sunday morning about 9 a.m. Excellent selection of fresh tropical produce, and lots of international items, as well as a good gluten free selection. Very clean store; well stocked. The espresso machine was churning out Cuban coffees at their eat-in deli. 👍😋 My only issue was not having cashiers at the checkout. I don't mind self-checkout as an option when it's busy, but I'm not so fond of it as the only way to get checked out. I mean, jobs and all... especially when prices are not discounted to reflect customer participation in the workforce. 🤷 Maybe this isn't the case during different days and times. We're just visiting for the weekend.

If you need to make a return, the credit card used it not sufficient. No returns will be made without the receipt. What year is this again? Makes sense for this place to be posted up next to the old K-Mart.I'm just going to go to Publix across the street where it's the 21st century... and significantly cheaper too!

Date of visit: Sept 22, 2022We stopped into the store to pickup some groceries for our week stay in Marathon.The parking lot definitely needs attention for trash pickup, and individuals loitering about.The inside of the store had a very large selection of foods. Their alcohol section is limited up to wine.We bough a huge apple pie (think Costco or Sam's size) from their bakery area for $10.99. It was one of the better ones I have tasted. I wish it had some more apple slices though.They had all the items we were looking for. We spent about a $139 for a cart of food.The 4 employees I engaged were helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean inside.I found the prices and deals to be better than the Publix next door.

Prices here are a little more reasonable than publix. I do however find myself going to publix for certain things but overall winn dixies prices are cheaper on most items

My favorite thing about this store is their Pizza's! You can get a whole cheese pizza for around $9.00. The have them up towards the front in the Deli Section! We we don't feel like cooking this is our family go to! The pizza is tasty and it's huge!

I've never been someone who really enjoys going to the grocery store especially with employees that show total disregard for customers. I've actually had them laugh at a question and walk off. I've actually gone up to customer service to have them walk out from the counter and say" customer service is closed." These are thing that make me go somewhere else. But lucky for me and other customers they have Manny.... who is an exceptional employee. He has the highest understanding of customer service I've seen in a long time. He is the reason I shop at Winn Dixie now. Thank you Manny for being you. I'm sorry I didn't verify how you spell your name and your title last night. I assume you are a manager but if you are not I hope you are recognized for the outstanding job you do.
