We were holidaying from the UK, and popped into this store to see what they had. We picked up great souvenir T-shirts for family and reasonably priced.The staff were friendly and helpful. You can get almost anything here ... from medicines, clothes, electrical goods and liquor.

Take THE FALSE & MISLEADING PROPAGANDA DOWN FROM THE WEBSITE! YOU PROMISE FREE AND LOW COST SERVICES, YOUR COMPANY NEEDS TO HONOR THEM! INSTEAD YOU HAVE SICK PEOPLE COMING INTO YOUR STORE FOR HELP JUST TO TELL THEM THEY HAVE a 100$ fee ON A FREE SERVICE! This is not a good business

Today we went to get our prescriptions and was welcomed with the new pharmacist, I didn't get his name unfortunately but let me say how wonderful he is , very caring and polite and professional, we say thank you and good luck to you, also may I say thank you to carmin and Sonya they both go the extra mile for us!!

Went in to drop off some FedEx packages. Was told I’d have to wait for them to “check it in” so I could get a tracking number. I told them it already had a tracking number. They said ok you can leave. Before I could make it back to my car, another employee approached claiming when she scanned the barcode, an error came up. Could not tell me what the error was or the error code. Never mind the fact that they did not have time to sign into the FedEx system and scan it before catching up to me to bold faced lie to me. When I went to the FedEx ship center, the clerk told me there that if the Walgreens was able to login to the system then the barcode would have scanned no problem. I’ve never had issues at the older Walgreens and that’s the only one I’m going to now here on out.

I’ll preface this 1 star review that we spoke with the store manager, Gustavo Correa, who is new and advised he is aware of the many complaints about the pharmacy staff and plans to make changes. He was very professional and hopefully he will be able to create a better experience for customers.If we could give a negative rating, it would be appropriate. Corporate Walgreens needs to take note- this level of unprofessional behavior is damaging to the brand.Pharmacy staff - Claudia in particular - are rude people who do not prioritize customer service and efficiency - the staff pointedly ignores people waiting in line with zero acknowledgement until they feel like providing service.It was not busy and they were not short staffed.I see many 1 stars for the pharmacy in particular. It is terrible for Walgreens to not manage their brand, and this location in particular, properly.We had a 9:45 appointment- arrived 45 minutes early with no line, and they would not provide service - a covid test that takes 2 minutes.And they were not busy. Zero peoplein line for the test.No one else came for testing for over 30 minutes. They could have easily administered a 2 minute test but chose to make us wait and drive through their test drive lane at 9:45.Then- they were late for our appointment by 15 minutes due to their slowness and inefficiency. No business sense at all.My husband’s appointment was at 10:15 and instead of just having us both take the test (we were both in the same car), Claudia made him drive around the building back to the drive through to get his test kit.The manager advised us there was no reason for his staff to have done that and to his credit, was upset with the ridiculousness of the employee’s behavior.It was evident she had a bad attitude and the manager said this was not the first time he has had issues with her and the pharmacy staff.We hope there will be changes for the sake of future customers here.Walgreens at 5271 Overseas Hwy. Always find it interesting where some stores stock certain items... Here at Walgreens you will find your bug sprays under the air fresheners sign... Makes sense, ehhh?!

This pharmacy is unbelievable....told rx would be ready in 24-48 hrs. Never heard of such a thing to wait that long. Went next day after holding on phone for 30 minutes and store was closed on a Saturday. Of course, they are closed on Sunday.....still no rx. Thank goodness it wasn't a life saving medication!

I made an appointment for a booster at 4:30. I got there around 4:15 and the pharmacy was closed. The pharmacists didn't even have the decency to come out and explain what happened. They just stayed behind the glass window in another room and tried mouthing an explanation to me.The pharmacy normally closes at 6 and they had appointments all the way up until 5:30ish - and yet, for some reason, they decided to close at 4 today.I understand that everyone's having staffing issues right now, but they could have at least emailed or called me in advance notifying that they would close early.This is not the first time I've had a negative experience with this pharmacy either. Looking at other reviews, it seems the pharmacy is the source of a lot of headaches.I will not be going back.Stay away from this place. At least until they overhaul their pharmacy staff.

The manager at this store, Sebastian Cruz should definitely not be a Manager. Managers are called to fix a problem with an order, (coupon issue) not exasperated the problem. He could use some more training on Customer service and ethnic diversity. Lost our sale and won't ever spend another dime at a Walgreens due to his complete lack of respect and fairness.

Would rate this place -20 if it would let me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PHARMACY. Extremely lazy staff, targeted my phone number and deliberately made me wait on hold for 20 minutes just to NOT answer my call yet answer my call from a different phone straight away. My girlfriend was pricked by a sea urchin, desperately needed her meds to what I was told would be ready before 9 am, showed up at 10:15 just to be turned back down my 30 minute drive because they had not gotten to it yet. Go to the Walgreens further up marathon, learn from my mistakes!

I had to ship a FedEx package. I live on a boat so couldn't preprint the label. They helped me download the Walgreens app on my phone to get a label printed and did so very quickly. Top notch staff. Very friendly.

It is your standard corporate ran Walgreens pharmacy. They have just about everything you need there and it's a great place to go to 4 Pharmaceuticals as well as school project supplies. The only problem with this location is that they close really early.

Was told my meds would be ready in 1 hr, came back in about 1 1/2 hours and medicine still wasn’t ready. Another customer in front of me got his prescription filled before me and I even had mine there before his.
