It was a nice small store, and it had a good assortment of items.The older gentleman was nice and greeted us when we came in. That was a nice throwback of older times.

If they don't have it here they probably don't have it anywhere in the keys. This is one of those old-fashioned hardware stores that's been around forever with a massive selection and people who know what they're talking about.

We are from PA. Visiting a friend in Marathon. Needed some electrical stuff HomeDepot didn’t have. This store has it all! Even a wall ladder ( dip in the ocean) we were looking for. If it had wider steps it would of been purchased!

Really great customer service. Not just a hardware store! We went in to duplicate a key, my wife spent an hour exploring all the unique kitchen gadgets and accessories. You will find cool items not available at the big box, it's a shame there are not more stores like this around.

I have been visiting Marathon for three years and Specialty Hardware is probably the most important business in town. They meet you at the door and can tell you what they have and where immediately. I always go there when I need something specific and often purchase other supplies while there, just to support this important local hardware.
