It's not bad for a Dollar Tree. Some of them are messed up inside, but this one is fairly organized and well stocked. The only area that wasn't was the book and magazine area. Everything was just crammed on the shelves with not much organization. I had to dig long and hard to find the sudoku books.

Ivan was a great manager. Dollar Tree needed to get him back. I can believe he is gone. I've been a customer here at the Marathon store and out of all the manager the store had Ivan was the best. Kept the store clean and well stock. The past managers never had the store clean and always a whole mess. I prefer going to the Dollar Tree at Key West since Ivan left the store. Even my family and friends are doing the same.

Hard to believe in line with 10 to 15 people in the cashier is on the phone. Making personal phone calls and stopped checking people out until she had her personal business done. I know it's hard to find good help. The save personal calls until at the customers are gone. Then she took another phone call and stopped again. I left my car in line and left.

I can't believe that Ivan is gone. You need to hired him back. 1. The store is a mess.2. Closing manager is the worst where is Veronica?3. The store was super clean when Ivan and Veronica where there. Veronica kept the store clean every time she worked there at night time I will always see her with the broom and the mop.4. Ivan kept the store super organized and well stock.5. Every time I go to that store is a whole mess there now.6. Customer services is the worst.7. There is not going to be a good store manager like Ivan he knew how to do his work.Get Ivan back he is the best manager there.

Shopping at Dollar Tree on Marathon Island is not just a budget-friendly experience, it's also incredibly fun! This store is ridiculous. Since Ivan left the store is a mess. Rude customer service and the store super dirty and not organized like it used to be. I'm planing to go to the one at Key West more often.

Number one the people don’t speak English and we live in the United States of America but they’re too lazy to learn English and they just talk Spanish number two things are not labeled properly, so they argue with you about the price even though on the shelves the prices are listed, but they do not honor it. It’s like going to Cuba to shop rude and loud.

Usually I love Dollar Tree. Stuff is cheaper than other places while (often) being just as good. But last month, I placed an online order- $1800 worth. It was manually reviewed to make sure it qualified as tax-free. After, it was on backorder because they didn't have enough in their warehouse (that's all reasonable, but important for what came later).So about 3 weeks later, everything has been listed as packed, shipped, in transit. We get emails every time our order status is updated. Finally, after 4 weeks we get the email: everything has been delivered and waiting at your local store. So we hook up a cargo trailer, enlist a couple guys to help load boxes, and head to the store. We walk in, hand our order confirmation to who I assume is the manager, she looked for two seconds and said "no, we don't have that. You can call and ask for a refund ". Not the solution I wanted, but worth a try. Was on hold for well over an hour, to be told our order was delivered to Orlando, and they'd maybe get back to us in a couple days.

For a dollar store... It gets 5 stars. This is a legit dollar store. Everything in there is a dollar or less. The selection is amazing. For a vacationer, a person who is just trying to get by, or taking the grandkids on a adventure where a little toy might be involved this is the place. It's a great place to buy cards, party favors, snacks, medicine cabinet items, cleaners, kitchen items, pet products, even closet organizer items. One will be shocked to see the items that are in that store that you routinely pay way more than a buck for. The place is well stocked, well lit, and clean as a whistle. The staff is very helpful and most are multilingual. I'm a repeat customer, and I'm not to proud to say it. My great grandmother used to tell me take care of your pennies and the dollars take care of themselves. Well very true words. I'm still working on taking care of my pennies though. The dollar store is helping me stay on track !!! Stop in and see for yourself, clean store, well stocked, well lit, and great staff. Everything is truly a dollar or less.

Online says opens at 8am and it opened at 9am. Staff was extremely rude and argumentative when a simple question was asked. We promptly left. You may want to counsel your staff to be a little more courteous and also that some gringos comprende espanol.

Clean store, well lit with good variety. Ladies at registers helpful. Debit/credit check out unit a bit slow, but locals are not in a rush anyway. We rented and came here a lot for supplies.

We Love our local Dollar Tree but ever since December 2016, all items are still in the boxes on the aisles. They just don't stock the shelves any more. Maybe bc the store is under-staffed and/or the inability to find workers??? IDK but such a shame to walk in there and have to rummage through to try to find what you've come in to buy. I hope the store isn't closing!!!!!

Horrible customer service was overcharged by the manager Ivan and had the nerve to tell me tell the machine it was wrong to which I said machines don’t talk and you’re the one operating it

Such a treasure!Prepare to steer your cart carefully, as there is always re- stocking happening. Come with an open mind, to be inspired by what you see. They don't have everything, but they will have what you need!

Love the dollar deals. 18 eggs for a buck. Same razor pack publix charges $6 are a buck here. It's easy to save money in the budget grabbing deals here.
