Really nice, Clean store! Bathrooms were very clean and large! Lots of hot and ready foods. Liquor, wine, beer. Lots of pumps. Picnic area to eat next to building.

While this is a brand new store, and very clean on the inside, Circle K absolutely refuses to let you pay for anything via a cashier.I was just in there and they have three employees behind the counter but the only way to purchase anything is using their two self check out machines, one of which was closed due to maintenance. People are waiting in line and the cashiers are just standing there, not allowed to ring anything up. It's an incredibly stupid decision on the part of management.Just down the street is another brand new gas station and while you can use the self check out if you want, cashiers are standing by to assist you the old fashioned way. Guess where I'm going from now on?

I been going to this location for a wild filling up my trucks, and bying lottery tickets and food drinks etc! The managers and the employees all know each other and they do a great job, accept the front cashiers because they always have a few cashiers up front and they always are messing around with each other. Sometimes I sit there and just get very frustrated.Just a few minutes ago happened again. So I was in line and the young man asked me to wait a minute to get paid. So I did. A younger woman told me to get back in line behind the other customers, I then told her that I been waiting and I was not going to get back in line. She than told me with an attitude wait! This jerk always been in issue with everything. Because this issues continues to happen in a daily basis, I decided not to go back there again.They really need to clean house. You do have some decent people working there!Appreciate the business!

The old Circle K store and the adjacent old Burger King were demolished and a new much larger Circle K was built in it's place. The new Circle K just opened in July with many more gas pumps and one of the best gas station convenience stores in the Keys.

I wanted to buy the 1.19 fountain drink and they tried to charge me 1.60. I ask why the price was so high and the cashier said it was the tax. Well she was wrong she was trying to over charge me. It took 4xs of me telling her she was incorrect. Finally after I walked her over to the cups and showed her the price of my drink was 1.19 she finally charged me the correct price. This place must rip people off all the time. If you go here check your receipt. They all speak English so don't let the Spanish fool you.

As a local we watched the construction over the year. If the hot food sitting in the warmers brewing food poisoning is a big enough turn off wait until the cashier tries to forcibly snatch an ID from a 40yrs old man buying cigarettes like I USE to do daily.This place is a perfect example when you hire minimum work ethics for minimum wage.I welcome management to contact me after reviewing the camera footage. If the staffer was male, he’d not have the capabilities to snatch another ID from me hands..It should be beyond embarrassing to have robotic cashiers because the staff doesn’t know any English past the job application.

While the new store is nice, the staff is uninformed and there are often language barriers. We have a very diverse community. There is no reason there shouldn't be someone who speaks fluent Spanish AND fluent English in the store. The Spanish speaking staff can often not answer questions. The staff are also not uniformly trained. One member will tell me to get the inner circle deals I have to have the app scanned, the next will tell me I just need my phone number, which is not accurate. They act like it's a hassle to take the 2 seconds to scan my app. Any of the deals you see on signs that say inner circle do require them to scan your circle k app, which is also not advertised. So people get items and don't find out they can't get the discount until they get to the register, if they even notice. Also the whole self checkout thing is weird. Why have it if I can't use it? They have other registers. Put staff on the primary and let me use self checkout if you're going to have it.

The cashier Yaramy was nice and very friendly, the products were stocked, but the bathroom was in pretty bad shape. Needs to be cleaned expeditiously. Other than that the gas station was fine.

Regularly the service is slow and rude. This morning again there 11 people in line one cashier trying to ring everyone up and one cashier pretending to clean the coffee area with phone in one hand and rag in the other. I asked her to come and help out and she walked awaytowards the back. Many of us are on our way to work and there is no concern for speedy service. This needs to change. I called the market manager and left a voicemail of which still hasn't been returned. As a former manager for circle k I'm dismayed by how far customer service has fallen.

ABSOLUTELY the MOST inconvenient convenience store! RARELY OPEN. Chain and padlock around the handles of the door. Don't even BOTHER going there anymore I just go ahead and drive to the OTHER end of town. There are people that can't do thattheir transportation is a BICYCLE! FIRE the management or get OUT of the business!

I have to agree with the other opinion, if their service is slow and rude. I tried to get whatever change I had put on some pump number one, and then she goes no I have to cancel the whole order done and then redo it. Well I'm sorry your customer wants customer service and more product and you're going to refuse it. I'll never go back. Their diet coke is always out down there Fountain drinks. The employees can't speak English there obviously foreigners from another country. They should chat in Spanish all day long as you stare at them trying to get service.

They close the bathrooms at both circle k’s. Great way to stop me from fueling buying a drink and a gallon of wiper fluid. Terrible.

I got the police called on me because I asked for the marketing manager's number because I was told to go somewhere else. Will not support anymore circle k stores. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.......

This location was recently completely rebuilt. While new, some things have not changed1) The staff cannot speak English nor want to assist in checking out, motioning customers to self checkout while doing nothing productive behind the counter.2) The hot dogs, other warm foods and toppings are a case of food poisoning waiting to happen.3) The windshield washers at the pumps seldom have fresh cleaner and their stench is disgusting.4) The pumps seldom have receipt paper requiring you to go inside if you need a receipt.I have Easy Pay, but I will go to Racetrack if I need anything more than gas.
