Employees are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They make keys in case you're looking for a place that doesn't price gouge you! I find there are tons of mobile services here that are ripping people off & charging an exorbitant amount of money just to come to your house to make a simple copy of your keys. Smh. True locksmiths seem almost non-existent around here. Ace also has a bunch of home improvement stuff you may not find at the big box stores. Great prices on mulch, too! Highly recommend

These older AH's are the best. Amazingly stocked with so much stuff. I went looking on the AH website for some replacement parts for my Big Green Egg & this was the only one out of 4-5 in Brevard & Indian River that had everything I wanted in stock!

Wow, Now this place has all the right people and on hand. Never have I had to go find employees, they look for you. They carry glass to replace your own windows for a tenth of the price. They build your window screens. This is any ACE you may visit any store and they all have service.

If you check elsewhere and can't find it, most likely ACE has it.Maybe we should all check here first.Staff was helpful, as well.Compared to running up and down the isles, trying to find help at Home Depot or LowesHelp greeted me as I walked in, then led me to the correct isle.

I received assistance walking thru the door, literally! Within minutes the gentleman who help my dog and I thru the door handed me exactly what I had been to the big box stores for. Totally grateful. I will most definitely go to them from that point forward.Thank you Ace Hardware!

I would Highly recommend this Ace Hardware store. T walked in with a broken key off my fob. I did not have the car with me as the first time around it wouldn’t start. The staff instructed me on what I needed to do to get the car started and bring it to them. The Manager Jeremy then personally cut the key and programed the fob so the car would start. At first try of programing the car wouldn’t go into a non-security mode but instead of giving up Jeremy stayed until the job was completed. I prefer to patronize Ace when they carry the same products I'm looking for at a competitive price. I just love the Palm Bay store; they're perfect for running jn to pick up an item or two and be on your way of you wish. I actually like to just go jn and look arpund! There's always interesting seasonal gift items....alot of unique thing

Amsoil available here! Signature series, motorcycle, and diesel oil all on the shelf for about $16 a quart. Helpful staff who were happy to help us find some brass fittings as well!

The absolute best customer service i have experienced in Palm Bay ! I am a 53 year old woman with an 18 year old daughter who just bought a house in PB. Went to Lowes and HD and found a porch banister to install ... no employees around to help. Bought the banister and went to Ace and was greeted by employee Lief ...told him what we were trying to accomplish. He went around the store and hand picked everything i needed for the job and gave me tips on how to do it as i have NO knowledge, skills or tools to work with. With his gracious help we were able to complete the job and it looks fantastic! Thanks Ace and Lief!!!

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks. They pretty well know their stuff, just don't expect friendliness. But they do have the things I need that the big box places don't have or are even knowledgeable of. So lack of friendliness will have do in order to get what I want.

Went into this store this am and the lady at the counter very nice and got Jeremy to help me find what I waa looking for and he made me super uncomfortable the way he kept staring at me I mean staring at me looking me up and down and because of that I am going to find a new store. I never felt so uncomfortable because of a store employee anywhere! Totally creeped me out.

Definitely prefer Ace Hardware over Lowes or Home Depot. Love this store!!! Extremely helpful professional staff and everything you need in a hardware store and more... They have the cutest/funniest lil Hallmark-type cards too!!!!10 outta 5 ⭐'s.Every time I go into the big chain stores especially Home Depot, I can never find a helper and I basically lost about 5 pounds walking around and searching for someone to help me.ACE IS THE PLACE!!!!

Customer service is great here. Rob who helped me stopped asked and did what I. asked immediately. While Rob was assisting me 2 other associates asked if I needed help. I was in the store maybe 10 minutes tops. Excellent service! Thank you.
