I called over to the pharmacy to see what the apparent insurance issue was with my prescriptions. The employee who answered the phone was less than pleasant. It seems that you all need to sharpen your customer service skills. This will be the LAST time we use WalGreens.

WORST WALGREENSI came here to get a few things that were on sale like shampoo, mouthwash and floss, well none of the coupons or sale that they show in the store she was able to apply. She than said she needed to call a manager to get all of the thing and check prices well he took over 10 mins cause she said he was talking ridiculous when he came he was not able to do any better. Well I came to return the items and than she said to be able to do a return I had to have my ID with me. If you like promo and coupons don’t come to this Walgreen they don’t honor none of the promoted items or sale items. HORRIBLE!

Been going to the Walgreens Pharmacy in Maitland on Packwood for years. The last couple of years the pharmacy has gone down hill. They have overcharged me for the last time, CVS in Winter Park is far more helpful and accomodating. Don't ever accept a partial script from Walgreens, you will be over charged!

After many years, had to leave Walgreens pharmacy and switch to CVS due to continued treatment at this pharmacy. Found customer service in pharmacy to be lacking, especially from man on at nights. I believe his name is Scott. Kept getting treated horribly, as if they were doing me favors for refilling my perscriptions. Sad because I basically live next door to this store. CVS pharmacy Winter Park, Orlando Ave has excellent service and now has my business.

Yes very friendly staff, One problem that we had is that I've been filling with Walgreens for years now. Not once but twice when a pharmacist name ZACK would not fill my script? I'm like why and he said that he just wasn't able to an again I'm like why this isn't write that I never have a problem unless it's with him only. I'm going to see who I can speak with about this, He is profiling me for some reason and when my medicine was in stock an been on the same thing for over 5 years now and can not take care of my disable husband much less function without it.. I'm 50 years old not some new customer coming in trying to fill my pain medicine. I've been filling with 2 differant Walgreens to be treated the way he did me. I left crying not knowing what to do. And had to go without for almost 4 day's because of his actions and rudeness. Again is name is Zack and I'm not done getting to the bottom of this. It's just not right to do that to people, He needs to find another job if he is going to pick and choose who to fill for. I hope no one has to go through what I've been through with him twice now.

Sadly, today was my last time visiting this or any other Walgreens. The service over the past several months has deteriorated badly. The last two times neither of my prescription were ready, despite calling at least 24 hrs. in advance. A few months ago I attempted to pick up a prescription at 9:30AM and the pharmacy was still closed. Today not only was my mother’s prescription not ready but we waited 30 minutes in line. I actually got out of my car to speak to the woman ahead of me. She too was exasperated, as was the couple behind me. It’s a convenient local, but the service is terrible.

I come here often and today I went for the COVID vaccine. They ask for my ID and insurance card. They tell me that I’m suppose to have another card and I said no! I go to CVS all the time and get my prescription with no problem. Again they ask for my insurance card and I ask what is the problem. Apparently they can’t find me in the system… What does it matter they don’t need it. I waited for 20 minutes. I go down the street to CVS and I got it there. I decided to call later and speak to a manager and after 3 attempts I get disconnected every time I press #2 as I’m suppose to. Unfortunate experience!

Store told me they were under staffed and wouldn't let me get covid vaccine because I didn't have an appointment but yet you don't have to have and appointment. Waiting for manager of store to call me still and then I will proceed to call and report to cdc for walgreens making up there own guide lines.oh and last week there was a fist fight between 2 employees there because the pharmacist doesn't believe in giving the vaccines. That's also why they are under staffed because the pharmacist refuse to give the vaccine to patient. I will not be returning to this walgreens all switch to cvs they have no problem taking care of there customers

Horrible store. Stood and waited and waited at the pharmacy. No one acknowledged me even though I was standing right in FRONT of them. Had to leave due to back pain without anyone even looking at me letting me know the saw me. I mentioned to the person how I was ignored and she had a funny look on her face....like she was confused that she should acknowledge a customer standing right in front of her instead if ignoring them. I usually go to the Fern Park store who always greets and is actually nice to customers. I don't plan on going to this store again. If you are looking for a store that cares about you don't go to this store. BTW I don't usually leave such a bad review.

My doctor had sent my prescription in at 12 and I didn’t get a notification my medicine was ready. So I called at 5:50pm and had to wait to speak to someone. 45 mins into it I hear they went on a meal break which I found ridiculous so I decided to wait. I hear there’s one call ahead waited some more. Two hours into it I hung up since I kept hearing the same thing and no response. I needed my medicine today but I guess I have to wait till tomorrow since it’s already after 8pm and they close at 9pm.

My family recently relocated to a new state and had to transfer to a CVS. Walgreen's sent all of our combined prescriptions over to CVS under one name and then deactivated them in their system. This issue relates mostly to birth control. We aren't able now because insurance doesn't allow one person to get multiple prescriptions per person. Due to this issue myself and my teenage daughter we forced to go off of birth control while we found new Dr.s in a new state, paid more co-pays and and had more mix up's. Poor record management, don't trust these guys with your prescriptions, they will f' them up!

The manager deceives customers about a register rewards coupon, which is possible to get from every weekly add. they just turned off its scan. it is unfortunate that a huge and serious company allows a manager to deceive a buyer so cheap. I made the right purchase in another walgreens where there is adequate staff

Iv been working here for about 2 months, and the management is great and so are the employees. Mike has been amazing, as iv been working through health issues, and hes been very kind and understanding. Also, very clean!

This Pharmacy is not reliable and is slower than finding the cure for covid. & That’s better language than I had originally used. More than once I have received the text indicating the prescription was ready only to drive out to the pharmacy and them tell me 30 more min!. Very inconvenient during this tough time.

Had to go to pharmacy two days this week. Both times they were running all over the place totally disorganized. My dr called in meds and I was told 2 hours later that it would be at least an hour until they checked the VM.Pharmacist was rude and giving the tech a hard time.Taking my business to Publix.

A family friend who is visiting us for the holidays from a different country couldn’t buy a pack of cigarettes because he had a foreign ID.I had to go buy the cigarettes for him and when I asked them if a passport would be a valid form of identification for a 65 year old man to buy his smokes their reply was “we don’t accept any form of foreign ID only US passport or state ID’s.”Please Walgreens enlighten us. How tourists are supposed to shop at your stores then? Or you simply don’t want their business?
