I have 2 goldendoodles and Shear Magic is so good with them. They take the time to listen to you and it's a very warm and friendly environment. My 13.5 year old has mobility issues and is losing her vision. They take plenty of time with her and she is not at all anxious when I pick her up. I highly recommend Shear Magic!

We adopted a new dog and had to look up a groomer. Shear Magic was the closest to us and it had amazing reviews. We took our dog here and she looked so adorable!! A perfect cut. The next day I decided to call and get my other dog in. My other dog has been to two other groomers but doesn’t do well and the outcome has never been great. I took her here after grooming her myself for 3-4 years and she looked fantastic!!! I’m not sure if the price is good or not as I haven’t been to another groomer in years. But I’m okay with the $70/dog for my malteses if they look this cute!! We love shear magic!

Dorian is great, she took time to explain different grooming options and which are best for certain breeds. I got to see the grooming and play area they have. Only caveat is to make sure you have a whole day of errands on this side of town if you live a bit far. For me, I dropped off 2 dogs at 08:45am and they were ready around 3pm. They also do a little photoshoot of your pup and post on their Facebook page. I'm very happy with the results!

The warm and friendly owner and staff I've ever experienced in a groomer shop! Besides the loving care for my dogs and good grooming job, they treated us as new clients (me Teddy & Chloé) like we were being welcomed to the family more than: drop off at appointment time and pick up immediately once finished and then 'get to stepping'! They made me look forward to the next visit.

I have been going there for a number of years, and the quality grooming and the love they pour on my pups is fabulous. The owner has been known to personally call clients as well, as she truly cares. They really love on the dogs and take pride in their work.

The groomers of Shear Magic have given us 25+ years of service every dog we have rescued, bought, taken in, etc. Always have gone above and beyond what you would expect. A couple of the groomers even handled two of my girls as puppies before I even met them. Also gave them their last groom before walking the Rainbow Bridge. For this I am so grateful. I have personally known the current owner for many years. As all of us, she has endured great challenges and overcome them. Today, she has one of Central Florida's most respected Business's. She gives freely back to the community.I have seen unhappy people with the service given, but normally it always points back to the owner and all is resolved.Having Master Groomers handle my girls just makes us happy and respectful that they have taken the time to learn and grow as groomers. I know they continue to educate the entire staff, not just groomers.I SAY KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. WE LOVE YOU

My partner and I came in to the groomers, gave instructions on what we wanted, and when we received our beautiful pup, we got what the groomers wanted. My puppies face was shaved back when we were told he would not be getting a shave because he was too young. They said he was “matted” but the shaved his whole face?? Also they left his crown untrimmed. We aren’t even sure what we paid for, his eyelashes were drastically uneven, his nails were still long. They left his coat long, the only thing they did was shave his whole face down. Everything else was left when we specifically came in for a full body haircut/trim. They had to call to clarify what we wanted halfway through his cut and when we showed up to pick up our pup it was the complete opposite. I was so shocked I didn’t say anything and tried to quickly get out of there as fast as I could. Only when we took him to a different groomer did they explain we should have taken him back and demanded a refund or they fix it. My partner went back and they were so rude, saying they wouldn’t fix it and threatened to call the cops on him! Will never go back and certainly never recommend.

Shear magic grooming has been wonderful! We went there for our first time today and they did not disappoint ! Maximus is a 7 year old full blood Saint Bernard so he can be a ham to bathe! As a new client I was worried on how he would be for them and how they would handle my big boy but they did amazing ! Max was treated with love and compassion, he got lots of treat treats and came back home in a good mood and smells wonderful! They were very informative with each step they took for him, they sent me pictures and called me just to keep me updated on the process! Their prices are great! Max weighs around 130-140lbs , went in to get de-shedded, nails trimmed, bathed , trimmed in spots he needed, they even flushed his ears and was cautious with his skin (he has intense seasonal allergies as well as common ear infections) so he isn’t an easy job ! I am thankful I picked them to care for my fur baby! I 100% will be taking him and my other fur babies to them from here on! Thank you shear magic for taking care of my fur pup! You guys are awesome sauce!

My dog gets her nails ground there every few weeks as she hates having them clipped. Great folks work there. Full service salon and great selection of food and will special order. My last special order was at a great price too!

Dorian, the owner, is amazing. I came in with my long haired chihuahua Noel, nearly in tears. She had just gotten the worst grooming possible at Posh Grooming across the street and I honestly had no idea what to do. They were closing in 20 minutes but welcomed Noel and I inside without hesitation. Dorian was able to blend the hair and make the most out of a bad situation (free of charge). Afterwards she walked me through exactly what to ask for next time I come in and showed an obvious expertise and love for her work. I will definitely be returning to Shear Magic.

I've been thinking about getting a dog so I wanted to find a groomer I will be able to trust with my new baby and this is definitely going to be the place. Unbelievable value. Extremely friendly. They make you feel like family from the minute you walk in. They remember you when you come back and if you give them a shot you will definitely be back. They have numerous packages to fit any budget and you can tell they love what they do by how happy they all seem to be there. My dog gets so excited anytime we drive by and when we get out of the car his little 20 lb frame drags me to the door.

Was very pleased with the services provided. I had a horrible experience at Soapy's Dog Wash in Apopka and waited several months before bringing my dog to another groomer. They were pleasant, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave a professional opinion about what they could do. Upon picking my dog up I was very happy with the results. For sure will return and recommend to people seeking a good groomer.

I’ve known this groomer for many years and have trusted many cats to her care. I think cats might be a little more difficult to groom than dogs, so I’m glad that she knows what she’s doing and I can depend on her skills and care. On a personal note, I had an elderly friend whose cat was in great need of de-matting, but she was bed-ridden and unable to take the cat to the shop. This groomer made a special house-call and took care of the cat in her home. (She also didn’t charge any extra for the house-call.) To me this showed a lot of compassion above and beyond the call of duty. I also watched the groomer do her work, and was impressed with how careful she handled the cat and successfully removed all the matted fur.

suppperrrr overpriced. they cut my dog NOTHING like the picture i showed them. She looks like Seth Rogan. then had the nerve to charge us 70$… the dog isn’t even 10lbs!? definitely would not recommend and will not be returning

My first experience with Shear Magic pet Grooming was at their Casselberry location. It was the 1st time my dogs were being groomed. They took the time to get to know my dogs and interacted with them! Not only do I feel safe leaving my dogs knowing they are getting loving care and perfect grooming! I was excited when they opened the location in Maitland because it is closer to where I live. The experience here is the same as the Casselberry location! Not only is the staff very caring and personable they do a superb job at grooming my dogs!
