Publix always provides good service. I would rather pay a little more and have a pleasant grocery shopping experience than pay less and end up in a 30-min queue with no nice people around. Caveat: This Publix is on the smaller side. Thus, variety is not huge.

This Publix is very clean and organized. The staff are always super friendly as well. The only downside of this location is this Publix is small and doesn’t carry as many items as others. Also, because it is very small, when it’s busy it is chaotic to navigate through the sea of shoppers.

Terrible customer service here. Would not recommend. Literally go to any other Publix if you wanna do a drive up order. After doing a drive up order and finding items missing I drove back to the store. When I asked customer service about how they could help they told me it’s all instacarts fault. They even blamed it on the shopper who did my order. But I know that’s a lie because there’s no way the shopper could have charged me for fish that needed to be weighed without having the fish to weigh. So I’m very sure their workers handling the bags just missed a bag for my order. Which happens, I get that. But blaming it in the shopper? Ew. They offered me no replacement items, no gift card, no nothing. Just told me to call instacart and that they couldn’t do anything for me. Despite having waited 3 extra hours for my order AND driving back to ask them about it. They don’t care about you as a customer, they just care about not dealing with you.

This particular Publix is an abbreviated version of all the others I have ever shopped at. That being said, I am always still able to find everything I need & want. I don’t think it’s that there is a limited variety, rather they keep fewer of everything on the shelves, yet they still stay full! It’s magical 😆!

I have been shopping here for years and this store is amazing with great customer service! For those of you making comments about Instacart, your complaints should be with them not Publix. I use to work at Publix and they have nothing to do with the Instacart shoppers. I also know that if you do have a problem Instacart has always taken care of any situation. All you have to do is reach out to them and quit blaming the wrong people. Maitland Publix you ROCK!!

This Publix is awful. We ordered a curbside pick up and they left out multiple items. It took 3 hours more than the estimated time frame and then when we drove back they took no accountability and just blamed instacart. There is a Publix down the road. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going there. Because this one is awful.

It’s a small store but the selection is nice and they always have baskets and carts available. Employees are nice and helpful as well. Parking can be a bit tricky because it’s shared with other businesses in the plaza.

I had a delightful shopping experience at the Publix in Maitland. This store truly impressed me with its well-maintained and organized layout, making it easy to navigate and find everything I needed. Store #1070 Manager- Edward. Was at the store Monday 10/30 & manager came up asked me to remove my animal from the cart cause it is against the law. (Not my first time at this store or others and never heard that) but that was fine took him out. Then was told had to leave no animals allowed. I attempted to explain to the manager my animal is service but he heard the first word emotional and would not let me finish talking. My wife and I were both trying to tell him the whole thing even attempting to show him all of my paperwork bc my animal is newly certified and waiting his vest and card but he would not let us talk. Had he listened to what I was saying he would have heard that my animal serves as both. Having gone through all sorts of hurdles and courts being severely allergic to doge and having to get special needs approval for a MEDICAL AND EMOTIONAL SERVICE CAT! I had all the court papers, doctors notes, printout of the official certification right in my purse which he could not bother to listen or look at. Causing a scene with others around trying to get me to answer medical questions in front of people insteas of listening and reading. He made me leave the store which caused a medical attack and left me ill for the last 2 days. Rude and unwilling to just hear a few sentences. I have been a customer there for 8 years!!! I have already reported to ADA but though my fellow disabled people should know.

It’s a Publix so the service is excellent and they have the Publix things you expect. The issue is that it is a third the size of most Publix and I am being generous there as they have gone taller with the aisles. I stop here to grab some thing we forgot so I don’t have to make multiple stops and the only thing that I have actually found when I needed it was water when our water main burst. I don’t use it anymore because I always have to stop somewhere else and there are so many other options within a pretty small range.

If you have never been in this Publix , your in for a surprise. This is the smallest one I've ever seen however runs beautifully. The local customers are kind and courteous for the most part but the staff goes over and beyond everytime. Hands down every department is on point and goes out of their way to help you in anyway they can. The dedication to their customers is impeccable.

5 stars for the Produce Manager, William who saved me from disaster. I had ordered a fruit basket from the Publix at Palm Springs Center 2 days ago for pickup this morning. I received a call from them yesterday around 3 pm saying they were not able to help me with the fruit basket I had ordered. He said he also called the other Publix store across the street and they couldn't help either, so I needed to go elsewhere. I ran over to Publix in Maitland and explained the issue with William and he was so nice, friendly and said "no problem". He would make it and I can pick it up this morning. I just picked it up and he did such an excellent job it looks awesome. Thank you again William you are a life saver.

This Publix is very small compared to other locations but everyone is super nice and helpful at this location. From the pharmacy, to the deli counter, to the check out it's always super easy to get in and out quickly and with excellent service. They are also super convenient being in walking distance from Maitland City Centre and surrounding locations. Highly recommend this location.

My experience with the Publix Super Market at Maitland is and has always been wonderful. The staff from customer service, management, works on the floor, cashier, to the deli , bakery and all over the store has been so satisfying. The whole staff is always Courteous and helpful.But, I have to say, that the staff at the pharmacy is all of the above and more. They are just AWESOME. I have MS( Multiple sclerosis) and sometimes I'm forgetful about when it's time to get my Prescriptions refilled, especially my specialty medication. But with them putting me on the Automatic refill program, it is a life saver. I don't have to stress any more about what medications I need to refill or call my doctor about getting a refill on some medication if need be, if need be they will contact my doctor on certain medications if possible. They are always on top of things. They also will contact me about any medication of mine, rather it's by text or email. And they are always willing to answer and address any concerns, questions or updates about my medication. THANK YOU PUBLIX AND YOUR STAFF FOR ALL THAT YOU AND YOUR STAFF DO FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

This Publix was very nice well stocked I'm very clean. They were not able to satisfy me because they couldn't cash my check but that's my problem I should have went to the bank before they closed the guy was very friendly and trying to be helpful. I think he was concerned about me because I'm not exaggerating I kind of look like a straight person and he was kind of concerned that I might steal something I think you might have been just concerned that he didn't want somebody leaving there unsatisfied but he was very nice and I was able to get what I needed spending my last couple of bucks but that was my problem. It was very accessible I handicap parking near the front door ramps, unless as I said very friendly personnel. Thank you Publix.

Publix is a great grocery store with outstanding customer service. Their bakery and deli are really good. Prices are a little higher than Walmart and Aldi. This specific location of Publix in Maitland on 17-92 and Howell Branch is pretty big and well located.
