This facility, and all it encompasses (including the staff) has played such an important role in the health and safety of my kids. I bring them in almost everyday, and every morning they run I’m excited to see their friends and play. When I pick them up they are happy, and worn out. One of my dogs has unfortunately had two medical emergencies, and I couldn’t ask for a better response. Without asking, I was offered help to better support my puppy and her needs. The results have been amazing, it has really been a team effort. I truly feel they are loved and well cared for. This place gives me such a piece of mind, and I don’t feel guilty for having to leave them so frequently. Hands down the best group of dog people around.

My dog suki is never without me. I was afraid to leave her anywhere since I never do and she's old her sight is going as well as her hearing. The owner of the establishment was worried to leave her in the kennel and took her home for safe keeping. It was much appreciated. The front desk clerk was friendly proffesional and accommodating as well. The prices are also very reasonable and my suki smelled so good when I picked her up. I highly recommend pet play town

It is a brand new business for your four legged friends. It offers doggie daycare and boarding for cats and dogs. The best amenity is the back yard. The outside is huge with a ton of running space. It has a tiny "doggy pool" of your furry friend likes the water. Very clean and the sleeping arrangements are very accommodating. Great local place in Maitland!

We had our first day at Pet Play Town and my Golden Retriever loved it! She was so happy when I picked her up and she slept so hard when we got home; just what we wanted!We use to have a yard, but we don’t anymore after moving to this area. PPT has a HUGE backyard with little doggie pools and toys for them to play with. There is also a large indoor area for when it is hot or rainy out.Everything I saw on my tour of the building was very clean, and all of the dogs were energetic and happy.We were going to another daycare in the area, but Pet Play Town is better quality at a better price. We will most certainly be taking our dog here from now on!

My pet Boston Terrier "GORDO" just LOOOOOVES going to Pet PlayTown. He comes home exhausted from playing soooo much. And I also love the fact that everyone there are soooo friendly, they make you feel like family but most importantly they all take very good care of our precious pets. Whenever I am work I never worry because I know gordo is in good hands especially that he suffers from seizures but they all know what to do if and when he has them...which luckily is not often like before.Thank you Pet Play Town staff for all that you do again for our precious pets.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Yesenia...(Jessy)

My dog has been going to pet play town since we got her at 7 weeks old. The facility USED to be friendly, family oriented and welcoming and my dog was eager to go now it’s a different vibe so unwelcoming, no loyalty to their regular customers like u and your dog are just a number and a profit to them they blocked off all visual to the back so you can’t see how your dog is living while there. They have increased their prices astronomically and the vibe of the personnel is terrible. My dog used to be in day care, would be boarded there when out of town also got all her grooming there I will now look for a new place that doesn’t look at my dog like a profit but rather like their own dog like it used to be. Do better pet play town you lost a long time customer who has spent thousandsssssssss $$$$$$$$$ of dollars but I will now take my dog and businesses to a better place.

I have been taking my dog Wilber to Pet Play Town for over a year now and it has always been a wonder experience. The staff is always so incredibly friendly and helpful. They have helped out multiple times when I am in a difficult situation and know me and my dog personally. Wilber loves coming here and pulls me through the door. I cannot recommend Pet Play Town enough. Great, kind, understanding service AND my dog is happy? No place better.

We have a special needs dog (he’s diabetic, among other health issues), and we know that when we go on vacation, he will be loved and well cared for at Pet Play Town. I know that he will be given his insulin in a gentle manner, and I know that he is being given lots of attention while I’m away. I cannot recommend this facility enough, the staff and owners are truly wonderful and care about your pet.

While I appreciate that our dog has a good time and was taken care of, my husband was given the wrong information. They now close on Sunday so you can’t pick up your dog Sunday evening if you go away for the weekend. Which makes no sense since someone has to be there to take care of the dogs anyway. So now they can get an extra night out of you and make more money. My husband was told we’d only be charged for two nights since we weren’t allowed to pick her up Sunday since they are now closed for pickups on Sundays. But they lied to us and we were charged for three nights. Yes, she stayed 3 nights but they told us we’d only be charged for two nights since we couldn’t pick her up Sunday and would have if they let us. When we booked her boarding they told us a total of $90, but instead it was $135, so we were either lied to our just told the wrong information. They told us we’d only be charged for another night if she was picked up last 11am on Monday, which she was not. We were return customers and it’s very sad that we’d be given the wrong information or straight up lied to. We will not be coming back again.That’s great extra staff can be with their families on Sundays, but someone must be there at some point to feed the dogs, so I don’t see why you can’t be closed to the public but just allow pickups at some point on Sundays even if it’s a two hour window on Sundays evening. This makes it less affordable for our family to board our dog when we go away for the weekend beside we usually stay Friday night and Saturday night and come back Sunday afternoon or evening.But regardless, we should be only charged the price we were told and we were not. I did not feel there was miscommunication. There WAS miscommunication and it was on your part. The fact is one of your employees DID tell us we did not have to pay for Sunday night. Regardless of if we were the first ones who had this miscommunication, we WERE told the price would be $90 by staff and that price should have been honored since the mistake was on your part.

I highly recommend Pet play town. They are very nice, professional, friendly. They take very good care of my beautiful, loving dog Izzabella. The grooming always is awesome and she smells so good. I believe that Izzabella loves to go there because she is excited, loving ,happy every time she is going or coming from Pet play Town.

I'm so thrilled to have found this business and grateful to the people here who take great care of my pup Sunny! Sunny has been to daycare several times and has boarded there many times. She always comes back happy and well taken care of and the staff usually even shares photos and videos on their Instagram so I can see all the fun she is having. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They all seem to genuinely care about the animals which gives me peace of mind to know that she is in good hands when I'm gone.

Neo loves it here, so that means I love it! They take wonderful care of my boy and he is never scared to go, as a matter of fact when I’m turning into the driveway he is losing his mind to go. It’s been great to burn off his energy and he socializes well with other dogs. And when we get home he’s tired. (Makes my evening walk much more peaceful with him).

They go over and beyond, they offer a lot more than any other place for a much more affordable price. We love them and are so happy that we found this place. Took my West German Shepherd to Pet Play Town yesterday for a play day and he had a wonderful time. Everyone was so kind and I could tell they really enjoyed the dogs. A very happy place plus my boy didn't want to leave. There's plenty of room both inside and out to play plus get A lot of attention. I will be going back Friday. I have found a place I can take my beast and know he'll have a great time. Thank you all

Numerous Red Flags!!!! Sadly, I was very disapointed with my experience here. My dogs name is Molly and she was here for daycare from 9am to 5:30pm on 4/16/22. I was hoping bringing my dog here would allow me to take care of some business and allow my dog some time to enjoy herself with other dogs. Ultimately it created more stress in the process. When entering the building my first impression is the building is very closed off. I was not able to see any of the places where my dog would be. I could only hear non stop barking behind a closed door. Usually in doggy day cares there is a main room where dogs play that is open to the main room or a provided window with viewing access. My dog was quickly brought back behind closed doors. I provided vet and vaccination records and my dog was cleared as she just recently had her vet appointment and is in great health. Since it was my first time here I asked for a tour of the building. I was denied with the reason being it was the morning and there was breakfast being fed to other dogs. But I could get a tour later in the day when picking up my dog. When picking up my dog I kindly asked if I could have a tour as I would gladly be back if I could see where my dog has been. I was denied a tour for a second time with the reason that they were closing down for the day. I am not implying that this location mistreated my dog. She is unharmed and is currently very tired. There are multiple things that I felt were red flags. No initial inspection/meet and greet. Closed off building with unknown quality. Lack of webcams to view your dog while gone. Being denied a tour of dog areas twice. I do not recommend this location. There are multiple other locations close by that meet these simple standards.

My babies absolutely love Carolina, Ivan and Valentin ❤️. They wake up early ready to go to daycare and play with their friends. It’s such a pleasure to know my babies are well taken care of and I don’t have to worry. Pet PlayTown is the best place for your animal. My cats were groomed here as well and came home looking amazing 😊

Several months ago I found myself being adopted by a cat that was in poor condition. It's fur was nothing but huge balls of matting that made movement for this poor animal extremely painful. After taking her to my vet for examination and shots I was turned away by 4 other grooming shops, including my vets office, to have this poor kitty shaved. I couldn't give up and thank God I didn't. I found Pet Play Town on line and decided to give them a call. They treated this poor sad little cat with the same love and care that I would have and didn't take advantage of the situation by charging me an arm and leg. I can't thank them enough for giving this cat a new start.

I don't have much to say about this place other than the person that answers the phone is completely rude and started laughing when I was explaining to her that I can't do a 3 hour evaluation for a dog that's coming in from out of town rather than trying to figure out our options. She claimed her name was Gladys, But in the event she was being untruthful she has a strong Spanish accent. Also, I was asking her a very basic question whether or not the dog had to have the influenza shot to board with them and the answer to that apparently is no, if she was able to understand me enough to answer the question I was actually asking.

They are so nice and my puppy is very comfortable here. The dogs are a nice group as well. They give baths and other grooming services. The hours are great. They are educated about dog development and answer a lot of my questions.
