My cat, Ducky, was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition by the amazing staff here. Since we started this journey in early 2023 Ducky’s quality of life has improved exponentially! Britt (and everyone else at the front desk) is so kind and helpful and always has answers to my questions. I have never had a bad experience here and honestly the pricing for the quality of service is extremely affordable. They have their VIP plan that really makes a difference when you know you’ll be seeing the doctors every few weeks and I wouldn’t trust any other clinic at this point. All of the doctors are so well spoken and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand while not being condescending. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The entire staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell they all love helping animals. They don't rush through an exam, they answer all your questions & they treat our cats like their own. We wish we knew all the staffers' names to give them proper kudos, but Claudia (Vet Tech), Beth (front desk) & Dr. Thomas are especially fantastic!

I brought my sweet Sophie in last weekend as she had become sudden ill. I was very nervous and anxious something was seriously wrong, and from the moment I walked in, I felt heard and understood. I had the utmost confidence in the vet, staff and the front desk people right from the beginning. The vibe is competence and loving care. They are also are amazing and sweet with nervous pet owners (me). The vet came in for her consultation with two techs…one to help with Sophie’s exam and one to take down notes. That made me VERY happy and I could tell immediately this was going to be a conscientious and thorough vet experience. The staff (and vet!) explain everything in detail to you…the price points, the tests, the exam results…everything. Sophie isn’t out of the woods just yet, but I am confident she will be soon. I would highly suggest the VIP membership, as vet bills can add up quickly and it pays for itself almost immediately. Highly recommend MAH!

We love Maitland Animal Hospital!EVERYONE is so welcoming and kind when dealing with our 15 year old lab CoCo.Unfortunately she has had some health issues recently. Dr. Thomas and the entire staff are all so patient, kind and thorough when discussing the treatment options for our pup. We are grateful for everyone who provides her care !

I absolutely loved taking my kitty here! Claudia was our vet tech. She was super patient with all my questions about labs/tests and finances, and was so sweet with my kitty. Beth was the gal up front and was also so kind! Absolutely amazing vet office, so excited to have a place near home for my kitty’s checkups!

Truly the best vet I have ever had. I am a first time dog mom and have no clue what I am doing and they have been with me every step of the way. They are always so happy to see my pup and so kind and caring and gentle. They are quick to get me into an appointment (within a few days!) and always around my schedule which I really appreciate. When I go in, they put me in a room right away and the wait is pretty short. They make sure they get all the information needed and discuss a plan that fits our needs. They are always SO communicative and open to answer all my questions. I will admit, I am a crazy helicopter dog mom and they never made me feel like I am insane. I have not met one person here that I did not like, everyone is so friendly and kind. And shout out to Claudia, my dog likes you the best.

My Baby Maya needed help right a way. They were so careful with my girl. I was very overwhelmed by the whole accident that had Maya hurt. They took great care of my Maya and me. I trust their advise & helped me with care cost plan that could save Maya. I've been using this vet since my vets retired & passed away that had for 30 yrs. When choosing a new vet that was nearest to our new home 7 yrs ago. I picked maitland vets. I have beautiful sismease cat that just turned 18 yrs old. So I trusted them eith my new Maya a rescue who is now 18 months old and my Queen Lillly Ming.

The facility is top notch. They were the only hospital able and willing to take in my dog Bella after a brutal attack. She needed extensive surgery and care. They remain in contact with me throughout the entire process even when she was at the overnight veterinarian clinic. I can't express how grateful I am for this team from the front desk to vet techs and the doctors. They treated Bella has she was theirs. I officially switched my vet home to them. Bella has a long journey of healing and they have been there for every step of the way. God Bless this clinic and staff!

Back in August my daughter was walking her chihuahua and something in the grass bit her, and the dog had a bad reaction to it. My daughter found the hospital through a Google search, and we took her there as a walk in. The staff was extremely friendly. Our dog Koffee is not the friendliest, but had zero issue w the staff. An assessment was done quickly and we were given an itemized list of treatment options. I truly appreciated the transparency with the cost of treatment. Koffee was treated and given meds and swelling and pain was gone the next day!! We we’re extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend the hospital and go back if needed.

They took me in the same day as it was urgent. The staff are very friendly and professional and showed interest in my cat. They comprise a list of possible treatments and you can choose what you want to accept and what you pay for. They are good at following up on the condition of your pet. I would recommend them based on my experience.

The vet & vet tech are so kind and patient. My cat has had a couple emergencies and they have been so quick to help. My cat recently just had severe dental disease and had to have a lot of teeth removed. The techs texted me to keep me updated and have been more helpful than I could have ever asked for.

Truly a great veterinary office. Cute, clean and organized. We took both of our fur kids here and finally felt like we’d found “the one” for them. The office staff is very knowledgeable, compassionate and communicative. It’s obvious that Dr. Duprey loves what he does. We’ve moved out of state but had we not, this would have been our clinic for long haul.

I have a 4 month old cavapoo. I've visited maitland hospital twice for 12 and 16 week shots. The people are kind and love our pets for real. It is fairly quiet and serene so my puppy stays pretty calm.. I am confident that the staff at Maitlsnd Aninal Hospital will give my puppy the best care, I love their energy!

My 6 month goldendoodle/aussie was spayed yesterday by Dr. Dupery. The staff (Beth, Brandon, and Jennifer) have been excellent with caring for my puppy. They explained the procedure, and medications, and followed up the next day. When you want the best for you pet, this is the veterinarian clinic to come to.

I was recommended MAH’s sister location on Corinne drive and they didn’t have any availability so I made an appointment to take my Austrian Shepherd to the Maitland location. They were so nice and helpful and answered all of my questions, within a week my dog was back to normal. They didn’t push unnecessary tests and procedures for money they just prescribed some medicine and he’s back to normal. Since then they have reached out multiple times to check in on him and see how he’s doing! Flash forward to this past weekend, my other Aussie was EXTREMELY ill and we had 0 luck with an emergency vet being it was Sunday. I called MAH and although they had no availability, because I had been before they let me drop my dog off to figure out was wrong with him. They again answered my 100 questions and were very communicative with my boyfriend and I. My dog has already shown signs of improvement and I still didn’t spend a fortune. They have already called and checked in on him and he was just there yesterday. Very thankful to have a vet I can trust with my two boys.

Maitland Animal Hospital was highly recommended to us from multiple friends. From the beginning, we have been treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism with the entire staff from the flexibility of scheduling appointments to the treatment for our Labrador puppy. We have confidence with all of the doctors with their medical expertise, current medical knowledge and extensive experience amongst all of the team. We're exceptionally pleased with the amount of time taken during physical examinations and treatment plans, we never feel rushed during the visits and the time is taken to truly listen to you. The doctors are all very observant, professional and friendly during the exams and we are never left in the dark about any concerns we may have. Our Lab, Tito is treated as one of your own and it shows when he charges through the doors and greets the entire office staff! The love that is shown towards our pup and family reassures our confidence in excellent vet care. Thank you from the bottom of our heart, you all are amazing!!

SWEET Beth returned my call promptly and arranged a facility tour and an introduction to the AMAZING Dr. Thomas. The time Beth spent answering ALL of my questions during the tour is SO VERY APPRECIATED!!! Daija's IMPRESSIVE phone presence and listening skills are OUTSTANDING!!! She emailed me the forms, making this transition FLAWLESS!!! KUDOS to SUPERSTARS Britt and Shelley, welcoming me upon entering and treating my furbie like their own!!! This made my heart MELT!!! CARING Claudia answered ALL of my questions regarding procedure plans/pricing once my furbie was SO THOROUGHLY assessed by the WONDERFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE Dr. Quintal with the GENTLE assistance from Admanda !!!
