Walked in the store to pay for my gas. The music that was playing was full of profanity. If people want to hear this in private, that’s their choice, but this is not something I would expect in a public place. I came up to two cashiers (young guys) that were jamming to the beat asking if they felt if it was really ok to be playing this around other customers. They told me that no one forbids them to do it… so they could care less about my concern as a parent who walked in there with 2 young girls. Apologies in advance for potentially hurting the rating of the store, but this should be addressed and not played in a public place

I stopped by this 7-11 thinking they were closed only to meet the sweetest lady. She helped me on 9/18/22 at around 3:00 a.m. Her service made me and my friends night. Highly recommend if she is working. (If only I would of gotten her name)

So her name is Jessica I'm guessing, because I checked with other reviews to try to see if there was another bad experience with this girl, and sure enough there was and I got here now, and somehow she is a manager. I've worked in customer service a long time and I have to say this girl is by far the worst employee I have ever seen. The first time I went in there about 3 weeks ago she had the same attitude, and today when I went in same thing, she was cursing and throwing other people under the bus so loud other customers could here it, and then I went to confront hwr about it and she refused my service and yelled at me to leave. She also is a manager not wearing a name badge, like I said I wonder why.

Manager was so rude to customer!!!!! Worst manager ever!!!! Her name is Jessica, she was on personal call on her airpods instead of attending register, it was long line, i personally ask her if she could help and she told me not to tell her how to do her job!!! The other cashier told us that she's always rude and mean to everybody including them!! Fire her!!!!

Pretty sure my VISA card just got skimmed from pump #1 at this location.They had a sign inside saying the readers were down - but you only see it after you try to use the card.A nice cover for why your card didn't work due to the skimmed reader.Then it was duplicated and charged $200 at a WaWa on Sand Lake and Orange.Fraud claim filed. Don't use your card here.

Charged my debit 10.00 more then total. Didnt show up untill I had already left. Of coarse receipt not in bag. When I called denied then hung up. Would give minus. Look at your receipts and make sure you get you receipt

Just left there and the cashier is extremely rude and this isn't the first time with this person, he has no business working with the public. The owner needs to step in if the manager won't.

Like most convenient store has gas, soda fountains ,restrooms, cooked fast food then microwave to heat up food, checkout lines moves pretty fast. Staff helpful at this one

This place has turned around and is getting better. Just one employee called Robert is in his 20's but looks like he's in his 40's and is very creepy but everyone else seems cool.

what? is this gas station joke or what?! .....2am and the lady telling me that the restrooms are locked ! and why? because at night they're always locked that's what she told me ..... not hot dogs or tacos not even one , how come this is 7/11 or what? this Spanish ladie is just way lazy, I am glad that I didn't take any gas there, I will try to contact 7/11 headquarters.
