*Best Cork Wood business!*So, i was hard in search of buying cork wood in bulk and there wasnt too many good solid choices... until i stumbled upon Cork Haven! I actually was even recommended it by someone that also thought very good about the company. So i had to give them a try i need the wood badly. Boy! Am i glad i chose Cork haven. My first order i placed was 10Lbs small & 10Lbs medium. The order was shipped and arrived very fast! Once it arrived i was so happy, but turns out i misinterpreted there size charts that actually went by diameter not length so the wood was great but not exactly what i was looking for in terms of size since i was working with a certain size gecko enclosure. No worries! Contacted them and i was reached back to within a couple hours that same night! Joseph from cork wood asked about the issue and instantly went into action to fix it! He even personally texted me so the situation could get solved even faster and better. He explained to me about there size categories and how we could go about fixing it and getting me the right wood. He recommended i place another order for only small sizes and that he will personally send me pictures of pieces going into the new shipment but will also include a return slip in the new order so the misinterpreted box of wood could be shipped back and money returned. He absolutely did send me pictures and made sure i was happy with all the pieces so there was so confusion and i got exactly what i needed! I honestly couldn't be happier with the customer service and most definitely love the cork wood pieces they have to offer! I most definitely will be returning back and absolutely referring other friends to Cork haven!
