We visit this location at least once every 2 weeks. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I pick up quite a bit for my parents for their animals, someone is always available and happy to help.

Very good customer service, which is hard to find in today's rat race. I have always been helped and greeted when entering the store in Macclenny. I am proud to support small local businesses owners like our Tractor Supply. I don't give out 5 stars easily. That way people don't just think everyone deserves a 5 because their entitled to it. 5 stars are earned, just like medals in the military, and respect from customers. Thank you Tractor Supply. You have earned my business.

Love ❤️ going there to shop. I especially love the chick's and baby ducks. Always clean and we have never had a problem finding what we need. Employees are very polite always asking if you need any help. Great place to shop for your animals, lawn and garden etc.

Associates at Macclenny Tractor Supply are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have ALWAYS been that way whenever I have shopped there (6 yrs). Other stores in Macclenny should send their employees there for proper Customer Service Training 😉.

The employees are kind, ask you if you need anything, recommend items you might need. They give great advice on products. The store manager is very knowledgeable on products and helps with any department she can.

Remember when you don't have to drive very far like 30 miles to Jacksonville you might be able to find what you need at Tractor Supply if you don't know where it's at just ask an employee they are more than happy to show you where things are located customer service is on top there same thing Macclenny very good laid-back country people if they don't have it they will tell you where you can find it that's what I like about them the most instead of telling you to go to Jacksonville they'll come up with a different store and tell you how much the prices vary from their prices so you won't leave empty-handed same thing with Ace Hardware if they don't have it they'll tell you where to get it this town very good country people that live in it they wave at you when you drive down the road you better wave at the cop if you don't he'll pull you over very funny he'll think something's wrong if you don't wave back but not Jacksonville y'all have a good night

generally speaking we have been happy with the customer service here and we have bought a lot of chickens, chicken supplies, we spent a lot of money at this place in these few months that we have lived in town. staff have been very friendly even if they weren’t always the most knowledgeable about certain things. However I must reportdisappointment with a recent purchase. The item which was marked down significantly. However I specifically confirmed with customer service who also confirmed with their manager that, while their return policy normally does not allow the return of as is or clearance materials, this item did not or was not marked as is. The only reason I purchased the item was because I had the assurance from the employee that it could be returned if it did not work. The item didn’t work as I suspected that it would not, so when I went to return the item… The store did not stand behind its policy. I was told in no uncertain terms that the item cannot be returned and there was nothing I could do about it. The item is only $20, that’s not the point though... The point is to stand behind some thing that your store promises they will honor, but then doesn’t want to stand behind its word when put to the task. I personally do not care to spend any more of my time or funds in this store, anything I can get here I can find somewhere else even if it means I’m paying more, I will do so as a personal point. Again your staff of always been polite and I understand anyone can simply say what I’m saying but however I will simply The a person of my words by no longer spending to spend any more or funds here. sorry you have lost a customer.

Good prices wait for sales and deals. Hastle free return of food item that had become stall same day refund back on top card. Very good customer service and can do attitude keeps me coming back to tractor supply even if they end up not having what i need they probably have something I want to buy check out the 10 to 15 dollar specials at the front of the store useful wire strippers and voltmeters all reasonably priced and they stand by their product. I have purchased an led work light or two and a tire pressure guage/inflator attachment for air compressor and tall of my tools from tractor supply still work after years of use.

No matter what store you walk into, every one can be counted on to have pretty much what your looking for. The fact that most are laid out the same way makes it that much easier to walk into a different location and feel right at home!Tip for people buying a good sized load of feed. Instead of loading it up yourself from the aisles, ask a staff member if they would prefer taking it from the back so they don't need to restock the store shelves. It's worth asking as it can save both you and the employees some work. At least that's what they prefer at our store back home... :)

I would normally give this store three stars becauseven though they usually have what I'm looking for I always have to look for a cashier to check out. However today I went in and was absolutely disgusted with how dirty the floors are. I realize this is a rural feed and supply store, but come on. At this time of crisis and health concerns with covid-19, you would think they would be upping their cleanliness standards. Sing such filthy surfaces does not inspire confidence that they are taking precautions above and beyond the usual to keep themselves and their customers safe. I should have taken pictures oh, but didn't. Will probably call the manager to complain

Love it Except the fact that the Lady Followed me so close in the store that I put my 2 heavy items on a shelf for a sec to go find my friend down a few isles over & she had already picked up my stuff & put it behind the counter. I walked in with my phone, keys & Wallet. Please tell me why she's had to make me feel so uncomfortable?

Just ask in what direction I would fine collars for a pet the lady to whom I ask was rude told me to look and maybe I'll find it when ask her name she said boss. I ask another employee what the number for corporate the first lady came running up screaming for me to leave the store. I just don't understand why she was so angry and nasty towards not only me but others needing help.

Wife and I were wanting to order a Five foot porch swing and have it shipped to this store. The young lady at customer service was on the phone. Attempt to use computer that did not work. She simply walked away continued to talk. Never attempted to help us, ignored us and kept talking and walked away down the isle. Unprofessional and just plain rude. Will buy swing from Amazon. Awful and rude.
