I highly recommend The Country Pup! Courtney always treats my dogs with kindness and like they are her own. They make sure they are cared for and they are comfortable and not overwhelmed.My puppy was very clean, smelt very nice and, looked handsome thanks to Courtney and I couldn’t be happier that I chose to come to the country pup!

Today was our first time going to Country Pup. Our previous experience at other groomer was not a place I wanted to return. Our dogs did not seem happy. You could see the stress reaction. After reading Country Pups website I saw 5 stars and positive reviews. I had a good feeling. My first conversation was with Jenni. She addressed all my concerns and answered questions about grooming. What a lovely sweet lady. I never had a chance to speak with Courtney the other groomer. We have cocker spaniels who all have different personalities. These are of show quality. We keep them in a short simple cocker cut. Not every groomer feels comfortable doing these breeds. It takes time and experience with haircut. Both groomers were very comfortable cutting cocker spaniels. Jenni told me that the salon was in the country and small. That was fine. Not overcrowded. Groomers Jenni and Courtney give every dog attention they need. When I arrived this morning for appt the greeting was cheerful and very pleasant. Jenni and Courtney were so happy to meet all 4 doggys. The love and kindness toward them was amazing. They played around with them and our dogs could feel the warmth and sweetness. Courtney asked if I had treats with me. I did . She wanted to have. on hand so dogs would have a positive experience. When I picked up the dogs both groomers complimented them. There were no issues. Courtney said the dogs were great. Jenni too. It brought tears to my eyes. Seeing them so happy and looking beautiful with their haircuts was comforting. First impressions are everything . We want to thank you both for the love and respect towards our dogs and us. You made our day. Look forward to our next visit. Brody, Zoey, Elle and Jesse say thank you for treating us so well. The ladies here are very friendly but clearly not experienced with cat grooming. I won’t be bringing my guy back here but they did issue a partial refund, which i appreciate. Their dog customers seem very happy 😊Edit: In response to the reply from Country Pup and after reflecting for some time- It was also discussed that i should bring my cat first thing in the morning so that there would be no dogs there and when i returned to pick him up the tiny one room place was full of people and dogs. My poor guy was terrified. If I’m honest, i have to admit this was very upsetting to me and took me a while to fully process. Had this not happened i probably wouldn’t have felt compelled to leave a negative review. As it is, i felt other cat owners would appreciate this information.

These ladies are miracle workers. Our rescue Corgi would not let anyone touch his paws much less cut his nails. Jenni is building a relationship with him and he has had his nails trimmed twice in 2 weeks. They groomed him to perfection. We highly recommend Country Pup for all your grooming needs.

Darlin' Courtney you have made my life so much better by cutting my Peanut's (young cat) nails. My Winston is much happier that he can't hurt him anymore when he chases after him. 😁 Also, you were so fast and proved know exactly what you are doing. That was scary for me to try to do.Thank you

I could write forever about Jenni and Courtney but I’m going to try to keep it short! My dog has been going to see them monthly for about a year now and they do a tremendous job! I felt welcome the second I walked into the door. They check in on Dak and I constantly and make me feel like family. Their little shop is beautiful and their desire to help the community is like no other. My dog always have so much fun while he is there and I am constantly getting videos of him having a good time! Even if it is not time for him to be groomed yet we will stop by just to see them and he gets so excited each time. They are the best groomers and the kindest people I have ever met. I have nothing but good to say about them and will forever take all of my animals to them!

Wow what a great place! They did a wonderful job with my dog, his haircut turned out perfect. They did exactly what I wanted. Their customer service is excellent, very sweet young ladies. Will definitely use them in the future for all of my grooming needs!

These girls are fabulous! I tried every groomer in Macclenny and they are absolutely the best. My Scottish Terrier has never been cut so good and they listen to what you want and they deliver. To everyone with a doggie baby try them.

My fiancé takes her dogs to this places and they love it! One of her dogs is very sensitive when it comes his nails because of his hurt foot, but he loves Courtney and Jenni. Highly recommend

Friendly, fast service. Very accommodating. They work wonders with my 3 dogs (Mollie, Lady Bird, and Reagan) who HATE getting nails trimmed. Like voodoo dog whisperer good. The shop is always clean and the dogs seem genuinely happy about being there.
