Cvs pharmacy in Macclenny, FL is garbage. They try to lie and manipulate you into getting more prescriptions than you need. They transfer more medications than you give authorization for. They make you buy more medications than you need to “justify” one of the medications you actually need and try to buy. They lie about why they can’t fill a script and try to use FLA law as an excuse. HORRIBLE STAFF.Except Lana. She is an exceptional work, the absolute hardest working associate in there and anybody that shops there will tell you the same.If I could give negative stars, I would.-⭐️

I have been into this CVS pharmacy twice to pick up rx and receive poor customer service. We were seen at the minute clinic and tried to pick up the rx. I was told 15 min wait. I sat in the waiting room for 30 mins. I was in view of the pharmacy and the techs. I found it strange that I never saw the pharmacist consult one customer. I know they are busy, you can tell by the huge amount of rxs that are busting out of every bins! When I went up after 30 mins, she could not find the rx bc it was put into the wrong bin. I got better personal service with Winn Dixie pharmacist bc he doesn’t treat you like a number.

I would not recommend this cvs or any other to anyone. They pick and choose which medications they fill and don’t even call or reach out to you to let you know so you just wait days and finally call them to find out what’s going on just to be told they won’t fill that medication, she first asked me if I still had a starke address which is why they initially told me they wouldn’t take me anymore so I went and got my ID changed to match my current address in Raiford and they still refuse to fill my medication which is wrong. They also filled one of my controls but not the other so I just don’t understand it. Needless to say I found a new pharmacy in Macclenny and I’ll be sending everyone I know to them cuz they were very nice and understanding and didn’t treat me like trash.

There should not be a nine-car line waiting at this rural CVS drive-thru.CVS should have the meds ready and available in a timely manner. I have to make a 40-mile round trip from my house to this store, as do most of my rural neighbors. We are not "just around the corner." In the last few months, I have been told my order is not ready or complete, and asked if I could come back in fifteen minutes or sometimes the next day(and then it still isn't ready).. This is not possible for me. I'm 66, and terminally ill. Further, I have to use the drive-thru instead of trotting through this giant store. You've reduced hours, have maybe 2 out of 4 meds, and turned a local landmark into a joke.

The pharmacist at the Macclenny CVS was extremely helpful and kind. I will be switching all my prescriptions here, even though it’s 20 minutes farther than my current pharmacy. Such great service!

This place is the worst I have ever seen do not try to call on phone cause you will never get through they never answer the phone and then one shift will tell you one thing then when you come to get your medicines another shift will be on and won’t know what you’re talking about
