If I could put 0 stars I would. A few years back I would have recommended it but definitely not now. They can't never seem to get my seizure meds ordered on time anymore when I call 2 or 3 days ahead of time they keep forgetting to put in the order. I've been numerous of days without my meds the past 6 months having seizures and they could all careless with attitudes. After 10 years of service there they just lost this 2,000$ a month. I know some meds can't be played around with and I can't let them keep playing around with my serious seizure meds. I recommend being careful if it's something you have to have and can't miss a dose

Normally I love the CVS pharmacy but since the pharmacy technician will not communicate with the pharmacist regarding my medication and will not listen to me and hear when I'm saying.Very frustrated. I know what I'm talking about I've been on this medication for months. Her professionalism is not up to par and she is giving CVS a bad name. You know I understand that some patients don't know what they're talking about but I do and to insult me on the phone like I'm a stupid idiot is unacceptable.

I use to shop in CVS Macclenny, Fl at least once a week, I am retired and sometimes i need assistant using the self checkout and coupons to apply, or other reasons when shopping, I really appreciate the help of the manager an his nice attitude willing to help when i need assistance, I wish all the stuff be nice like him. Thanks

Was literally just lied to about a 24-48 hour policy you have for transferring prescriptions EVEN THOUGH I JUST TRANSFERRED IT FROM ANOTHER PHARMACY.... thanks so much for using your made up policy to feel better about denying a 4 year old her medication.

This CVS is a joke.Lost a dropped off prescription while my daughter and I both have the flu. Should be enough said.How do you lose a prescription in less than 5 hours? Especially after I’ve called 4 times about it?Some people should not be working in a pharmacy it’s clear they do not care. I wish I knew your name so I could post it, but I was too pissed to ask.

I frequently go to this CVS and the staff is very friendly, ready to help whether I find a product or to assist when doing the self checkout, I really enjoy shopping at this store.

I have called this store every day for 2 weeks about my sons medication. No one will call me back. Yesterday I called and spoke with someone in the store who took my name and number and said she will give it to the pharmacy but she won’t make any guarantees that I will get a call from anyone. This is the absolute most horrible pharmacy I have ever dealt with how you got 2.4 stars is unbelievable.

This place is an actual joke, calling it garbage would be an insult to garbage. The drive thru ALWAYS has a long line and the once you get up to there it takes just as long, i always have to plan to take trip there at the end of the day and it takes so long to get anything. I don't know what type of management this estbalishment is being run by, there is only one good pharmacist and named Ally and she does things in a timly manner. This place is where time stands still. And they just do not care. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT.

The worst CVS around. Very very very slow. You'll stand waiting and no one will be in line. The are rude and don't care. They switch their protocols and will say they'll fill something then let it expire. They truly hate their job and it shows.

I have always had a good experience with the CVS pharmacy at Macclenny until today. Alex refused to help with my scrip and an added discount RX code my doctor sent me. He said I had to go to the drop off window and someone would help me there. There was only 3 people there including him. So that would be another long wait time. I said no I’ve been helped before with a discount code and I’m not moving out of line to go to another line and wait again. He turned away from me with an obvious attitude and told the young lady to take care of it. This young lady is always there and was taking care of the drive through window, answering the phone and walk ins at the counter. She not only helped me but looked up a discount that saved me more money. Alex needs to learn people skills if he’s going to be in Customer Service. I hope he’s not the pharmacist.

AVOID cvs macclennyvat all cost..its always something every month. Not to mention the very longgggg lines. Went to the ER yesterday and they can't even fill my script..switching to walmart..can't even do that after waiting 2 hours..so in ythe morning I get to go wait in their long line to do this in person..I'm done with these idiots!!

The worst place ever. I think they hire use car sales people . They will look you right in your face and tell you a lie. Tell you they have it ready then get there and they will have you drive around twice then tell you ,oh we don’t have that . I switched years ago , but one of my daughters is needing her medicine and having to go thru an act of congress to get it .They just need to close it down all together and bring in a Publix to replace it.

poor treatment from the pharmacy. my mother had a total knee replacement on 12/7 and her pain medication was called into this pharmacy 12/8 to take home. When we got there on 12/8, they didn’t have the pain medication which is understandable so we had a new one put in. Today 12/9 my mother called to figure out why she was billed, turns out the pharmacy put a coupon on it instead of the insurance then was moved into the process of being filled. She later noticed the medication was no longer on her app, and when she called them, they had lost the prescription. My mother has been in pain all morning crying with no means of getting her medication because of these people.

1 of the hardest parts of being a parent let alone now being a widowed single parent with a child that has special needs and multiple behavioral issues is finding them the right care. NOTHING is ever easy with CVS and I mean nothing. I was hoping going from the Main Street location in Jax to Macclenny things would be different but they are not. He had no prescription filled for December bc of the location change i had to call his doctor and have it switched to Macclenny. They told me last week they were out of his prescription and would have it on Monday. I call today and they say they can't fill it until next month, so tell me what does he do for a month? Go psychotic threaten to harm himself or others? Bc that's what he does without his medication. They didn't offer to call his Dr tomorrow who is now closed at 6pm. They can see in their system he didn't fill his prescription in December so why always make things so hard, why not tell me this last week instead of saying something completely different. CVS really needs to work on their customer care,being proactive, instead of acting like they hate their job. They have the slowest drive through everrrrr. I sent my Prescriptions to Walgreens bc I didn't want to deal w all the mess. Ever time my doc sends a prescription they text me within 1 hour or less and says it's ready. When I go the drive thru they make it a priority to get everyone in and out no matter who's on staff and everyone is polite. I always have to sit at least 35-45 mins in the drive thru at CVS at minimum. I will pick up a prescription 1 day and they text me the next saying theres another, whyyyy? Its not a controlled substance. Its a simple as saying oh i see you have 1 ready tomorrow let me see if i can run it today. I had the same issue w the CVS in Jax I had to make multiple calls to get 1 thing done. Half the time you get someone who is nice the other half you get someone rude snappy and who does everything else but come to the window. I had 3 cars in front of me today at Walgreens I was done in less than 10 mins, this would've taken forever at CVS. They are either under staffed or have poor management and systems.

This is the most poorly ran pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I pick up meds for an elderly family member who insists on using them. They never answer the phone and the drive through is a joke. Be prepared to wait in line for a minimum of 30 mins. They need a complete overhaul.

Pharmacy needs work. The woman behind the counter told me “United Healthcare is not covered by CVS” and told me to have prescription transferred to a different pharmacy. This was in a very matter of fact and I have no time for explanation type of way. After I had a second to realize she was wrong I went back to the counter and spoke to a different person. She said Unitedhealthcare Medicare was not covered. I don’t have Medicare. I’m not sure why the other woman was telling me “United Healthcare isn’t covered.” So she said she would try to “run the prescription through”. It was of course covered. My next question is why wouldn’t the first woman run it through before stating that all of united Healthcare is not covered. In conclusion a bit incompetent or careless and rude without an apology.

I pick up the same prescriptions for my nephew every month and EVERY MONTH I have to go back to the pharmacy because they screw up the count on his medicine or leave one of them out of the bag. It’s ridiculous and today when he called back to tell them AGAIN that there was a mistake. He made the comment that he doesn’t understand why this keeps happening. The pharmacy tech’s response was “I don’t either”. I can’t believe they are so nonchalant about a customer’s complaint. WOW !! I hate this store. Always a problem.

If there was an option for zero stars that is what they would get. They constantly tell you your prescriptions are ready yeah you get out there and they tell you not to the next day then you go back the next day and I say the same thing and then when they finally do fill it, you have to sit and wait for them to fill it 20 to 30 minutes after it's already supposedly ready on the app and buy the text alert. Customer service = joke. If your insurance will let you fill it anywhere else I would highly recommend it or even a different CVS as we have switched and are having no problems with the new CVS. I now see why the rate of 2.7 Stars. And I would highly recommend against calling them unless you have 30 minutes to sit there and twiddle your thumbs till they answer. And rude would not begin to describe the pharmacy Department

PLEASE FIRE MINDY.Or at least give her a new position that is not administering COVID test because not only did she get my birthday wrong after asking me 3 separate times she then proceeded to lose my paperwork, give me an unnecessary back story on how her kids aren’t graduating, but she then also repeatedly did not listen to me when I told her my birthday clearly THREE TIMES so I then had to sit on the phone for an hour with minute clinic customer service to even receive my results. She was also late so even though my appointment was scheduled at 10am she didn’t feel like arriving until 20 minutes later. I respect all health professionals and I get a bad day but this a pandemic and the incompetence is intolerable. There’s a time to be friendly and chit chat and there’s a time to be a medical professional performing a procedure. I’m all for hospitality and whatever but maybe don’t let it head you ability to do your job!

Waited 15 minutes patiently for my turn to drop off a rx even though no one else in line. 3 other people walked up and they assisted them first. After they took the 3rd person I walked out. To many pharmacy options out there then to stand and be ignored.

This place is a joke anymore, can’t get meds on time because they’re either out or have some reason why you can’t get it. Instead of one of my meds being out I can’t got without, both are are out. I mean they know how many patients they have, get right and order right. I don’t know who’s running this place anymore but it’s went way down hill.

Pharmacy: I ALWAYS have a problem with, I've been dropping my same meds off here for 2 years & each time it never fails for them to either not have it in stock leaving me days without it or some other ridiculous reason I've never heard of. Some of the pharmacist are actually decent & know what they're doing & KNOW me by now to know I'm a loyal customer tho.

My wife went in to this minute clinic today, of course due to being sick. She asked the nurse to swab/test for possible strep & flu as she felt semptoms of the two. The nurse persuaded my wife that she did not look like she needed to be checked.... she left the clinic, went straight to ER and was tested positive for the Flu. Me and/or my family will never go back to this clinic anymore, due to the lack of care and simular past experiences.

I’ve been out of my birth control for 12 days and each time I called to get an update I was told I would be called if there was an issue with myPrescription and each time I went to pick it up I was told oh it will be here tomorrow 3 times and I never received a call!! Then when I asked if another location had it could it be transferred there they told me I needed to call each cvs to see if they had it in stock all after this bs and terrible customer service.
