Took our dog in to be groomed for the 2nd time. The first time a few months ago she did a phenomenal job. This time I showed up to pick him up and he is shaved down to a #1 or #2 guard. This will take 1+ year to grow back, not to mention a double coated dog will have problems growing the fur back due to his undercoat growing faster than the guard hairs. My poor dog doesn't look the same anymore.

Phenomenal job!! Brought our cat in today, he is 14, and needed to be shaved. He has been having a hard time grooming himself. He is so happy not being matted up and purred the whole drive home. Thankful for this Pet parlor, what an amazing job. We will definitely be back 🐱❤️

My mom took her Shih Tzu Missy to get a wash and cut. Upon picking her up she found the they had cut so short. This is the worst groom she has ever gotten. Will not be using them again. So disappointed.

The one star is because she is a nice person....Took My Girls into be groomed..What a hatchet job..they look like they have been skinned..they have razor burns all over them and its so bad they can barely sit down..I am heart broken at how they feel..My yorkie is unrecognizable..her 3 sisters are just as bad..this is inexcusable. I dont even know what to say..I am beyond words..if you have a grooming shop..PLEASE know how to groom certain breeds..EVERY dog doesnt need to be cut so short..its just awful..This is how she should look.,I cant even show a picture of how she looks now.. but here she is..My 14 year old baby...in pain...NO HAIR on her body or face

Mrs. Williams was the sweetest and she took my dog in the same day and had her ready in an hour! My dog smelled so clean and she looked great! I definitely recommend Willams!

I have taken five generations of my dogs to Tina...she is patient and great with every single one of my animals, especially an abused dog I adopted. And she is THE fastest groomer I have ever had! We missed her greatly when we moved to another state but now we are back and using our favorite groomer!

A reminder to everyone this is a small local business. It is your responsibility as a customer to cancel reservations in a timely manner and be specific/provide photo references on how you would like your breed of pet to be groomed/trimmed. Most of all be respectful.

After the experience my dog and daughter had there this past Thursday. We will NEVER BE BACK! they chocked my dog with his leash .. refusing to listen to my daughter until she yelled at the woman and pulled the leash from her hand. . traumatizing both my dog and my child! You have forever lost my business and I recommend that others take your pets somewhere else or watch them very closely when they are in this establishment. I honestly would not even give one star but I cannot go lower than that!

I love taking my dog here! The owner Is fantastic and is always so quick. I never have to leave my dog for more then 4 hours unlike most groomers. Highly recommend!

Nothing but the best.Mrs William's you call her will almost always get you in.Had been to three other dog groomers in Panama city and always told to come next day or next week never ever with her.She is more concerned about helping others than anyone l know.She tells you one o'clock then one o'clock your pet will be ready and looking great as she takes better care of your pet than most people do their own kids.Thank goodness for such a fine groomer as PROFESSIONAL as anyone you will ever take your pet to be groomed.

I personally have not nor will I ever use them or recommend them to anyone. I know someone who took their sweet pup to be groomed and ended with her needing to have sedation and stitches. Owner claimed she did not know it happened because the dog was moving a lot. This is not acceptable. Please use caution if you decide to use them and double check your pup after every visit for open wounds

I esed to take my dog here many years ago and got a new poodle puppy and took him here. She said he was horrible on his face. She only did most of it and butchered around his tail. When I picked him up he was not brushed out and still wet. I won't be back. It was $45,and she said next time it will be more. I took him to doggy day care in Chipley for $30 and they did a fantastic job.

Took my dog in for a nail trim and they told me she was bad and didn't want it done. When you provide a service someone is paying for you shouldn't complain to the customer about it. That's why I pay for this service to be done, because I can't do it myself. She also wrapped the leash around her neck and the collar was completely twisted tight! I will NEVER take my dog there again! I only took her here because the place we normally go is closing permanently and was closed today.

Love Miss Williams for her great care 😘 she gives my boys. She's been taking care of Prince's (shitzu) needs for a long time & was very glad to accommodate our new puppy Spike (pittbull) on the spot to trim his razor sharp nails for me & I'm so grateful because I'm no longer scratched up from him jumping on me.Highly recommend her service.

I took my spoiled dog in for a nail trim and filed, she was talking with customers and not doing her job correctly, she cut two of my dogs nails down way to short and now won’t stop bleeding and he is in a lot of pain. She is very friendly but needs to keep her mind on the animals instead of talking so much. Also she didn’t do a goodjob on clipping or filing. Won’t be going back.

Shelby , Australian Shepherd, received her more comfortable Summer styling by Tina. Beautiful! The Williams are extremely nice people. Also, I love their new, post Michael, location in old downtown Lynn Haven. *Recommend*

we took my dog today to this place we asked just for nails clipped when the lady came to get my dog he was defiant and started to pull away but wasn’t aggressive at all just scared and the lady decided to wrap the leash around his neck and tried to drag him by the leash while it was tightening around his neck and was choking him out and wouldn’t stop until we had to get the leash out her hand
