Have loved shopping at this Walmart since it opened, the 4th largest in the US at the time. Open, airy, wide aisles, lots of sunshine. Even when there is one 5 min closer.But, like Walmart as a whole, this store has slowly and steadily gone downhill. They're closed for 8 hours a day, yet the shelves are still barely stocked. Motor oil, vitamins, car soap, nothing obscure... but there was, literally, ONE brand of car wash soap in the entire auto dept. Left with 2 items out of 6 on my list. Waste of time and money.I'll now be coming there for the 2 things I can only get there, Sam's Cola and Mountain Lightning (better than the name brand counterparts). All other items I'll buy elsewhere or online. Enough is enough.

Bought great value canned corn which the label on the can stated "product of Thailand!!" Walmart brand foods are garbage!

Carts need to be repaired or replaced. Mostly self checkout. Had a fire alarm on 12/18/23, think it was a test, no smoke or fire that I could smell or see. Was at checkout and they made us evacuate although the employees were still inside! Fire Dept. casually walking around, no emergency obviously. After 45 minutes of waiting I just left.

This store has a wide selection of products from groceries to hardware. It’s fairly busy so that means new products hit the shelves quickly. By the way the smell is always wonderful coming from the Subway. You also get to check yourself out and bag your products. They do have a couple people to assist if you need help 😊

This is mostly regarding their Walmart+ delivery service. I don't understand why the app let. you order specific items. It would be much easier if it would just ask you how many items you want and they just bring you random things. I've had this service for about a year and have not once received an order that I placed without over 50% of the items substituted. My very first order they brought me things that were totally unrelated. I took them back and got the exact things that I ordered off the shelf that the employee that was pulling my order was just too lazy or illiterate to pull correctly. If they have to do a substitution they should have to give a 10% discount on all substituted items. They got robots and employees taking inventory all of the time. If they're inventory is off that bad they need to shut the store down. Because there's obviously major theft or complete managerial incompetence happening. This will be my last review on this topic as I'm canceling this subpar at best service.

Walmart in Lynn Haven during the day was the cleanest I have seen a Walmart in a long time. Nice selection of most products. I bought items from almost every section of the store, just no electronics or garden stuff. The selection for Easter basket items was great. I spent waaayyyy too much money but that's why I usually send my husband. I actually got a live person to check out and only had to wait for the lady in front of me to finish. The cashier was very nice and talkative. One of the better Walmart experiences in the last 10 years. I had no desire to go to Walmart these last 10 years because of how understaffed, dirty and lack of selection (everything was always empty) and it started years before COVID. Thank you Walmart in Lynn Haven for stepping up and in the right direction.

The people who had fake Spark Driver accounts have returned. Now they have new accounts. Walmart associates must request the ID from the drivers, not only in pick up, but also in cashier, because those people with fake accounts avoid going to pick up so as not to be identified and alone. they shop inside the store

Curbside pickup was very upsetting. Come to find out that they decided to prepare my order 5 minutes before my pick up time. Only to only find out that they don't have any of the 6 items from my order. all of the items were the same, and in the same location. For them to tell me last minute they only have a substitute, I am very disappointed walmart pick up.

Had the best Walmart shopping experience ever yesterday at this location! And I was there for almost 5 hours so that’s saying a whole lot! First I was searching for a goal and it was showing in stock on the app. I’m aware that isn’t always accurate however I decided to ask anyways. Dillon pulled it up on his device and it was showing in stock in the back room. He checked and sure enough the last one was there! Yay! Dillon and Victor brought the large heavy box out with a smile and carefully loaded it into my cart! Both were so incredibly nice! My mom and I then went to electronics, we were not standing there 2 minutes if that looking at the games. Kenny came right over and asked if he could help us find anything! He helped us select our items and then walked them to the front for us as we were not finished shopping. When we were ready the register and a few others were wide open! The lady at the front stopped us as expected we had many large unbagged items, she was extremely nice as well and called another man (wish I would’ve gotten their names) over to help us take the buggies to our vehicle and load the goal in the trunk! I usually shop at a different local location but I think I’ll start driving the extra few minutes for this one! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!!!

This 1 star review is to get a manager's attention. In the electronics department there is a song playing on loop for the past 7 months that says bow down and keep on praising me. It's a very annoying and offensive song and it needs to be turned off.

Does anyone in customer service answer the phone at this Walmart? You need to please investigate the noise coming from the telephone when someone calls customer service! absolutely terrible customer experience when you can’t talk to someone about a problem caused by fraudulent activity from their store.

Clean store but for the love of all that is holy would you PLEASE stock at night instead of slap through the middle of rush hour midday shopping!!! Makes no sense that Walmart is stocking during the day when they're no longer 24 hours and could be less greedy and stock at night. Also, throw in the big shopping carts that are impossible to maneuver around. Fix this please!!

Re Walmart in general: the limited selection is really disappointing. I understand the advantage in not overstocking duplicate items, but some selection would be nice.Re Walmart Lynn Haven, Fl: Something's off with the online pickup service. Specifically , substitutions for items that are clearly in stock. It only seems to be an issue at this location. I notice that substitutions favor Walmart brands or brands with the highest profit margin. One suspects some kind of direction from local management. I'll be alerting corporate and shopping a different location.

Store is clean and fully stocked. This is not my usual store but I wish it was. Bathrooms were clean. I was able to find the pet items that are never in stock at my usual location.

This walmart is horrible,they have rude managers, exspecially in night stocking, they exspect so much out and they treat you like dirt, and they have bad coaches they dont work with you at all and they fire you over the littlest. Things if you ever decide to work at walmart to stock dont go to this one.

Came here to exchange a battery and they won't do it, even though the battery is 6 months old and the woman said the battery has a charge. But it doesn't!! They don't even know how to use the battery tester machine. They had to read the manual. We asked for a manager and they said they will not exchange the battery because the Walmart associate tested it and that's it. My boyfriend is a Master Mechanic. If he says it's dead, it's dead. We have no reason to lie.

Black Friday was very very crowded but for the most part there was a big supply with the exception of the 128gb memory cards. It would be better if you didn't have to walk all over the store to find items. Many of them weren't near their dept. Other than that, other shoppers were polite and friendly and we had fun!

I'm sitting here 15 days before Christmas and received something I had not ordered at all a pair of boots size 10 no one I know wears a size 10. Now I have to try to find the product I ordered in time for Christmas!

I am observing that they are asking the ID of Hispanic immigrants who work at Spark and they are not doing it with white Americans. That is racism and Walmart can be sued for that.

The spark drivers that have fake accounts are not going to pick up to avoid being asked for their ID. THEY ARE ONLY BUYING WITHIN WALMART, please ask for ID inside the store.

This is probably the worst Walmart I have ever had the experience of shopping at. Over the 3 years this store has gone down hill. Everything from products in stock to rude and useless employees. We are always having to pull products ourselves off of pallets because they will sit there for days not being stocked. And the last 24 hours I have been in this store 3 times to purchase a set of beat headphones that happened to be locked in a back office due to someone breaking the case out on the floor. The problem here is no one has a key to said office no matter what time of day I have come to purchase them no one is in the store has a key. So why are there not supervisors on the floor while the store is open? No one seems to be able to tell me. I cannot even order them online for pickup due to no one having the key to open the door/case.

Very good service and merchandise. I was disappointed with the price of greeting cards I was looking for souvenirs of my first visit to Panama City. The store had no souvenirs.
