This has to be the worst Walgreens in the western hemisphere. And it seems to get worse every time I go there, which is as little as humanly possible. The parking lot is a nightmare because you've got a few people 'working' inside the store that get quite perturbed if someone asks them to do something like......oh I don't know, open a check out counter? And the drive-through line is just insane. It wraps around the entire building, and it turns the too-small parking lot into a free-for-all. The parking lot wouldn't be too small if it didn't take you half an hour minimum for even the simplest errand. Oh, and don't be bamboozled by that Walgreens Pick Up sign inside. You can go stand over there for a while but then will be eventually rudely advised that you just need to go stand in line with everyone else at the checkout counter to do your pick up. In the meantime, another five people got in that long line while you were foolishly standing at the sign that said 'pick up'. Just terrible.

I am going out of town tomorrow morning and discussed with the pharmacy about this. I was told my a pharmacist that they would refill it early for me, since I’ll be out of town. I call again, before leaving my house to make sure we’re all good and ready. A gentleman answered & said yes, it’ll be here ready for you when you’re here. I arrived and they said they will not fill it because it’s too early…. Even with me calling not once but TWICE to confirm this situation. So frustrating & im definitely no longer using this pharmacy. Honestly so unprofessional and I’m tired of being told 100 different things. What a waste of my time & gas.

This pharmacy is understaffed and wait times are long. But the staff is always friendly and the service is good once you finally get your turn. The pharmacy seems as well stocked as any I have seen and better than most.

The team here are all wonderful people but I have to give a special shout out to Jenn! She always greets me and everyone else I see walk in by name and with a smile on her face! She is filled with such joy and I've never seen her have a bad day! You can't help by be happy when you're around her.

Wouldn't even give 1 star but it won't post without at least one. For this last year I've never had one good experience with the pharmacy. Never ready when they say, and today I waited 30 minutes in line inside because I needed to buy something else; had to lose my place to go to the restroom, so I got in the lllooonnnnggg car line, which took another 30 minutes, only to be told, no, it wasn't ready (when they asked me yesterday to confirm that they were telling me it would be ready by 11 today), could I come back later or tomorrow. NO. I CAN'T. I live 30 miles away and PLAN my trips to town to accomplish several things to save on gas.I'm done. Will not use this pharmacy again.

Medication not ready on time for an easy prescription. Only ready 2 hours after they said it would be, good thing we called ahead. Had to wait an obscenely long time both in the store and in the drive through line outside. When we finally picked up my wife’s prescriptions, they charged us retail price when it was actually covered by tricare. I had to call and wait 20 minutes for them to figure out their mistake. I have to go back in person and wait again for my refund. If I have the option, we won’t go back. Massive waste of time.

Pharmacists are always rude (except for the young guy, he’s always joyful and willing to be helpful). Always an extremely long wait, even when you’re the first in line. I don’t understand what the problem is.

I sat in the drive thru for the pharmacy for AN HOUR! The line was wrapped around the front of the building. Something has to change. It should not take that long to pick up some freaking medication. If you got more than like 3 questions GO INSIDE. Drive thru is supposed to be for expedited services. Pick-up, drop off. If you're going to take more than 5 minutes GO INSIDE PLEASE! One car sat in the drop off lane for at least 20 minutes before being acknowledged. DO BETTER!

Terrible customer service. Medication are not ready when promised. You can not reach the pharmacy by phone. Many of the young female pharmacy technicians are rude and condescending. If my insurance tri-care didn't have Walgreens as a preferred provider I would not use them.This Walgreens needs better management.

The world's worst customer service imaginable. They call and say your prescriptions are ready you go drive up to the pharmacy you wait for a half an hour in line to 45 minutes you get there and now your prescriptions are not ready it'll be tomorrow.

The only reason they are not getting one star is because I have had very nice pharmacists actually help me. But every time I have a prescription sent to this location it takes a headache inducing amount of calls and visits to get the medication filled. They tell me it will be ready within a few hours, then when I call I am then told it won't be ready. Rinse and repeat. I would go to any other pharmacy if i could but my insurance won't allow it. There is no reason for generic medications to not be processed within several hours of time, especially when I have to call multiple times to ensure it is actually done

Literally incompetent this place should be shut down. Egregious wait times not having medication in stock, saying medications ready when it's not just awful around. If you have serious medical problems I advise not coming here you may end up dying waiting

All of the bad reviews put together hardly scratch the depth of incompetence and laziness exhited at this place. They can see a line with 20 people in it inside, and the line of cars circling the building, and make absolutely no effort to catch up.

I could grow old waiting in the pharmacy line. Think going outside and waiting in the drive-through line will be any better?… wrong! Pack a snack, pack your patience, because you’re going to be there for a long time. When did I have time to write this review? In line, of course.

They told me my prescription was ready. I came 45min later and it is ready but, they won't give it to me until they call my doctor. They then became rude when i said i would wait. It's now been 4 hours and still no prescription. They told me it's policy to tell people it's ready and not have it ready when they try to pick it up. Terrible service.

My prescriptions are never ready on time, they constantly take their phone off of the hook, and they don't inform you if they are out of a medication until after you drop it off and wait for half of the day.

Walgreens needs better staffing ratios. I have no problems with the staff, they are always helpful when I'm able to reach them but the phones are NEVER answered in less than 15 min. Why is that? Because there are not enough people on the clock. Walgreens, as a corporation, you gotta do better.

I RARELY leave a bad review, and always give multiple chances. But.....much like ALL the other 1 star terrible reviews, I can completely understand and will absolutely never send anything else to this pharmacy.Med request sent on Wednesday, called Thursday, and heard 2 of 3 ready. Waited til Friday to pick up and yet again, 2 of 3 ready. I'm told the last one is on its way. I go back Saturday after trying to call twice and waiting on hold for 25 minutes the first time, then 40 minutes, at which point I pulled up to the window.There was 1 car ahead of me, and 2 people in line inside. There were 3 workers. On top of the ridiculous wait on hold, after just wasting my time to drive there, I am told the 3rd one is still not there, and it was ordered from ORLANDO and MAY be here Monday. I asked the girl to cancel it so I could get another competent pharmacy to get it for me (I'm sick) and was told "corporate won't allow us to cancel now the meds are on the way from Orlando."Obviously, there is absolutely nothing I can do now except wait til Monday. One thing is for sure, after I get that med, I will NEVER return. This is about the 3rd terrible experience and much like others will be my last.

After refilling a prescription online I went to pick it up but took over 30 min and did not have time to wait any longer. I tried many times all taking over 30 min. I do not have time to wait ove 30 min while they are open to pick it up. When I was finally able to get seen they said it has expired and would not give me my meds. I will be switching pharmacies after this. Thanks for nothing..

Every time I call to refill my prescription there is ALWAYS an issue. When I finally do speak to someone on the phone, they can’t answer my questions. I spoke to what I assume to be a pharmacy technician on the phone today and after answering my questions with the same answer over and over, she said she would connect me to someone who could better help me. She put me on hold and the automated voice stated “there are more than 3 people ahead of you.” She made me feel like I was a bother and wasting her time.I literally dread filling my script every month because I know I have to deal with this place.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst of any we have experienced. We travel alot and use Walgreens for this reason. This location does not have enough staff and RXs are greatly delayed and often "lost" and patient must get another RX sent by Dr office which is a huge delay. They could greatly learn how to best operate from the Country Club Rd Walgreens in Winston-Salem, NC as they run a perfect process and even have nice pharmacists that speak to you and offer feedback and they offer help if you need it or have any qstns. This location has never offered such assistance. Pls get this location some help or we cannot continue using it for our rx needs.

(very sad) My physician told me I should find another pharmacy and that they have had trouble with this particular pharmacy a lot lately. Poor customer service at the pharmacy (again). I'm typically very positive, tonight it was a 40 minute wait at the drive through, no apologies for the wait, only to find out they didn't fill anything ordered on the phone the night before, stating, oh you're out. The auto-phone said, "great, your order will be ready for pick up tomorrow, at....." They don't look at the patient or the history within their system. After the long waits on the phone (only to be dropped after 40-50 minutes), the long waits in my car at the drive through (only to find out they don't have it ready - or I'm out of refills), the lack of communication between pharmacy and my physician if there is a problem (I'm caught between them), my Walgreens left me (again) without medication - and they just didn't seem to care as I drove away.

I chose this pharmacy as it was in close proximity to the urgent care and my home residence. Bad idea, should have read the reviews first. My provider told me to give them an hour before prescription pickup. I went to pickup and pharmacist told me to give her an another hour. Gave them 1.5hrs and the same pharmacist told me to come back in a hour! GTFO of here, I'll absolutely not be using this pharmacy anymore period. Talk about horrible first impression!

Went to pick up my online order as it shows ready to pick up even now as I’m typing this for them to say “our manager cancelled this due to a glitch in our system” so how can I pick up the same order at different stores with no problems? Walgreens customer service SUCKS these days! Sucks sucks sucks!

This pharmacy has difficulty getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner and getting some medications. Also, they change pharmacy hours without updating the recording telling hours or updating their web info. So they might be closed when you arrive during their published hours. Horrible. Unprofessional. Complete disregard for others time. After using Walgreens exclusively for 20+ years in multiple states I’ll be transferring my families Rx somewhere else. If I could give zero stars that would be my accurate review.

03/24/23 Terrible, obtuse, smart mouthed, ignorant curt window attendee today at 1:45 pm. She kept trying to get me to verbally verify my address. I purposely gave her my DL and said the info is correct twice before she got stupid. There is more secure or verifiable way. It sure beats yelling info across the gap with people behind you. Plus anyone can say info and it could be anyone that takes it! But she argued and was nasty pretending to be right and she deliberately taunted me before the dumb ##! put up her hand and looked away. She went on and on before she did. She was wrong and antagonistic but acted like she was being nice she said by putting my change and card in an envelope! That is protocol and not her extra mile. She gets an F-

I've been in line for 45 min, 25 of those minutes behind 1 car waiting at the window. Ridiculous service! I thought you weren't allowed to turn in a prescription and then wait at the window while they fill it.
