I have been a CVS customer for over a decade. Their service has decreased dramatically! They won't notify you when there's a problem with a prescription being filled! When calling the pharmacy, good luck speaking to someone!There's no way to give a negative rating or I would give it!!

The store manager and her staff are always so helpful and positive every time I come in! I prefer going to this CVS the most and there are quite a few to choose from in my area. I didn't want their hard work and efforts to go unnoticed.

I came to the Lynn Haven location THREE times in 1 day to pick up antibiotics. Everyone was rude, and when I came back each time they told me it wasn’t ready yet, even though I came AFTER the time they gave me. Worst pharmacy experience ever!

The absolute worst service I have ever received at a pharmacy! This will be my THIRD trip which happens to be a 45 minute drive from my house to get the correct Lancets for my Blood Sugar machine! He doesn't know what he is doing obviously. Sad.

Whent to pharmacy to get prescription just after leaving dentist on an emergency. Pharmacist told me come back in an hr. I couldn't wait an hr because I was in major pain and needed to get back to work so he handed me my prescription back and shrugged his shoulders as if to say to bad. Very rude pharmacist won't go back

Their computer system said come get your prescription so I did. When I get there the lady’s says “it isn’t ready I’ll expedite come back in an hour”. A little over an hour later after sitting there the man says come back tomorrow. I would have been happy to spare myself the trip and the wait if they were simply honest and told me they are not up to their jobs. After one hundred one or no star ratio it’s pretty obvious they don’t care what their customers think.

I used to have bad service from this pharmacy but here recently they all have been very fast with filling prescriptions and ALL of the staff were super friendly I honestly enjoyed their service. Please keep up the great work everyone in the pharmacy department. Great work!!

There's always a problem here. Overcharging, wait time, attitude, miscommunication, etc. I've never had an easy time here. Not one. The only reason my prescriptions are here is because winn dixie (for some reason) sent it to cvs when they closed.

Ive been coming here for more than a year. HATE is a strong word but that's what I have towards the pharmacy employees, especially the one guy who works there regularly. I've tolerated them and have been very patient.But today will be the last time I'll ever go there. Dropped off my prescription more than a week. Came today to find out the rude guy never actually processed my prescription. So they told me to come back 1 hr later. When I came back 3 hrs later, was told to come back in half hour without apology or even acknowledgement they were wrong.Stay away from this pharmacy! It makes me wonder if they have screwed around with the prescription. I wont be surprised!

This pharmacy is a sorry excuse for a public establishment. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The customer service is awful. I’ve been more than here five times, and the experience keeps getting worse. Won’t be back.

If I could give negative numbers that would be preferredPrescriptions are never done quicklyThe customer service is the most abhorrent I have ever encountered. The store manger better catch a clue. If not then, the regional manager better make some drastic changesYou will be loosing a ton of clients. It is not the most convenient place to get into anymore anyway. Take a step back and reassess your staff. They are poorly trained and managed.

Expect to be on hold for at least 30 mins each time plus long waits in store. Corporate needs to focus on giving them more hours/staff instead of whatever they ARE spending money on because this is not working.ETA: if half stars were possible I would give one, tried to avoid another 30 minutes of hold music punctuated with that awful cheerful robot lady by using the website…which doesn’t work either.2nd edit: it’s been 20 more minutes, my only comfort is knowing the automated “one pharmacy call” has been echoing throughout this cursed place. It’s me, I am the pharmacy call, and I’ll always be here.

I work for a business that involves customers and I know people are tough to work with, but when I am calling about an order and the guy hangs up on me while I’m talking is not cool. Not sure who he was but if I was the boss I’d fire him. I always give respect on the phone always give good attitude. Real piece of work. CVS phone directory is terrible and that guy in LYNN HAVEN is a tragedy to a once good run store.

I will never go to this place again , the dude that works there is so lazy and careless and incompetent I am surprised he is still working there , I just wanted my prescription transferred it took him 2 days to even start the process , please avoid this location if you need your medication quickly don't go there it will take them days to fill your prescription

Went in for a a Covid test this morning. Lady at the pharmacy, says endcap 3 or 4. No greet, no bedside manner, not very nice. Went to said endcaps and there was nothing. Went back to same lady who restated endcap 3 or 4. Went to look again and wandered all over the store to no avail. Went back a third time and the same lady huffily came out from behind the counter and she could not find the tests. She asks the manager on duty where the tests are and the manager states they’re by the restroom. Guess what, no Covid tests there either. Manager digs one up out of the office and fixes it to me. I begin to read the box and there are no directions on the outside of the box. Back to the pharmacy I go and make eye contact with a dude. I ask him how the test works since I don’t know and he says, and I’m not making this up, “read the box, the directions are inside”. As I was walking out, an elderly lady whispers to me, “they’re so rude here”. I’ve seen it myself and will be changing by pediatrics and family doctor home locations to the Walgreens on the opposite corner. Got my test from cvs this morning, and went out of my way to get pain reliever at Walgreens. That’s it for me and my family.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. Every month I get my medication, I count to make sure it's correct, I am ALWAYS short but yet of course you can't say anything to them w/o them thinking you're a liar. Either someone is stealing the tablets or they are miscounting because I count 10 times & get the same number everytime. I HAVE TO HAVE MY MEDICATION & ALL OF IT! I am SO SICK of this! I would seriously like to know if anybody else is having the same issue?? Everyone PLEASE count your tablets when receiving your medication from this pharmacy!

The slowest and rudest pharmacy in town. The have sucked in several different occasions now. Go somewhere else. Edit...10-9-23 this place is horrible. It's where my insurance company seems me. Never again. I'll pay full price first. Can't get anything done here without having wait 2 days. And then, they don't even start to fill meds until you get there. Please, close this place. Or get someone else to run it. It won't let me give less stars.

Wouldn't even give one star. Called in a prescription and they don't have it and asked for a emergency supply and it was just blood pressure medication and they couldn't do it. People needing there medications and they do nothing. Have poor customer service. Didn't ask how you were doing never said have a great day. These workers are the worst and it's only this CVS in Lynn haven. Please get people who care about people's health and want to help them in the right direction.

If you have something in stock in the back why is it so hard to go and get what someone requested online? A simple medication for my son (4 month old) was requested online and was said to be in stock. When my fiancé went to this location to pickup said medication, the SUPERVISOR denied it because she didn’t want to unload the pallets from her truck she received. Well Susan health care professional to health care professional that’s called neglect when you deny a patient medication that’s been prescribed. That’s not acceptable. Do better!!

The pharmacy is SO rude. My mom needed some life or death medicine and while I was up at the pharmacy counter they asked me a question that I didn’t know the answer to so I needed to call my mom to find out, and that this was her medicine that keeps her alive and she was currently out of it, I told them I was running outside to grab my phone and will be back in one minute! They said “ We Close in two minutes so you better hurry!”. They do not care if someone is about to die if they don’t have their medicine and are MORE concerned with closing at exactly 6 PM on Sundays! Absolutely ridiculous !!!! Horrible customer service!!If the owner or manager is reading this, you need to clean house with your employees IMMEDIATELY and start all over, I’m serious. There is a reason Walgreens pharmacy across the street is so much busier!

My wife worked for cvs for over 20 years. She worked in many stores around the area and I had my prescriptions filled in many of them. We recently moved to Lynn Haven area and started using this store. NEVER have I used a worse pharmacy in my life and I'm 66 years old!

It's okay, pharmacy is always slow, and everyone there is always very, and I mean very confused. It's like they've never worked there before. There is a man that works there, that shouldn't. He's given myself, and my in laws a bad attitude. We went to get a medication that was called in, he said that either the insurance wouldn't fill it, or they don't have it..... Then go check!! So he did, they didn't have it and had no idea when they would get it in. I called the one in chipley and they didn't carry it normally either, but they could order it for next day. So then, I tried to transfer it. They said they couldn't. I called the Drs office and they had a very frustrated sigh and said that cvs is always a problem for them too. So we called back, to tell the Panama City one to order it, they said that the insurance wouldn't cover it until a specific date, but they would go ahead and order it. They said it was going to be over $1,000.00 out of pocket. I called the insurance company and they said they had no idea what they were taking about. For one, the medicine was only 150.00 and they would cover it, the CO pay was 10.00. I had to have cvs call the insurance company for them to figure out what the heck they were doing. They even told me that they would have to send in a claim to be able to refill a prescription, because they were charging us for something that at another cvs, that we didn't have any issues with, just drove up and grabbed it, was completely covered by the insurance company and it was no charge at CVS in chipley. I seriously hate dealing with this place. But don't get me started on how awful Walgreens is. But cvs, is starting to really make me feel like I'm at Walgreens.

Placed a refill order a couple days ago, never heard from cvs so I called to see when it would be ready and they told me that the only way they would refill my medication is if I came in and waited for it! Staff is rude and unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy!

Just had the pharmacy close their drive thru window in my face so they could go to lunch at 1:30. Didn’t matter that I’d been waiting in the line for 20mins. Ridiculous and outright rude

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have a lady that answers the phone that is SO, SO RUDE! Do the customers not even matter anymore? Take my word along with all the other people on here with bad reviews, DONT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! THEY WILL MAKE THE WORSE COME OUT IN YOU.

Terrible experience. My medicine was supposed to be ready at 2:30pm. I get there at 3pm, not ready. Told to come back at 6pm-7pm.. not ready.. took over 10mins for them to even address my in the dive thru.
