The first couple of times it was awesome I have no problem with the cashiers or the assistant manager by the way this is the manager Britney was awesome I really like her but our Fair passed away recently and it happened really quickly and I feel like I was treated on Fair on the situation because the information that she gave me was she told me that I should have called the store first when it happened and it happened really quickly like we send them to our veterinarian he ended up passing away in Tony's arms that's our doctor but I did call Wednesday because we were grieving we were kind of hoping that he would make it through and the person that I talked to said sure we can return him or her or you can get your refund so I went to the store and then they told me that the manager was not in and I can come back and I did and then the other cashier's like I don't know how to do this and then they would get their assistant manager just to be overheard that I had to call them first when it happened but she did Apologize at saying she is sorry that it happened because she was really close to our fur baby too but I don't think I'm not going to be there back anytime soon.

This place has the worst service smart mouth little Millennials there who think they can talk to anybody any kind of way. I would never recommend anyone to ever go into the store by the way they treat people. Update I spoke with their corporate office and filed a complaint we will see how it goes. The lady told me that men like me come in there all the time and she's not going to deal with us? Is anybody have an idea what that means? Is this how it's done at Pet Supermarket? I'm going to call their office every day until something's done and I will post something everyday from here on

The manager Carrie helped my daughter with her science fair project. We went in looking for 12 aquatic plants, all the same and not too expensive. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter had questions after we left that day and called and she helped her over the phone. A couple days later we came in with more questions and she was more than happy to help. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend shopping there.

The employees were very friendly & helpful. We recently got a Bearded Dragon & was told we could get Super Worms at Pet Supermarket. They also had Horn Worms! Our Beardie LOVED them. The store was clean. They had everything we needed. We were very pleased with every aspect of the store & employees. We continue to shop there weekly. We couldn't ask for better service.

I am a returning customer to this store for many years now buying food for my animals. I have a German Shepard who recently has not been tolerating food very well, so after grabbing a bag of dog food that I thought would hopefully be better for her, I walked to the front to check out and while there asked the girl cashier “is there any dog food you would recommend for a German Shepard with a sensitive stomach” in which she responded with a very sarcastic attitude “probably one that says sensitive stomach on it”.That statement is just stating the obvious. Yes I am more than aware that a food that says “sensitive stomach” on it will be for a dog with a sensitive stomach but I was narrowing the question down to one more specifically tailored to the German Shepard breed.I’m really not too sure what I did to receive an attitude but I bit my tongue and bought the food I already had in my cart.Overall it was disappointing and off putting to just have another person with a bad attitude for no reason.

Pet Supermarket offers a wide variety of services. Grooming, shots and a pet wellness plan. When my LaLa was living she enjoyed going for her "Spa Day". The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a last minute appointment so I had to wait awhile; or so she did; while i ran my errands, my fur baby enjoyed a relaxing time with her fellow friends. She was beautiful when i picked her up. My son has used their services for 10+ years and he has always been happy with all that they have to offer.

I've bought two pets from here already, a Guinea pig and a bearded dragon, and each time the staff was very informative and helpful. They let me know about an app to give discounts at their store and have always been friendly. I live 20 minutes away and continue to go to this store because of the staff and cleanliness. From what I can tell the animals are well taken care of before they are adopted and you can tell they are all very passionate about animals. I want to give a shout out to lexi and Kyle and I believe her name was Ashley, they were all very helpful 😊

Pretty good prices on dog food, treats, and toys. When we had a hamster I found that I could order exact same stuff online and get it cheaper. Cages, bedding, and food were a little cheaper and delivered to the house. Dog food prices are pretty much as low as you can find for the premium brands. Employees have always been friendly.

The only reason I have continued to come to this location is the fact they almost always have crickets. Other than that the staff is just rude. Most of the time they act as if you spit on their shoes when you ask for help, today the girl I asked to help me with crickets literally sighed in my face and did the angry walk teenagers do when their parents send them to their room with the whiney do I have too tone and all. I’m in there once a week and no matter what shift or what day I go the staff is rude.

The manager of the store was very friendly very helpful she showed me around the store she was asking me what my pets issues were, showing me every product they had that might be helpful, you know letting me changing their diet may be helpful they could be allergic to a protein and they were just really really kind people they gave me for free samples of snacks for the dogs with $1 off coupons that I can use right next to visit I mean where do you get for coupons right😃

This is a place where knowledge along with the professionalism is non existent by most of it's staff.A place where most, when you do find someone will make you feel like they care but the fact is, that couldn't be any further from the truth.After a heavy investment to which they were most certainly delighted thanks in part to me giving my dad my word that i would bring back to life a 30 - 40 gallon fish tank another family member had left to rot away.Right from the beginning, they were informed that their expertise was needed for me to be successful at keeping my word.All kinds of materials were purchased including but not limited to a new top w/ a light. Fish tank contained glow fish and baby sharks w/ live plants.Once completed, a video was made to display my work of art to my dad and them to which both parties were amazed and excited on how great everything was and looked.The excitement was short lived due to the fact that upon purchasing live plants they should have been rinsed off to which they weren't and carried eggs to which I had no knowledge of. I woke up one day and my tank was filled with what I know today to be snails.In a state of panic, I took the fishes out of the tank that contained fresh water and placed them in a 5 gallon bucket that contained spicket water. They were all lost due to a state of shock.In conclusion, most of the staff secretly admitted that they failed me but nothing was done to help me rebuild even after the fact that I was willing to split the bill in half to rebuild.Today the tank sits with a dolphin towel over it as a memorial. It was a great stress reliever to sit and watch the fishes do their thing. Maybe one day I'll get it back up and running again but definitely Not with this establishments assistance or over priced products.Buyer beware .. ☝🏼🙏🏼Please and Thank you - [ Don't be fooled by their response. Once again, thanks to our Heavenly Father, another opportunity was given for them to right their wrongs, and once again, my time wasted.Faith and prayers over circumstances. Our Heavenly Father over all!' 😉🙌🏼

First visit to the Lutz location. Called yesterday about a pair of Weaver finches, they held them until today. Picked them up and could not have been happier. Will frequent them more often seeing that our local store doesn't have any these days. Clean store, friendly staff and great customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! You are an inconvenience to staff as soon as you walk in the door. Then you have to hunt someone down to assist you at all. I never leave bad reviews, but save yourselves some aggravation and go somewhere that they appreciate you as a customer and understand your concerns for your pets. We will be reaching out to a district manager for the way we were treated today. Horrible!!!!

Very helpful staff, kind to the animals, and mostly knowledgeable about the food and items sold there. Helped me pick out cat food, since I was switching to grain free,and they knew their products and even helped me with a coupon discount that I didn't know about that they had. Love this store.

Terrible service. If your debit or credit card doesn't swipe,good luck buying anything there. I used my debit card several times today and evidently customer service has gone by the wayside and they are unable to manually enter your card. Gotta love technology, but sorry I don't believe that. May be the last time I ever go back. Thank you for not helping.
